Dormin swatted Bug around a bit more, barking and seeming to be losing interest now that it wasn't moving anymore.

Bug was- "Well I think Dormin has proven yet again it is the better." Walking over he picked Bug up by a broken wing. It didn't even try to move or even flash blue. "Would it like to eat Bug? Better to not waste FEAR after all."

Dormin was up and bouncing on his hind legs even before King made his offer to let the Follossus eat the minipet, barking and waving his front legs about excitedly.
Bark bark bark!

Nodding King placed the fallen Bug on the ground. "Thank you Dormin." Looking back as Sura, King was smiling. "And you as well Sura. Now I won't have to worry about... it yelling at me in the early morning."

Dormin snarfed the unmoving minipet down, sitting there and idly chewing on it as the two owners spoke, seeming content, even as the other Follossus moved forward to see what had happened, sniffing at the FEAR in the patriarch's mouth.
"I do feel bad you are now without it, however. Unless you simply keep other companionship instead. Otherwise, I do feel compelled to replace it somehow."

Rest in peace Bug, may you never darken his doorstep again. Or wake him with your shrill cry to pay attention and listen. As Sura told him her feelings, King laughed. "Do not feel such need. I have my band on scents and ah.." he looked at her own tiny corgi. "One of those. Really, it's quite alright though, the gesture is appreciated."

"No, no. I think I have something that may suit you, though. Given what you have expressed to me, yes." Sura moved to go find something, which ultimately resulted in her rooting around in the minipets closet and pulling out something small and almost...jelly like. It wrapped its little tentacles around Sura's hand as she carried it back to King, holding it out.
"It will grow as these do.." she nodded to the Follossus. "And I am sure if you wish to pursue battling again, it will grow to do well as Dormin does, with him as father, yes?"

King was a bit taken aback by the forwardness. It was an odd looking minipet, but, many of them were. "It is a pup of your Dormin?" He looked at the Follossus. "With FEAR from him yes, it must been of a good linage. I ah-" he held his hand out, tentative with the tentacles. "Thank you Sura. And thank you once again Dormin." He nodded to the both of them.

"It is a pup of Dormin and Yorda, yes." Sura confirmed, motioning to the pure white Follossus when she spoke of her, the female wuffing thoughtfully up at King before she went about herding her children about, as well as the Cycorgi.
Still, Sura carefully passed off the child Follossus to King. Dormin just watched the exchange, continuing the idly chew. Nom nom.
