Eingana was suddenly replaced by one of the many penguins that stirred in these waters as she used the Art of Substitution and then started to haul a** in the opposite direction with Shikuchi, should he not manage to hinder her progress she would reach the vest quickly, as much as she would like to kill the whelp the vest was what was important here, and she would make it to the Vest soon. Shikarama Nara, The Dedicated Genius Shikarama's eyes widened as she was replaced by a penquin. He ended up possessing, only to be forced to dispell it. The penquin came after him, as others were rising from the waters onto the ice. He cursed, quickly forming handseals as they came in. He substituted justed as they beaks were about to stab him. He dispersed in a puff of smoke, replaced by a fish, which they went after. He appeared a little bit away and quickly formed handseals again. He suddenly disappeared, reappearing on another slab of ice, and then repeating. He moved at high speeds, doing his best to keep up. However, given the greater speed of her technique, it wasn't working to well in that. He did manage to reduce the gain she had on him. Eingana glanced back over her shoulder, he was making gains but nothing that she and her shikuchi had to worry about, so she continued flashing forward in bursts of immense speed. She would reach the vest soon she could see the crest of the waterfall up ahead. for anyone else grabbing the vest at this speed would have been suicide but she could fly. Shikarama Nara, The Dedicated Genius Shikarama quickly pulled out the shockers, placing them on as they moved. He concentrated, trying to take aim on her swerving form. He thrusted his hands forward, firing two concentrated energy blasts. They were further enhanced by the speed at which he was moving, making them harder to avoid.((2 posts)) In front of one blast was a flashbomb that it carried. As it would reach her, even if it didn't hit, it would activate, and hopefully blind her. In front of the other one was a kunai, which was aimed straight towards the vest, and her if she was in it's path. Eingana noted what happened behind her and her wing unfurled and gave a single powerful flap and she rode the gust dodging the shocker and kunai though neither would have probably hurt her too much and then suddenly there was a flash and Eingana's wings curled around her shielding her from the brunt of the flash but she still had a few sunspots on her vision that partially clouded her vision, with a growl she initiated the Shikuchi once more and finally made it to the vest and reached down to grasp it. Shikarama Nara, The Dedicated Genius It worked out as Shikarama had planned, while the flash bomb distracted her, The kunai lodged into the vest and he quickly formed two sets of handseals. Then he placed one hand on the reel, and began to draw the kunai, attached to a string back to him. Multiple Shikarama clones appeared and rushed towards the vest, moving between it and Eingana with kunai, moving to block her. Of course they were clones, but she may not have been able to tell what kind. Meanwhile hidden while she was distracted by the clones and moving towards the vest, his shadow extende through the string, kunai and vest's shadow. Thin tendrils of shadow flowed out around the vest and behind the clones. This was used both as a trap and protection. Eingana didn't even stop there was a massive expansion as Eingana's petite form exploded into that of her full dragon form and crashed on through to the vest, the clones being dispersed by the huge form of Eingana in her dragon form, and she was stopped by the Shadow Possession Jutsu, But it wouldn't hold for long after all Shadow possession required great strength to hold the target unless they were mindless beasts Holding something like Eingana would take immense effort he strength was immense and he would be hard pressed to keep her in check for long, not to mention that the technique worked best at close ranges, so at the moment all he had managed to do was stall her progress after all he couldn't do any other jutsu while holding the Shadow Possession, and any movement would be resisted by Eingana, They had both experienced this jutsu three years prior during the war with Leaf. It was a real pain in the a**. Eingana could only hope a penguin took the initiative and tried to attack him.

Shikarama Nara, The Dedicated Genius Shikarama reeled in the vest closer and closer as he managed to gain a hold on Eingana. What has been said was the case, His possession technique wouldn't last a minute under normal circumstances, even with his shadow mastery. He continued moving while holding it, carefully. He carefully stepped from ice to ice, the vest reaching him, attached to his kunai. The closer he got, the better the jutsu fared, and within 50 seconds, he had made it ten meters from her, or only a few pieces of ice from her. He didn't use the possession, only the paralysis affect to save energy. He quickly shifted the handseals, using a stronger jutsu to help hold her. Shadow Strangle Jutsu Appendages of shadows rose up, hands of shadow across her scaled form. they moved to wrap around her legs and wings. One moved up towards her neck. The bind on her limbs would hold her down better then the possession technique by itself, and would last longer. The hand moving towards her throat would attempt to choke her unless she resisted it. He knew even this wouldn't hold forever. If all else failed, he would have to use his strongest pure offensive technique against her while she was held. Eingana reviewed her notes and felt the constriction on her body he needed concentration there was a sharp inhale as she breathed in and produced a shrill deafening shriek from before. If his concentration broke she would seize the opportunity to bring her head down rapidly and swallow up the vest up whole. Otherwise she would start to pump out chakra to negate the jutsu. Shikarama Nara, The Dedicated Genius Shikarama's eyes widened as her mouth opened wide, her screech ringing through the air. He gasped, grabbing his ears in pain as it went. She was right; his concentration was fading. the hold the arms had began to weaken. However, they didn't let go completely. He desperately though as he held on with his chakra. He directed his jutsu towards fewer arms, and a single arm rushed all the way up her neck to wrap around her mouth and nose. It was trying to stop her from screeching, as well as suffocate her. At the very least, it would weaken the strength of her screech. He managed to remove his hands from his ears and form a new seal. He layered this new jutsu on top of the other two, in order to improve the hold and prevent her from using her voice again. Shadow Sewing tendrils of Shadow rose up at her. These attempted to not only wrap, but in some cares, pierce into her. Others rose up like ropes to wrap around her snout. It would take him a moment to recover and restore the strangle jutsu. Eingana struggled against the reins of this man and then there was the show needles the tried to plunge into her and they did to limited effect after all it was like a pinprick on a creature of her size she fought with every inch of her body against the possession surely he would soon be forced to release the hold and she squirmed against him, she was still holding out for a penguin to get wise to the stationary meal but alas there was no such luck.

Shikarama Nara, The Dedicated Genius He pulled his hand back hoping to hold for a few more seconds. He rushed forward, counting down the seconds from ten, trying to get in closer. Wind chakra concentrated itself around his hand forming an incredibly dense mass of it. At the end of his count, the binding jutsu would be released. At 2, he thrusted his hand forward, firing his most powerful jutsu. A large claw of wind formed aroudn his hand. From it, an even large claw, several times his size fired out at the dragon. Around the fired claw was a tearing and cutting vortex of wind, capable of slicing through most substances, even chakra itself. The bind released, as the jutsu was left the 3 meters from the dragon. It's wide range and closeness would make it difficult to dodge, and it's power would be devastating. The second the jutsu released Eingana was back into her Humanoid form and she jumped forward with shukuchi grabbing the vest and entering the water in a split second she swam deeper into the water and away from the boy being a dragon was a good advantage her lungs were far more developed than a humans were and she was able to hold her breath for much longer. had she been in full dragon form this would be much longer but since she was fused with Vale her ability to hold her breath was reduced greatly.
