Sometime between ten and fifteen minutes after the briefing (he didn't want to be late, of course, this was way too important), Inigo stepped into the hangar with his team assembled, slingshot (with ammo), and feeling even more nervous than he did before. As bad as it was though, he knew it would only get worse - partly because of what was to come, and partly because he knew they'd be flying over large bodies of water.

Upon passing Star, he had to do a double-take just to make sure he hadn't passed a robot or something. No, no; it was just that strange Galactic -- ex-Galactic, he reminded himself. Still, the get-up was cool. "Nice gear," he commented before he stepped into the helicopter.

Fifteen minutes. Well, she already had her small team assembled, so that was steam off-blowing time. Blowing-off-steam time. Steamy fun times. Something like that. Arcadie took the small allotment to stand in the hall and perform various stretches that she remembered from the trainee program. When she arrived in the hangar, it was in a considerably better mood than she had parted from the briefing. Her smile was back on her face, her spring returned to her step. Mr. Pointy was looking all fancy and spiff-tastic, wasn't he? The elite's comment on his appearance drew a giggle. Domo arigatou indeed.

Arcadie stared up at the metal-clad lanky pointy puppy robot man with a grin on hearing Inigo's passing recognition of the outfit. "Bit boring there, friend. Could benefit from some colored trousers." She flashed a bright smile at him before proceeding after her teammates into the helicopter. Now this was the way to be - no anxiety or fear or what-have-you. At this rate she'd be able to crack a damn good one-liner when they burst into flames.

Faleen watched in silence, though with raised eyebrows as Star tried to talk his way out of going, blinking softly when the Boss made it very clear that they were to go.

It was wrapped up pretty quickly though, and everyone went their separate ways to finish getting ready.
She had stopped by to see her partner, since she knew he was in possession of some of his roommate's pokemon.

Having a Gangar floating next to her, four new pokeballs that didn't belong to her in one of her pouches,
One of the Pidgeot she was borrowing for the mission, two of the balls belonging to a Pignite and Feraligatr that belonged to Tyron. the last of a Jolteon that Izaya had also given her, saying it was a Jolteon belonging to Shadow, one of the Grunts that had gone missing as well

Holstered on her other hip, was her Gray Cerakote Sig P226, fully loaded with 9MM rounds, and the safety switched on.
Normally she would not bring her gun on missions, but this was not an ordinary mission, they had to pull all the stops on this one.

The blond strode into the hanger, without missing a step and striding over to the group of rockets with Star, who was back in the gear she recognized from when he had made the deal with them, as well as a few other pieces.
the blond Agent paused with the group, looking over the new gear that he was wearing with intrigue.

Bro' was eager to get on with this mission, He didn't know anyone here, and wasn't happy about leaving Izaya, but if it meant getting Jerome back, he would follow this blond chick to him!
with purple ears slicked back he slipped into the helicopter after Faleen.

"Stephen Michael will be your pilot for the day. He's already inside." TRP gestured at the helicopter.

Though clearly terrified and miserable, Inigo's passing comment managed to perk Star up a bit. "Why thank you. I designed all of it myself." His chin tipped up slightly as he climbed into the helicopter. He paused to frown at Arcadie, then took a seat, "I like my current trousers just fine."

TRP climbed in after the rest of the team, "No arguing, you all look pretty." She commented on her way to sit up front with Stephen.

And soon the helicopter was off.

The flight would have been smooth and uneventful, if not for Star's compulsive yammering. "I don't understand why it was necessary for me to come on this.. really isn't adding other members just counterproductive by this point? I could still stay in the helicopter. Someone should stay behind, shouldn't they? I volunteer."

TRP rolled her eyes, not looking away from the GPS she'd started monitoring as they drew close, "Can someone shove a granola bar in his mouth or something? I'm trying to concentrate.."

Star folded his arms and glared at the nearest window.

"We're nearly there. Slow us down, Stephen."

Maybe once this mission was over he could shoot Mister Star. That sounded vaguely appealing, and it would after all be a shame to get out his gun and then not use it. Just between the eyes to shut him up, or to make him suffer a little first for being such an annoying self aggrandizing coward? Such difficult decisions. On the other hand perhaps his potential usefulness excused his continued existence....

Well he would have plenty of time to think about that later; for now there were people to be rescued and Galactics to be punished for their impudence.

"Would pokemon food work instead?" Rory asked as he lead his head back. He was attempting to calm himself but the guys yammering wasn't helping.

He turned his thoughts to the mission, hoping to tune him out.

Bro' squinted one eye as the tall skinny man he had never seen before yammered on and on and on, complaining.
Who the ******** was this guy? and why wasn't he SHUTTING UP!?
He snapped at the man, then ground his fist into his other open hand.

Faleen glanced at Bro' blinking at the Ghost's boldness.
"Alright, enough." She told it, never pleased with pokemon who act out.

"Star." She said, hoping to try and tone down the man's very vocal displeasure.
"Just stick with the team and you'll be fine, all the Rockets need to go through this, even more-so if you really want to be a credible executive. Don't think about it, and just do your job."

She tried to be blunt and to the point. starting to worry that his attitude toward this mission might be less help then just giving them a map... she hoped this wasn't going to be the case.
She looked to one of the windows as they started to set down, dreading the fact that they would have to switch to pokemon soon.

While Inigo expected some sort of response from Star, it was clear he hadn't expected that kind of reaction. But, well, he couldn't be too surprised, really - the pointy ex-Galactic had already proven himself to be quite vain. With a shrug and a nervous, lop-sided smile, the grunt sat down and buckled himself in. As long as he didn't look out any of the windows, he wouldn't know when they flew over water, and then it wouldn't bother him... right? Right, of course...

Actually, it did help a bit. The vague fear of not knowing if they were over water or not was much better than the cold, gnawing dread that slowly consumed him when he knew for a fact he was near bodies of water. Lesser of two evils sort of thing, he supposed. The sort of dread, actually, that was slowly tying his stomach in complicated knots at the mention of being nearly there.

Arcadie liked talking. It was fun and relaxing and got everyone focused on something fun and interesting. What she didn't like was being talked at or otherwise talked around as though she weren't capable of participating in the conversation. She sat with her legs folded at the knees, one dangling foot shaking out a vague rhythm, and her arms crossed at her chest. Her expression was a rare one for her disposition: irritation. There was only so much whining she could tolerate.

"Had I a newspaper in my hand," she said, turning an incriminating glare on the offender, "you'd have a nicely whacked nose, Puppy Sir." At least they would arrive soon. Then he'd have no choice but to shut up, right? Oh but a girl could hope.

Star turned a glare on Arcadie. "What did you just call me?"

"Okay kids, that's enough. We're here." TRP climbed to her feet and crossed the helicopter to open the side hatch. "Being the self-professed flying expert, you can take the lead, Sager."

"Hmpf..." Star climbed to his feet and plucked a ball from his belt with two long claws. He tapped the button and a red beam shot out into the sky.

"Pidgeoooooot!" Scream shrieked as he took form.

Without pause, Star took an elegant dive out the open door, spun once in the air and landed on Scream's back, then tilted into a turn and started orbiting the helicopter while the others exited.

"Okay, the rest of you." TRP gestured. "I know you're not all used to flying. Just take it easy, no need for fancy tricks. Follow the others and we'll get there in once piece."

Frost was indeed not especially used to flying, and as he took the shiny new pokeball he had acquired from the labs only a few days before off his belt he thought about physics. Mmmh, well gravity or no they had a job to do, and so he released the pokeball's occupant and allowed himself to fall forwards out of the helicopter. For some moments he fell and quietly contemplated the scenery below him, hoping that he was not about to become terminally acquainted with it.

Fortunately his Pidgeot - Gilda, apparently - soon appeared underneath him and he landed on her back without too much of a thump. She squawked something at him that didn't sound complimentary but when he tugged on her feather she took the hint and soared back up so as to be on a level with the Pidgeot already circling the helicopter.

Faleen got to her feet when they were instructed to leave. Watching as Star very confidently jumped out and landed on the Pidgeot's back.
Yeah, she wasn't going to do that.

Letting out a breath, the Agent reached back to take up the Pokeball from one of the pouches on her belt. Letting the Pidgeot out so she could get on and follow after.

Thanks to the training Nyx had given her, Faleen knew how to fly, she just didn't like it, not trusting the pokemon as much as she did a machine.
Even so, while she did have a flying type, she trusted this strange Rocket trained Pidgeot more then her own Charizard.

Bro slid up next to her, and melded out of view.
Faleen wasn't sure why Izaya did not have a pokeball for this one, but she trusted he would follow the team.
Just as she had been taught, Faleen got onto the Pidgeot, holding on tightly as it too dove from the helicopter after Frost.
Thankfully the Pidgeot kept to the back of the other Agent's Pidgeot, keeping in line with him.

Sometime between take-off and landing - well, not landing, per se, but reaching their stopping point - Inigo had pushed the cane back at Alba to ensure he couldn't forget it. And, to further ensure this, he waited until his roommate had mounted his pokemon before he even considered pulling out his, mostly to make sure the older Rocket didn't try to pull a fast one and leave it behind in the helicopter.

Just like Star, Inigo pushed the button on his borrowed pokeball and released a Pidgeot into the sky. Unlike Star, his descent onto the bird was slow, cumbersome, and rather clumsy. He was used to climbing trees, not riding on pokemon. Well, he sort of was with Leilani, but a Meganium hardly compared to a freaking flying-type.

After much too long, the grunt finally managed to completely leave the helicopter and succeeded in nearly falling off almost immediately. Luckily for him, the Pidgeot was well-trained - and incredibly patient - so he was saved from a painful fall to the ground which he didn't even want to look at right now. That made him think of the airship... Would it be flying right now, after the damage from that explosion? Only time would tell at this point, they'd see for themselves soon enough. He was especially grateful this bird was so well trained because he didn't have a single clue how to do this, and because it already knew to follow the others. One less thing for him to worry about.

Great, just great. Rory watched as the others flew down on their Pidgeots. It wouldn't be too bad, and he'd be on the opposite end of the beak.

He let loose one of the spare Pidgeots and took a breath before following Frost's example of falling out of the helicopter. He landed on it's back and petted it's feathers.

"Good Pidgeot, nice Pidgeot," he muttered softly before tugging on a feather to let it know they were good to go.

'What are you all worked up about? I said Sir, didn't I?' But the elite intervened, and Arcadie was left unable to explain herself. He probably only heard the 'puppy' part. That was a shame, seeing as he wasn't terribly cutesy at all. Ho hum.

The show was getting on the highway, though - or whatever that saying was - and there wasn't really time left for cleverness. Arcadie stared after Mr. Pointy's acrobatically plummeting form. "Seven out of ten," she shrugged. No no, no more cleverness. Business time. Time for business. And all of them caught without their snazzy business suits, how dreadful.

The medic pulled out the complimentary pokeball containing the borrowed Pidgeot. Birdy, would it respond to that? Well, that's how she would call it nonetheless. Feeling cheeky after the various graceful demonstrations before her, Arcadie also chose a leaping format, failing to notify the Pidgeot beforehand that she would be crashing onto its back with her arms haphazardly flung around its neck. The bird squawked and complained and struggled to right itself from the sudden impact, eventually settling into pace with the others.

"Well done, Birdy," she said, grinning in spite of her trembling hands. Next time she would climb on from a stable surface. "Look how alive I am. That's fantastic!"
