Vitalia smirked. The second howl confirmed it. A werewolf. The only other enemy vampires had aside from Hunters. She was looking forward to a fight if the werewolf came her way, and her Master had said nothing against it. Vitalia slipped away from the main streets and into the campus's man-made mini-forest to become a night-black wolf with blazing red eyes. She could afford to miss a class. And if the professor didn't like it, well, she could always charm him to believe otherwise. She let loose a howl in return to that of the werewolf.

Alexandra felt another creature within the wooded area. She paused, trying to figure out where they are. She gazed through the darkness, hidden in the trees, and waited for the other wolf to come after hearing the second howl.

Ember let out another howl as her Change finished. A red wolf now was curled on her bed. It didn't move though, Ember was fighting its nature. She did not hear the other howl, nor did her wolf. They were too preoccupied to notice it. Soon, however, Ember lost the fight. The wolf stood and howled before launching itself off the bed and out a window, shattering the glass.

Soon enough, the breeze brought the faint sound of shattering glass to Vitalia's ears and the new scent of a wolf to her nose. She howled again and began stalking the werewolf, following its scent at a leisurely pace.

Alexandra snuck closer to the broken window, staying just within the trees as she peered in. This was an interesting sight for her to see.

Ember lifted her muzzle and sniffed the air. Even in this form she considered Hunters friends except when blood was in the air. She could smell a single friend and foe around. She wanted neither to see her. Ember took off running, wanting to get away.

Vitalia scented the werewolf getting farther away fast and picked up her pace. Now that she was on the hunt, she wanted a fight, and she was going to get it when she caught the werewolf. But first she wanted a chase.

Alexandra looked at a single werewolf run buy but she could tell it wasn't the one she was after. She continued on the same trail, staying quietly in the trees.
