Kisan heard the music suddenly being cut off and wondered briefly what had caused it. He didn’t take time to look though as he had to stay focus. He couldn’t give up hope now, he had to keep looking for a GM. He knew that there was a slim chance; he had been looking for a GM for a while now and had still yet to found one. That’s probably why there was a prize when you found one though, because it was a tad difficult. He let out a soft sigh as his golden orange orbs glanced around at the many people that flooded the town square of Infinite City. He had never been one for large crowds, not liking the way that people had to brush past one another to try to take even one step. He was never fond of people that he didn’t know being so close to him for two reasons: one) in reality, he was use to having to sit inside as others played and was use to having to stay on the sidelines all his life so that he didn’t get hurt and two) well he doesn’t really talk about reason number two. So he was a bit uncomfortable now and wondering if maybe he should leave and just come back to look at a time that wasn’t busy. Something stopped him though….that something being a small vibration indicating that he had mail.

He wondered what the mail was about before checking himself. He found himself frowning his soft peach lips softly as he read the message from this Zero. The reason Kisan frowned was because he was confused. Was this a prank or was this for real? It was a big coincidence that he had just been looking for a GM and now one was messaging him. He reread the line that stated that this male was in the same predicament as him…as so were those two others that were mailed apparently. So others were trapped like him? Kisan couldn’t help but be a bit relieved when hearing that. Not that he wanted others to be trapped, but it was nice to know that he wasn’t the only one. He glanced up from the mail and debated with himself if he should go to this tavern and inn or not. It’s not like it would hurt to. If it was a prank, Kisan would simply go on his way and continue to try to find some way to get out of here. So he headed towards the tavern and inn as he also tried to keep himself from getting his hopes up too much. Never a good thing to do that~ He walked inside and scanned the cozy place. He wasn’t sure what this GM looked like, so he had to read the player’s stats to find which one was called Zero. He found the male in a seat on the back, sipping cider. He was surprised to see that Zero was the same Harpist that had been playing by the fountain. He walked over to the other’s table and sat down but still kept a small distance between him and the other, obviously not one to trust people easily. “What do you mean ‘same predicament’?” he asked softly. He didn’t see the others there yet, but then again he also didn’t know what they looked like either so they must be close.

The blonde had been quite deep in thought that he hadn't even noticed the other male walk over and sit down. Icy blue eyes traveled to the other male, noting that like himself, the boy was a light elf...though it seemed his character had received a glitch. "When i say the same predicament, I mean that I am also stuck here." he stated rather bluntly. "Let me introduce myself first, perhaps you'll trust me a bit more if you are aware of just who i am." He stated as he leaned back, letting go of the handle of the mug he had been drinking from. "In game my name is Zero, and honestly i'm just a normal player like yourself, except for the fact that i am also a Gm..... out of Game..." He murmured, letting his tone fall into that of a hushed whisper, not wanting everyone to hear, though he was sure no one noticed him say he was a Gm. "My name is Akira Kaname. I'm also one of the founders of Second life...and the person in charge of dealing with the virus who has trapped all of us" He stated quite simply. "I was the one in charge of artificial intelligence...but i can assure you no virus was created on my account...so it had to be someone within the company trying to sabotage me....though other innocents seem to have gotten involved...namely you and the others"

He didn't expect that anyone would really...like him after hearing that it was him who created part of this game...but the truth had to come out to at least these few who were trapped...he had the feeling that they would help him track down the virus...if they wanted to be free at least. "I know you're probably unhappy with me...I suppose i made the artificial intelligence too...life like. The virus clung on to one character and it seems that character want to trap us in game...." He added, letting his gaze drift away...but perhaps it was better if they did not get involved? He didn't want to get them into trouble....what if they were completely erased? Then there was no telling what could happen to their comatose bodies...

"There..may be risks though... and i don't want to risk the lived of others..." He murmured, frowning now as the stunning blonde elf closed his eyes to think... something he did often. He was used to being alone, so he knew he was probably quite socially awkward...but there was no time to be worrying about that. He wanted to go home, and he was sure these kids...or adults, wanted to be free of this cursed place too....User Image

Upon entering the tavern hope was roughly pushed by one player after the other, seeing as how so many people lined up for a drink she assumed they came from a mission and were desperate for a quick drink. The only problem consuming any sort of alcohol was that it would replinish your health but at the cause of being unable to attack, defend or run away depending on how much alcohol was consumed. After being shoved the girl finally had enough, she would not be treated as some sort of dummy for people to shove in and leave bruises on her body so she made haste and dissolved into the shadows leaving no trace of her being in the tavern. Looking at all angles of the tavern, as each shadow served her eyes and ears, a pair of light elf's speaking so mysteriously caught her attention it wasn't everyday you could blend in the shadows and overhear everyone's conversation. Listening while people talked to each other was rude but in the game it was pratically normal since people could talk about dungeons, treasures, money or in this case why she was stuck as hope was.

Eavesdropping dropping on this conversation was a good idea for hope anyways as she found out her problem, the girl found that she couldn't log off because of some sort of virus that attatched itself on her and even when she was hidden in the darkness hope patted herself down to as if she would find the virus. But the girl already knew it wasn't going to be that simple, if such a thing did attatch to her then it might not of been on her or else she would of long seen it before so it might be inside her, her code or whatever the term was called since apparently she felt no different than all the other times she played the game. 'Maybe its like catching a cold virus, it stays in your body forever...forever' Forever was a long time and though she could become the greatest Sage thats ever appeared in the game she would never see her parents or another day out in the real world. hope learned more than just the virus for the light elf who spoke about the virus was the GM that emailed her and the other one was much like her, stuck in this game with some sort of virus attatched to him but the same went for the GM. Even though the GM's username hung above and he stated his real name was Akira but that name meant little to nothing for her since her parents would never let her go on the internet. The girl barely knew any popstars, bands, singers, or even the name of companies besides the ones that her parents talk to her about but that still wasn't very helpful.

hope had enough of standing by and listening since she was invited the girl would also partake in the conversation. She stepped out of the shadow to only appear behind the GM, supposedly the man to deal with thier problem "What makes you believe it was someone from the inside? Isn't it possible to create your own virus these days and just let loose in the game?" hope was no computor expert but the world was vast, there were people out there who could crash any company with a virus if they could sneak in and plant it but that took was a strenuous task as well as dangerous cause if you got caught it was jail for you buddy. hope took a seat next to the GM, she would probably just call him this from no one since it only consisted of two letters and so, easy to remember. "I don't see how were any more of a risk then we are now, if theres a way for us to return to our bods then I'm up for an adventure. I like the game but I'm not gonna live in such a world thats so fake compared to the real one. How about you..." hope looked above the other light elf to read his username, "ILB, what do you say."

Kisan waited patiently for the other to notice his presence. It was natural for the male to slip into an area with little to no sound. His moves were gracefully as can be and his slender frame made it easy for him to be quiet and sneaky. It was a talent for a sniper like him. But right now, Kisan wasn’t trying to be quiet and sneaky, he was trying to get answers….answers that he had been looking for for a while now. “You are?” he replied as the surprise was evident in his voice. He was once again relieved to hear that he wasn’t the only one that was stuck in this game. He listened as the other spoke of who he really was, outside of the game. Kisan blinked his thick eyelashes and said softly, “I know who you are. You’re a child prodigy and one of the creators of Second Life in reality.” He smiled afterwards, a little more trusting now that he at least knew who the other was. He, like many others, had heard of Akira Kaname. “So we’re stuck in this game because of revenge? What did you do to someone that made them do something like that?” he asked, curious. He wasn’t really ticked off at the other since Akira had stated that he hadn’t purposely caused this. He wasn’t trusting of the other, but he wasn’t ticked necessarily. “Why though?” he asked when the other mentioned that the character who the virus had clung to wanted them trapped in the game. He smiled and said, “I don’t mind the risk. I mean I’m already trapped in this game so I’ll do anything to try to get out.” He looked as a girl came and stepped near the table. It seemed like she must’ve been listening in somehow since she started talking about their problem right away. He nodded his head and said, “It’s possible. My brother has put glitches in the game numerous times but never something as big as a virus that traps people.” He knew that the question was directed at him, but he felt like he should’ve added in that little bit to show that it was possible for people on the outside to mess with the codes of the game as long as they were good enough. Kisan frowned softly as Hope called him by his username and felt his cheeks blush softly. “I agree. We’re both in then. I prefer Kisan though by the way…” he said.

"Kisan...I will try my best to remember that name, although to be honest I'm probably going to have to rely on you to repeat your name to me a couple of times. You see..." hope looked to the side as if she was going to reveal something of some discomfort. She paused for a couple seconds but realized that she may not be the only one to have this sort of problem. After all, even though she wasn't a social butterfly as she was pretty much locked up in her home all day due to her health hope still hoped that she wasn't the only one who couldn't remember names well.
"Ahhhh....well, you see I'm not very good at remembering names. I haven't really had the chance of meeting so many people much less introduce myself to them." Hope sticked out her hand towards the fellow now wanting to be called Kisan. She had learned through her father and mother that extending your hand in order to shake it with others was a sign that you meant no harm but that you also wanted to grow a health relationship with them. Although since her parents were mostly all business she thought that she still wanted a healthy relationship with the fellow in front of her. After all, they were both stuck in this game together and they both seem determined to get out of it so this cooperation could also be seen as a pact or an agreement.
"Although, to be honest, I'm still not sure how we are going to get out of this game. If the virus is intended for one person and still it effects all these players in the game won't it mean that there isn't an escape route because I doubt the one that is behind all of this would make it that easy for anyone." hope wasn't trying to bring the mood down or anything but she needed to make her point. In order to grasp the situation and to best solve it she thought that it may be best to look at this predicament in every situation possible.
