"hmm...ok i'll tell you this i'm just around your little tummy " she said to him continuing her merciless attack scritching and scratching the area and watching him wiggle and squirm

"good guess sweetie you almost bit the dust but you survive for another round" she said moving further up to a spot around his neck and began dancing her fingers on it

"go ahead guess if you can sweetie but I betcha wont get this one! hehehe!"

"sorry to be the bearer of bad news but that's strike three and you know what that means....hehehe!"

"you're now my little prisoner forever and and ever! biggrin and trust me we're gonna have lotsa fun you and I sweetiekins from here to eternity which is exactly how long you'll be spending with me so get comfy in that chair sweetiepie cause your fun filled first day of the rest of your little afterlife starts right.....NOW hehehe!" and with that she began an all out tickle assault on his entire upper body with her magic feathers tickling his sides ribs tummy collarbone and armpits

the magic feathers had a special effect in which with each tickle they made the target spot they were attacking even more highly sensitive to it and the effects lasted forever

Pidgeotto the revealed a pair of magic silk stocking which she placed on scott's feet all the way up his legs and like the feathers the stockings produced the same effect when she tickled her victims feet and toes and any part of his lower body which she did so by attacking his toes first which really had him howling in laughter thanks to the effects of the stockings magic powers
