A familiar voice caught his ear, and Sparrow turned his head, looking for the source. His eyes fell on a familiar reaper ghoul, and a smile crossed his face.
"Ah, Hel!" he said cheerfully, picking up his bags and pushing his way through the crowds towards her. He did not have much, but his satchel and knapsack were bulky and not very easy to carry when there were dozens of people milling about in the same area. He beamed down at the ghoul - who was wearing a most interesting hat - clearly pleased to see her again.
"Ah, well," said Sparrow, a bit sheepishly. "Getting back to Wren and all that. And I'd love the help..."
He trailed off, tilting his head, his eyes widening a bit.
"Hel, darling, what happened to your wings?"
The question was out before he had realized it, Sparrow lifting a hand to his mouth, a pale red dusting his cheeks. "Oh, pardon me," he said hastily, and waved a hand. "I did not mean to be so insensitive."

{{ENTERING}}
Faustus was dreading this day. The day he returned to his small, rather no-name school and left the Four Clans, and more importantly, his new friends behind. It was bound to happen sooner or later, but not knowing how long it would be before he could even text, much less talk to Amarus or Olivia worried him.
Up ahead, some clansmen were in quite the heated argument. The boil paused in his tracks, listening as they explained about a certain conference. Hmmmmmmmm, this seemed rather odd, but hadn't they mentioned upon arriving that they held clan meetings at the top of that rather strange spire rising into the sky?? ...
The flame demon stroked his chin, eyeing the entryway, and the sky beyond it. Half lost in thought, he ended up catching the last few words the clansman spoke.
Wait, they were allowed to stay for one more day?? ... and travel through any of the Four Isles?? ...
First thing's first, he grinned. Time to catch up with Amarus and Olivia.
He'd likely find Amarus on Conquest already. But it would probably be best to wait a few minutes and see if she showed up. He didn't see any face he recognized yet in the gathering crowd, so she likely hadn't shown up yet. He didn't see Olivia yet either, though she had been at the Death dorms earlier that morning. He wondered where they were, what they were up to, and taking his skellyphone out thought of texting them, though chances are they probably weren't available at the moment.
So he leaned against the wall quietly and waited.

[ ENTERING ]
Though extremely reluctant and rather conflicted over their impending return to boring civilization, Fallow had arrived at the portal grounds with his bags in tow, his tail lashing back and forth in aggravation and his clothes rather worn from days out in War. He'd all but ripped most of his jackets, and now he was standing in only tank tops and jeans, patched in bandages on his arms from where the toxic cave and stadium and falling off of his mount had bruised and beaten him up. Even with all of the war wounds though, he was not sure he wanted to leave here and go back to his own school and his own life, when it was far less interesting and void of any of the other students he had met on his trip in the first place. So of course, Fallow was far from displeased when the Conquest ambassador spoke up and told them their return would be... delayed.
Perfect!
Bouncing up onto the balls of his feet and bursting with neon glow, Fallow grinned. This meant time for more exploration! Time for more fun, and time to --- oh, he'd better find his herd first. Herdrightyesherd. Trotting forward, Fallow weaved in and out of students, bumping into others and managing scattered apologies here and there. "Hey! Dev? Meamea ~ " He called out, looking around for the girls; had either of them arrived yet? Where was Bon anyways? "Hmm, I wonder where those three have gone." Rumbling, the Púca continued to scour the crowd, giving up only when he'd managed to do a full circle through and around the small place.
Settling back with a grunt of irritation, Fallow tossed his head from side to side, and decided that instead of finding others, others would have to find him. How annoying that they weren't here yet though! Of course, he had seen a few people with familiar looks to them. Some from his War Class, and others from Conquest. Pondering an introduction, Fallow sighed and leaned back, contemplating his options instead for the moment. Folding his ears downwards, the Púca simmered with thoughts of visiting the Isle's he hadn't been able to see just yet. Death and Famine! He wondered what would be there. Surely they were nothing like War and Conquest. Fallow grinned, his irritation dissipating under a haze of daydreamy wonder. Oh, this was going to be fun!

Though she waved it off, Sparrow still felt distinctly embarrassed about being so...blunt, when he usually kept any comments that may have been potentially uncomfortable in check. He had not meant to call Hel out so quickly, and his face colored, Sparrow biting his lower lip.
"I'm...sorry," he said, for both the explanation and his foot-in-mouth syndrome that had apparently cropped up. He did not need to ask for further explanation - he knew what she was referring to when she spoke of the "false reapers."
Something inside of him shuddered with horror, but Sparrow shook it off, instead giving Hel a smile as he reached out and tapped the straw hat upon her head.
"You look quite dashing in that, by the way," he said, and winked. "I think it suits you quite well."
Another reaper had come up - one that Sparrow had seen before but whose name escaped him - and Sparrow gave him a cheerful nod and a smile as well.

"It looks ridiculous," Shun said flatly to Hel, despite what Sparrow just said on it. No padding of the words there from him. Nope. He had seen hats like that before, but quite frankly, he never did liked them. But at least it seemed the valkyrie was in somewhat good spirits. Shaking his head to himself, he brought a hand up to lightly touch the leather eyepatch as it was mentioned.
He nodded lightly in turn to the other male reaper, then looked back to Hel.
"..Thank you. She did a good job in crafting it," he replied quietly. Once more, he shook his head, before finally asking what he was planning on, "How have you been faring?"
Out of the corner of his good eye, he spotted the fae from earlier nearby as well, though she wasn't saying anything. Though, she must have been the other one Shenny was addressing at first. His gaze lingered on her for just a moment or so.

(( Entering! ))
Amrita, like many of her classmates, was rather troubled by the idea of having to stay here longer, even if it was only for one day. In her experience, as limited as it was, sudden and unexpected changes often lead to something disastrous. As a general rule, even before she knew about Hunters, she didn't like change; especially change from a structured, timed setting. However, on the positive side, perhaps she could get some first hand sights that she had missed, like the one Aymet had described to her. Or maybe just take in the sights in general.
Like, say, Hel's hat.
"...Nice hat, Hel." Amrita giggled, about to move through the crowd to get closer to her mostly-acquaintance when she misjudged something rather important, and hit shoulders with a rather familiar, silver-haired monster.
"Ah! I-I'm so sorry!" The apology was out of her mouth before she even recognized who she had bumped into. When she did her grey eye widened and she straightened, pressing a backwards hand against the Pricolici's shoulder, the same one she had hit in a vague effort to pat away the pain. "Shehk! I'm sorry! Are you okay?"
