She'd spent some good time in Conquest, taken a nice walk around to see how it looked while being completely deserted, so now it was time to take a look at something that would hopefully be just as interesting!

Already, Olivia felt loads better once she stepped through the portal. Being on the heated lava filled island of Death had almost irritated the ghoul, like a bad itch or an uncomfortable pulled muscle. Here, the air just seemed so much better.
Like Amarus, she wasn't picking up the off feeling about island, too caught up in being in a more pleasant environment surrounded by people she found to like. Also, she just wasn't always the most perceptive. So she followed the group to the Lotus Pavilion, pondering if she had even been there the last time....

Faustus eagerly followed after Amarus, passing through the portal without a backwards glance. He was definitely up for some sight-seeing.

Shenny stood frozen upon her entrance: from what she has seen Conquest appeared to be the most beautiful island. Perfect architecture, calm atmosphere, lots of natural attractions like sleepy ponds, ancient trees, and blossoming flowers. Good, she made it in time.

Hel was supposed to follow Shun and Mitsu to Famine…but then she got side tracked…and ended up coming back to the Isle of Conquest. They appreciated her awesome hat here. Stupid Shun.

Conquest. Xiu's first stay here had been pleasant, to say the least. Despite her initial anxiety, she had found that the island was really quite pleasant. It was beautiful--much more beautiful than she had expected--and very peaceful. The perfect place to relax.
Only now, the baku couldn't bring herself to relax. Not any more. Her shoulders were tense as she stepped through the portal and arrived back at the Isle of Conquest, her face set in a determined expression. Hopefully she would learn some new information on her second trip here.

[enter] His eyes narrowed as he stepped through the portal, his tail twitching as he surveyed the unfamiliar lands. There was suspicion and wonder in his gaze, but there was no fear, no trepidation. He was determined, bold, a strength showing in him that had not been there in the weeks before. He stepped away from the portal, waiting for Angenora and Tess to follow. He intended to search the island for whatever he could find, and he intended to protect his friends should anything happen. That temple looked promising, it seemed as good a place as any to start. And they were suddenly back in the world of flowers and incense. Mitsu could smell the lotus blossoms from where she was. At least her clothes were more suited to where they were now.
She waited for Shun to get his bearings before they were on their way again.

Upon entering Conquest, Shun actually paused for the moment, slightly stunned from the start change in scenery. No longer was he in a desolate desert, but a fairly lush place with numerous asian decor. It was kind of nice actually. The scent of the place was rather different as well. There was a bit of incense but it differed from what was on death.
"Looks like you were in quite a nice place this past week..." he commented idly while looking around, trying to figure out where to go from there. He didn't know the layout of this place, but he could see a few of the structures around. If he were an heir to this land.. where would he go?
He didn't have a damn clue.
The reaper took a little more time to think it over, then started walking with Mitsu.

Oh hey, they were back on the conquest clan. Poke didn't really care much for the place, but it was far better then famine, that was for sure.
For now, she just followed Mitsu and Shun

The Isle of Conquest, needless to say, was vastly different from the Isle of Death. Where Death was cold, unfeeling, and unwelcoming in its heavy black fixtures and enormous buildings that were distinctly imposing, Conquest was filled with water and green, and Sparrow could feel the difference as soon as he stepped in.
He decided he'd made a good decision, and headed off to explore.

From the moment she stepped through the portal onto the Isle of Conquest, Reiko felt a warming sense of home. It wasn't exactly right-the aesthetics were a bit off-but she couldn't help but remember her Horseman self from that first day of training on the Isle of Death. She would be happy here, she was sure. Perhaps she would meet more people. And forget about a certain Reaper who had left her very thoroughly upset.

Upon much thought, Whisper decided to visit the Isle of Conquest. She had heard it was truly a sight to behold, and the rumours had proved to be absolutely true. It was lush and green, with amazing architecture and had an air of elegance. But there was something unsettling about...the quiet. She could slightly hear some commotion in the distance, but it almost drowned out by the surrounding silence. She thought it would be best to check it out, it could be trouble.

Holly had decided on conquest purely for two reasons. One, she hadn't visited this one yet. So far it was very different from the other two she had stayed at before. It was pretty here. It was calming. Two, the other clan she hadn't visited was death... which always loved to show up during these trips so she was staying far away from it.
So then off she went to explore conquest.
