Oh no..now he wanted cake even more. Tiny cheesecakes for a buck? Otto would eat a plate full! Otto tried not to imagine it. He was in the middle of a damn spar. Such a distraction with cake on the brain. "Cake shops were always so damned expensive in the city. We had no bakery in town. Lucky b*****d."
He took the attack like a man, swinging back at Marcus right off the get go. "Yer welcome." Otto smirked.

Hit or not, Marcus was enjoying it. Training was practice, but it was also just a good time to connect and shoot the s**t in some ways. "God it was one of those shitty back water places where you pretty sure they might have used rat poison at one time or another. I lived just outside the main city, so, it was pretty damn ********. Cheese cake want. Even Dis was encouraging the need for cake. But for uh... yeah he wasn't going to buy a cake just to try and get it good with Cass no. "I hope they fix the cafeteria. First the bathrooms now that place. I swear, if they take out the commons next I might just live in a tent." Swinging at Otto again, he aimed low, trying to trip him up.Only problem was, his blade was not that long.

"This place has a knack for exploding." Otto drawled in response, "Make sure yer tent is bulletproof." How much good would a tent do in accident prone Deus Ex? Even outdoors had it's share of problems. Short of making their own bomb shelter, it was only a matter of time until their underwear drawers self destructed.
Otto attempted to swing at Marcus with Tenya.

Try a talent for exploding. With the place as it was, Marcus was still sure a tent was safer. He could probably ask about bulletproofing it though. That seemed like something they would have lover in the life labs. ....Given that maybe the dorms were safer.
"Ehhhhh maybe I'll stick to dorms. Dry and has heating along with AC" He managed to not get hit but that boomerang was not something light. Grabbing his blade he thrust it up and out. "Still, ******** cake craving now."

"Pretty sweet deal." Otto would choose A/C and Heating over tents, even with the risk of explosions. It made things interesting if nothing else.
Otto took Marcus's ;ast ht with a deep grunt, backing off from the bigger hunter. If he took another hit like that he'd...
"Well, let's call it a day then." Otto decided, dismissng his weapon. "Cake hunt?"

As Otto called it a day and desummoned his weapon, Marcus followed suit. You didn't push a spar, not unless you were Reine and wanted to keep hurting yourself to the point you needed to go to the infirmary. "Works with me well enough." Looking back towards the main building her frowned.
"Now...just need to find a hunter willing to let us go on a cake quest."

"Yeah..." Otto stared off toward the building, tilting his head in thought. "Ya sure you don't wanna chance Julie? If anyone knows cake...." Otto seemed to recall the madness of Christmas and shuddered. "Ya know what, never mind." Luckily, he thought better of it. "That chic has the crazy eye."
Otto sighed in defeat, and headed back inside.
