"Any dancing?" Lailah echoed, a little puzzled by the question. At the thought of dancing, she felt a tug of nostalgia. She couldn't remember when she had last, if ever, danced but she felt confident of herself.
Her lisp curved into a soft smile, "I don't quite remember." She admitted, her voice a bit wistful.Despite her shyness, she took Xiu's hands into her own soft embrace.
"But it doesn't matter! Follow the music, but most importantly, your heart."

Xiu removed her hair tie, running her fingers through her hair so that the silver locks were no longer confined in their usual braid. She wore the strip of cloth like a hairband, tying it into a bow and leaving the ends loose so that the cloth could stream and swirl as the baku danced. In a way, Xiu simply hoped to draw most of the horsewomen's attention to her prop and not to her feet as she danced.
The baku gave Lailah's hand a gentle squeeze back at the encouragement, her smile growing wider. Yes...yes, they could do this. Whether it went well or badly, what was most important was that they had fun, right?
And so, with a bright nod, she moved forward with Lailah to perform for the horsewomen. And by the end of it...hey, maybe she didn't do too bad.
