Grabbing the second bowl, Cassiel missed his own snow cream before he joined Vin in eating the delicious treat. Like he said, he covered his with chocolate syrup, practically turning the vanilla into chocolate! But he seemed to enjoy every spoonful as the smile on his face was that of a child's in a candy store. "Mm, this is delicious. If only I could have this year round. It's certainly ten times better in the warmer weather than during winter. But you must come again when the snow falls freely, it's an all you can eat sort of thing. The snow is always fresh and clean here, I don't tread on it much and I rarely get visitors in winter."

While he ate, he looked at Vin, taking in his appearance again. He still wondered what it would be like to be a Mononoke, the race rather interesting to him. So broad and yet connected by that one element of animalistic quality. "I want to thank you again. Although I was heading to bed, it was a nice turn of events from my rather boring and routine life. As I've said, I don't get many visitors, let alone any during the night hours... well, there are ghosts now and again, but those usually linger until the morning when I can cross them over. Unless I get that one impatient one that causes a ruckus and demands I wake up and open the gate. It's like... you're dead, can't you wait a few more hours while I sleep? But sometimes the call from the other side is too demanding I suppose. Oh... I didn't mean to ramble." He seemed to get embarrassed there, complaining about the spirits and rambling about the problematic ones.

"So... all of your magic is cold based? Like frost and snow, ice? It's fascinating to me as I've never been able to conjure the elements in an extraordinary way. I can do the simple flame on a candle, but never a fire ball sort of thing."
