OH GOD WHAT WAS WRONG WITH THIS PLACE.
Eva narrowed missed stepping on two trapped tiles, partly because her instinct had set off warning bells when she tried to step on one, and partly because the other tile had opened up to reveal a pit of piranhas before she managed to put her whole weight on the tile.

She and Jude...had died quite a few times, hadn't they?
The girl grit her teeth together as she found herself in yet another fresh golem. She lifted a foot and was about to purposefully bring it down on the tile to her right when she suddenly pivoted, choosing the one to her left instead.
