Meh. My cousin Chrissy is like that. She won't let her kids go out on halloween, but she buys them costumes and they get candy at home. She also doesn't tell them about Santa, because apparantly "Santa is a lie, and I will not lie to my children. It is a sin!"
I'm a pagan, so I'm all like. Mah. Halloween. Give me candy and new years celebrations with pagan friends. (:

But Santa is real, he just happens to be 6 feet under and pushing up daisys at the moment ^_^ Ah well, I never believed he was putting the presents under the tree, from the time I could think a coherent thought, I was like "There is no way some fat dude with a sleigh is delivering presents to everybody, it's just not probable in the least!" (not quite that vocabulary until 5th grade, but you get the idea.)
My Parents are what me and my friends call "Millitant Christian" they are rough, insane rules, I can't do anything after school (I'm apparently on drugs, a drinker, and doing stuff only married couples should do...)

I just got my keyblade in about two days ago. My Sora costume won't be done probably till the end of March. If any of you are interested in buying a hand-made keyblade I suggest getting on from www.keyblades.com. I'll try and get some pics up of me with mine soon!^^

Oooo! I found this cute picture of people Cosplay Katamari characters. I'm not quite sure which ones they are though. sweatdrop Because I haven't been able to play that often... I was Sailor Mercury for halloween this past year. The outfit isn't that great, but hey, I had no experience with a sewing machine before it. so in my book it turned out pretty durn good! rofl

I could cosplay as Edward Elric is I felt like it. That's what my friends tell me.
But I have neither the patience nor the time to try alchemy and get meself a automail arm and leg. xd

haha... I have never really watched FMA, but the name "Rockbell Automail" sticks to me, because there was a smith in RO who always had a shop up like that... and it always had a '50s ring to it for me. X3
Also, that's a cute Mercury costume! <3 And adorable Katamari people X3
I still need to scan my favorite picture ever from FanimeCon '05... a guy dressed up as Squall, looking very frightened and "MUST ESCAPE!"-ish, and he was covered in about 5 or 6 fawning Selphies. biggrin

I'm thinking about doing a Kairi or Namine cosplay, but I'd like to do a crossplay as someone from Organization XIII (My mom hates it when I crossplay, she thinks it's 'too weird'). Maybe Marluxia... whee
