Sad thing there is that the friends that I know really don't care for him much and he would feel like they were ganging up on him, and would probably drive in towards me more.
Who cares if he feels he's being ganged up on! A woman's wrath is worser than anything! You could try and prank him in a bad way. Like if he's following you, drop something slippery or something so he slips and you can laugh at him. Give him hateful comments!
