Oh, you two <3
This looks good to go, sans one tiny little thing; her eternal attack feels dangerous to me; my concerns with it are that people have been known to pass out when breaking bones or being stabbed. In twenty five seconds, Hekate could probably do a fine job of snapping off arms+legs+head and jab her nails in a good number of time—and even if this is phantom pain that does no real damage, the body is still intended to react as if it were real pain.
I have a few alternatives that might help tone this down;
1) Keep the duration as is, and instead of increasing the strength of her magic from super, instead allow her to use the attack more than once in battle 2) Add a rule that she has roughly one second to damage the doll/or that only so much damage can be done in one attack/or if she does a 'set amount' of damage the doll will fade out of existence for the duration of the attack [during which the attack could either abruptly end or continue on for the remainder of the twenty five seconds but she couldn’t do any new pain]
Or anything else you might think of! I am just looking to make sure this isn't an attack that could result in a character passing out and leaving them totally defenseless or unable to respond!
