THE UNDERGROUND OF DARKNESS
Standing up, Lizzy dusted herself off before staring into the dark, dark cave of darkness. Behind her, the Lepus Guide cleared its throat before speaking, "Did you know that the darkness is really dark?" Lizzy twitched; yes, she could tell. Thank you so very much for that kind advice.
Sighing, she braced herself and entered.

However, the moment she entered the course, she felt something striking her constantly - first her legs and then her arms. Wincing, she tried to move on but whatever was attacking her was relentless, and soon, she found herself face planted on the ground inside the cave, out cold as her lepus guide flagged for a bogeyman to get her out.
This thing must really dislike demons.

Ice Road Runner
Barth immediately felt the drop in temperature as he stepped into the cave. He was out of the wind and rain, sure, but... his breath made a slow, lazy trail as it dissipated. The backpack was...a bother. Heavy. Too heavy. Barth wasn't used to carrying things, and his slouch deepened as he navigated across the slick road.
His clothes crunched as he moved.
He looked uneasily at the stalactites.
The lepus in his bag stirred, Did you know ~ the difference between-
"Yes," Barth interrupted wearily. He liberated a flag from a stalagmite.

Roll an 8 sided dice
1, 4, 8 – ROCKS. ROCKS EVERYWHERE! You get pelted back down again. Ouch! (FAIL)
2, 3, 5, 6, 7 - You manage to guard yourself from the falling stone and continue on. You obtain your second flag!
There was a crumbling sound, and he watched as a few sprinkles of rocks dropped on his hands, bouncing off his fingers and to the side. Ears back, he looked up. Before the Lepus could point out the obvious, the rocks above gave way and falling down, crashed above him, sending him, the rocks he was holding onto, and everything else tumbling down.
Well, at least he wasn't high up anymore, but going back down hadn't been a treat.
Before he disappointed, he heard a few things break that weren't rocks.

His boots scuffed against a slick patch, and no matter how slow he had gone, he was always fighting a losing battle against gravity.

Barth lay there for a bit. It was...well, wet. And cold. But it wasn't walking. He lay there and watched the ceiling, and listened to the dripping, and he could probably sleep for just a smidge... there was a cracking sound.
He had never been a fast mover, but the crack gave him enough of a warning so that he wasn't impaled.
He ended up on the floor again.

"Did you know~ you're crushing me," The lepus complained from the backpack.
"Sorry, I'll- err, one moment," Barth said, really meaning to get up. But it was slippery. Lying in one spot was not easy either. The wind slid him right back to the entry.
The lepus dropped the flags out of spite.

He wasn't sure who decided to add insult to injury. Watching a sloth demon lie at the entryway to a cave didn't make for good television, which is why someone must have pelted him with a snowball.
