 "I am uncertain... He was still planning, last I head of it." Bothersome indeed ! He owned little clothing that suited him well, and that was without even factoring how many outfits he'd torn apart by forgetting to take the cloth off before shapeshifting.
Really, you'd think he would remember about that, but...

"Hmm, that's tricky. You might be able to custom order something, but that sort of thing usually takes time. Then again, you may just find something you like." Which could be a little difficult, depending on how Xun felt about his current shape.

"I will go and look, later." Ti Lung decided with a nod. He was not as modest as some of the reborn - clothes served to accent the shape, as well as a benefit for the mortals' comfort - his body was currently quite female, so it might be good to accent that - accent the female form that Glyph had first loved.
Xun Jiang had no worries of reminding him too much of Illisia, or having to 'fight' against her. He was Illisia, and Illisia was him. Forest was very well aware of that, and was comfortable with that. At least, this was what the dragon king thought.
He certainly needed to look his best... Whatever that would end up meaning.

Rio tapped his chin, thinking. "A gift, a cake, the proper attire...that's a very good start, I think. But if it's a party, there's going to be dancing! How well do you dance?"

Well, he had a good start. Even if Rio could not give him answers set in stone, to know that Love himself thought he was on the right track was... comforting.
"I... am not the best dancer, I think." Was the dragon king's embarrassed answer. Yes, he did dance with Glyph. but no one had been watching that ! In private he was fine with looking foolish if it brought a smile to his lover's face, but in a public gathering ? Well, that was different.

"You may want to consider practicing," he suggested. Granted, Glyph probably didn't care much either way whether Xun was a good dancer or not, but Xun would likely feel better about dancing if he'd had some practice. "Do you know anyone?"
If not, maybe Leo would help...

Did he know anyone ? Well, as adorable at the little host had been, Ti Lung doubted that Enkepe would count.
And unless his aoidei were hiding talents from him... "Not really, no." He admitted. Maybe he could just beg to not have to dance ? Hn.

"Well, that's alright. I happen to know someone who's a very good dancer. I can probably persuade him to teach you a few things." There might be a slight language barrier issue, but...it was dancing! How much talking could possibly be necessary? And they'd been teaching Leo a little, anyway...

He returned to his bedroom, where he'd earlier done his best to slide out of bed without waking his companion when Xun had come knocking. "Leo~?"

Leo sat up in bed, wondering who it was that wanted his attention. "Hn? Oh...Rio..." He sat up the rest of the way, pushing the covers off, stretching and yawning. "Something going on?" It never occurred to him that Love might have other company.

Can I have a few minutes to make myself, well, presentable? It wouldn't do for one raised in the Court of the Night-Blooming Flowers to meet someone looking as if they had just tumbled out of Naamah's bed (even if they had in this case). It just was not professional at all!

No, you have to go just like this, Rio teased, but gave Leo time to do as he wished. Once he was ready, he linked hands with him returned to the sitting room to make introductions.
Leo, this is Xun Jiang, Lifewater of Worlds. He's another Dragon King, like Laurence's god.
