 Etude♪ The Silent Soldier ♪When he was alive? he can't really be dead, can he? When you're dead, you're gone, you're no longer moving. This all just confused Etude. However, he was looking forward to seeing what he was going to show him next. he saw him disappearing into his stuffed toy. The boy looked around, wondering where he went. When suddenly, he saw his toy get up on its own. He gasped in amazement. That was so cool, Brio had the abilty to posses things. Etude picked up the "living" toy and hugged it. ♬ Where am I?: Ritardando Underground Lab, Etude's room
♬ Who am I with?: his pet rabbit, Brio
♬ How am I feeling?: amazed

Encore blinked away her tears as a ghost and young boy passed her, not even noticing her in the shadows of the corridory. Was this her replacement? Her brother perhaps? A stab of jealousy pierced her, though she quickly reminded herself that this fellow humanoid was younger than her, it wasn't his fault.The humanoid couldn't help but envy how lucky the younger one was, to be wanted to have friends...

♯ Brio ♯ "Apocalyptic Phantom" The possessing ghoul pranced around in his new form, obviously having fun in a new body. Brio allowed the child to pick him up and hug him. It felt somewhat nice being hugged. The other feeling the ghost had was pain since the toy he had possessed was originally falling apart, so he could feel the pain as well. He didn't let it show though. "I could do more things like this, but I think this'll be it for now. Gotta save up some magic while I can." The toy said before becoming limp after Brio returned to his normal state. "...Hey Etude, do you know that girl in the lab we saw earlier?" He was a bit curious about her at first glance. Was she Etude's sister or something?

Etude♪ The Silent Soldier ♪Etude was disappointed when his toy went limp and Brio was next to him. he wondered what else he could do, he had such amazing abilities that even surpassed his. When he was asked if he knew the girl they walked past, the boy shook his head. She did look similar to him. Was she another super soldier his father created? Did he make a sister for him? However, he was a bit shy when it came to meeting new people. The small super soldier was feeling Brio's lifeless hand. He wanted to know why he could feel him now, and before he couldn't. ♬ Where am I?: Ritardando Underground Lab, Etude's room

♯ Brio ♯"Apocalyptic Phantom" "Hmm... Well, I'll greet her later, I guess..." Brio didn't want to leave the humanoid alone in the corner. It must be horrible to be secluded from everyone else. A feeling the ghost well. He looked down at Etude curiously felt his hand. It was a bit weird why the boy was doing that. He could only guess it was normal since they just met a few minutes ago. It tickled quite a bit that it made the ghost softly snicker.

Etude♪ The Silent Soldier ♪The boy tilted his head. He didn't understand what Brio found amusing, he was only curious about him. Not understanding what exactly was a ghost. he could ask, but Etude didn't have the ability to speak. He heard a knock on the metal door, he sees a small door opening below and someone pushing in a tray of roast meat and bread. Nocturne's assistants were afraid of the small super soldier since he was a killing machine. He knelt on the ground and began to eat his food with his hands. Being part machine, he didn't need to eat, but he wanted to. ♬ Where am I?: Ritardando Underground Lab, Etude's room

♯ Brio ♯"Apocalyptic Phantom" Surprised by the sudden knock on the door, the ghost turned his attention toward the metallic door of Etude's room. He wasn't expecting to see a plate of food pushed out from the tiny door under it. Brio watched curiously as the boy ate his food. The heavenly aroma of freshly baked bread and roasted meat made the phantom somewhat hungry. He had been living off consuming other souls of dying animals that he had forgotten what it was like to eat actual food that he preferred. To push the feeling of huber away, Brio decided to talk about how being a ghost was like. He didn't expect for Etude to say anything, but to inform him about what it was like being, well, dead. "So... Being a ghost is pretty hard. You gotta roam the world scaring and eating off other lifeforms. Or at least that's what I do. Other ghost are usually alive for revenge or something along the lines of vengeance."

Etude♪ The Silent Soldier ♪Etude turned his attention to Brio as he was speaking. So, when someone dies, they're not really gone forever? This worried the boy. Throughout the few months he was in this world, he has killed many people as his master ordered. Does this mean there ghosts would want revenge on him? The scared little super soldier began to whimper. Normally, he was able to defeat anybody, but how can you kill someone that was already dead? ♬ Where am I?: Ritardando Underground Lab, Etude's room

♯ Brio ♯"Apocalyptic Phantom" Great going, Brio. You scared your friend again. The ghost put a reassuring hand on Etude's shoulder, smiling softly before continuing. "But not everything can come back from the dead. It takes a lot of reasoning with the other head spirits to do that. I kinda got off scot-free though since I supposedly have a job." That job being protecting ruins from harm along with absorbing dying souls that have lived their lives to the fullest in happiness.

Etude♪ The Silent Soldier ♪So, not everyone comes back as ghosts? Well, that was good... He didn't want to live in fear. Etude was happy that Brio was with him, but was it all right for him to leave the ruins? It was his duty to protect them, but he didn't want him to go. Brio was his only friend. If he knew what Etude was and what he did, he might hate him. Maybe it was good that he couldn't speak. ♯ Brio ♯"Apocalyptic Phantom" Speaking of his job, it seemed that there was a disturbance in one of the caves. Brio knew this from the sudden coldness he could feel each time something was just not right. He figured someone just entered a cave, but it didn't hurt to look. "Seems that someone entered a cave. I should probably check it out. Or y'know, have a little fun and scare whoever entered the cave." Of course, Brio wasn't going to leave his friend alone. The phantom released himself from his body and floated around in his true state, gliding down to his "meat suit" as he sometimes called his physical body. "I got to check the caves for a bit. I'll be leaving half of my soul here in my body so I won't have to leave you alone and still play with you while I'm over there at the same time. I would hate to leave you alone." Brio was happy he was granted this ability by the head spirits. Now he could scare people and be with Etude at the same time. "Well, I better get going, even though I'm not really leaving anywhere with my body... You get the point. See you!" And with that, the ghost slid into the ground and went on a mission to check on the ruins.
Out of Skulls: I'm feel so sorry that I'm going to have to scare the people in the caves in Andante. THAT'S WHAT YOU GET FOR ENTERING THE CAVES.

What exactly was a soul? he's only been in this world for a few months and there were still some things he didn't know. He's such a cutie~" The madmad noticed his earliest creation, Encore, was still there. What in teh world was he going to do with a defective soldier? Suddenly, he had an idea. "Excuse me, my friend. There's something I must do." He went over to the sad girl "Hello, my dear Encore~ Father feels bad for what he did years ago. He was quite angry at that time. But, do not worry. Encore glanced upwards, yellow eyes, much like her fathers, sharpening slightly. So her father says she could redeem herself, if the humanoid was to perform a task. Encore tried not to raise an eyebrow, she found it hard to believe that this man really felt bad about what had happened to her. He had left hr there for years. He hadn't seemed remorseful about it up until this point, slowly, the white haired humanoid responded,"...What is this task Father?"

♫ The Sadistic Scientist ♫ At least the girl doesn't suspect him. She might be useful, if she doesn't screw up this simple mission, that is. "Well, there's this black haired half-elf that your father is quite interested in. However, he's quite strong, and I can't keep dirtying my hands fighting. So, I have a clever idea. There's this girl who travels with him. I want you to bring her to me alive. We'll use her as bait. If he cares about her, he'll come here to save her. Then, once he's near, I'll send Etude to apprehand him. Then, he's all mine~" He turned his attention to Encore "Your mission is to bring that girl over here. Once her task is completed, you can dispose of her witht he rest of the trash. Got it?" ♬ Where am I?: Ritardando Underground Lab
