" I Just Want To Live Out My Life "
Rimu gathered all her herbs and tasty plants and started to head back. She carried them in her hat like she usually did. About half way back, Rimu tripped on a large root, twisting her ankle. She let out a painful yelp as she fell to the ground below. Sitting back up, she removed her ankle from under the root and rubbed the swelling flesh. She looked around seeing her harvest laying all around. Rimu sighed and tried to stand up unsuccessfully. She sat there a moment wondering what she was going to do.

Zero laughed and he set her down and he used illusion and made his image play her chase. While he sneaked away and walked right on top of Rimu. He stopped and growled then he knelt down. He softly touched her foot with his claws and gentled moved them over her hurt ankle.

 yum_cupcake Gabby yum_cupcake Gabby soon realized that it was an illusion and hid in Rimu's tent whimpering. SHe was scared not used to being alone. She was shaking and was too scared to come out of her bed. SHe had her head covered by her favorite blanket and was shaking and whimpering as she cried softly.

Rimu smiled at Zero feeling the soft fur of his paw like hands. "I'm sorry, did I make you and Gabby wait?" She said adjusting her hurt ankle. "I seemed to have fallen and hurt myself. Lost all my harvest too."

Zero growled and he poked her nose before saying, "We would rather lose the food than you." He moved and picked her up off the ground. He walked back to the camp and he lowered her down in front of the tent, "Go lay down and call gabby to you, I will het us some food." He wasn't going to let them starve or her injury herself more.

Rimu blushed as Zero carried her. She could feel the warmth comming off of him, it made her feel safe. Rimu nodded half listing to Zero. She sat down carefully and crawled to gabby. "Hey baby girl, come on out, I'm here." She said softly.

gaia_diamond Gabby gaia_diamond Gabby heared Rimu's voice and went to snuggle up to her. SHe carried her blanket on her back and climbed onto Rimu's stomach wagging her puffy tail, glad she wasn't alone anymore. Then she snuggled with Rimu and barked trying to say "I love you mommy."

Rimu smiled and rubbed behind Gabby's ear. "I'm sorry for leaving you." She said apologetically. Rimu reached into her traveling bag and garbed a treat for Gabby and fed it to her for being a good girl.

Gabby ate the treat and licked Rimu's hand wagging her fluffy tail happily. She then snuggled under her blanket and started to play with Rimu's hand and started to chase after it making sure not to bite her. She then went over to her teething toy and took it back to Rimu before laying downnext to her and snuggling against her chewing on her teething toy.

Zero smiled at them then he turned and he went to get them something to eat. He found fresh food, the things Rimu had before she fell. He picked the ripest fruit and berries. He walked back dodging a caterpie who had fallen asleep. He moved quietly through the camp and he set out a blanket and set down the items he got for them.

gaia_diamond Gabby gaia_diamond Gabby was playing with Rimu when she heard Zero come back. She stayed with Rimu though. SHe was snuggling with Rimu at the moment and was snuggled under her chin happily.

Rimu petted Gabby. She looked out the the tent flap when she heard something approach. It was Zero returning with more food then she had originally had gathered. "Your're a natural at that!" Rimu said scooting closer to the door to get a better look at what Zero had brought.

gaia_diamond Gabby gaia_diamond Gabby was asleep in Rimu's arms. SHe was exhausted and was sound asleep. It was her naptime anyway. Then when Rimu moved she stirred abit but didn't wake up. She was dreaming of Rimu and Zero together and they were taking care of her. She wondered if it was real since it seemed real enough.

Zero smiled and he walked to her before picked her and Gabby up. He moved them to the blanket and he said, "I got the same items you had gathered." He moved the food around and took a fruit and cut it in half. He handed her one slice then he sat down next to her.

Rimu blushed as Zero lifted her and the sleeping Gabby up. Rimu took the slice and ate it. As she ate, she smoothed Gabby's fur and looked at Zero. "Did you know I was hurt, or did you just want to spook me again?" She said half joking.
