Siunds like a nice religion. I like the idea of being open and accepting. Fortunetly my church is pretty open and accepting as well so I'm quite content with my religion.

Here. I'll post the Seven Principles of the UU Association. That should help. We don't have a creed, but we affirm these things, so here goes.

--The inherent worth and dignity of every person;

--Justice, equity and compassion in human relations;

--Acceptance of one another and encouragement to spiritual growth in our congregations;

--A free and responsible search for truth and meaning;

--The right of conscience and the use of the democratic process within our congregations and in society at large;

--The goal of world community with peace, liberty, and justice for all;

--Respect for the interdependent web of all existence of which we are a part.

I was also thinking of looking for a U.U. church near me. I'm always looking for opportunities to expand my knowledge and spirituality and I feel that attending a U.U. church regularily or semi-regularily could be an awesome experience. Only.. I'm somewhat worried that, at 13, people won't take me seriously. Also, I don't know how I'd go about finding one. On my communities website, there is no mention of any U.U. churches.

Mercution
How can everyone be right? question
I think everyone is born with an inherent sense of right and wrong, and that they are born good. But really, it's impossible for everyone to right, right?

I think they mean that each person has a religion that's right for them. For example, the religion that's right for me is Buddhism. The religion that's right for my friend is Wicca. The religion that's right for my mother is Christianity. And so on.

U.U. also sounds like a really fantastic religion. I'll have to see if I can find a church in my area. There could be one, since I'm in the Bible Belt of Florida and there's a church on every street. Or there could not be one, for that very same reason. Everyone here's strict Methodist or Baptist.

I really hope there is one though. I'd really like to visit.

Oo yay, there is one in my area! Only ten miles away! I could ride my bike there! ^^ I think I'll visit after Thanksgiving.
