Ariane was starting to simply argue for the sake of arguing now; she had started out wondering why Before had been acting so strangely around her lately, and she got her answer. He was upset that she had "disowned" him over cookies. Cookies that, in her opinion, had the potency of drugs - and at the time, he was clearly addicted to these drugs that did him no good. Of course, in the end, all of them ended up addicted to 'Joy' and went crazy, but still! She would never eat another one of those stupid cookies willingly ever again!

"Thank you, thank you," She decided to clam herself down; no, Before wasn't worth it, she tried to convinced herself, it's always best to go alone and not get too attached. She was too attached. That's why she got burnt. Loosening her grip on her weapon, she grinned, giving a low bow before leaning against the training dummy, "You're not too bad at this game yourself! If you play this game a little more, you might become as good at it as I am! Go on, I'm sure you can easily find a partner to play it with on this island~ For now, I think I might need a shower."

Desummoning her weapon, she gave Before a two-finger salute and then started walking in the direction of the dorms.
