“I do not believe anybody would relish the idea that others view them as some type of toy or only show respect for my gifts but not respect my identity. I’d challenge those who viewed me in such a way. “ Shazhad felt angry for this female sake . One should always show respect towards other living things and the noodles she has been around must be uneducated barbarians. “I’m am also an outsider since I do not come from the surrounding land but from far away. I try to surround myself by those who can teach me and those who value me for me .”

Tanith kind of shrugged at this. She understood exactly what the male was saying and agreed with him but that's how it had always been since she was little so it was just the norm for her. "I'm what you would call a soothsayer and I see threw my dancing . My culture is of old when our god and goddess walked the earth... and history has stated before about others like me... it was a bit bloody to say the least so I understand it."she said walking a bit closer. "Sounds like you have learned a lot in your travels no? I'm Tanith by the way," she says while giving him a formal curtsey.

“Well it’s good to feel useful and needed. Though I hope eventually those noodles learn to respect you as an individual and not just what you can do for them or what others like you have done. “ Shazhad extended a paw towards the female. “ I’m Shazhad Za'ferân from one of the Arabian Desert tribes.”

"They either will or they wont and they will be missing our culture so desperately depends on." She said with a shrug trying to play it off as nothing. Though deep inside if the day came when she had to walk away she would be sad and a bit hurt to leave her home. She gently touched his paw with hers after moving her snake bracelet out of the way. "It is an honor to share this area for a time being with you Shazhad Za'feân of the desert. I hope the gods bless us with a fair time and no harm" she said with a smile.

“My people have a saying when they gain a new friend. “ Shazhad placed his paw on Tanith’s shoulder “Your company is like the rain it’s as life shattering as water and your friendship quenches the soul. “ He spoke as if speaking a blessing and smiled warmly at Tanith.

Tanith smiled back at him. "Thank you. I think that is a very appropriate saying. Your people sound very wise."She complimented him on it. She stretched some as the warm sun beat down on her fur. The coins connected to her pants glistened. "So Shazhad what brings you so far from home?"

Shazhad ruefully smiled. “Well I have many reasons but somehow they all sound so silly. My family has always held a set of power within the tribe and since I was the only male of my family I became very spoiled. I decided early on to train and become a warrior my family could become proud of but knew I would be unable to grow stronger if I received special treatment. So I traveled seeking teachers and growing stronger. All in all I’m happy with the type of male I have become but I do miss my family.” Shazhad gazed at the female. “You also look like you have traveled far from your native home. “

"So you travel far and wide to learn and master your skills to prove to everyone that you aren't the spoiled offspring of a wealthy family?" Tanith asked even though she was pretty sure that was what he was saying. "That is a very wise chose for someone to make at such a young age. You still have a long journey ahead of you though. "She mused quietly as she wondered did she dare peer into his future. "You are right I too have traveled far. I live in a forest area near a desert in the ruins of stone with my tribe."

"It sounds like you have a wonderful home-in some ways a refuge very similar to your homeland. Is your current residence a temporary home or permanent? Is your tribe nomadic or is there a particular reason you’re so far away from your birthplace?"Shazhad asked Tanith in a inquisitive manner.

"It is like a refuge but that is mostly to remind us of our homeland and tradition." She said but her voice held a hint of pride. "It is temporary till I decided to head home or another new place. Whatever decides to tickle my fancy. What about you? Will you head back or no?"

I have always thought there will be a day where I would suddenly have a compulsion to return home but so far my spirit resists the journey. I could understand my unwillingness if I had personal ties that kept me from home. However I have no familiar ties and few friendship ties. I feel like my future will soon crash upon me and it makes me uneasy. Change after all can be both wonderful and hard.

Tanith listened to him talk with a small smile on her face. For some reason she liked the sound of his voice. But as he talked her face lost expression and her eyes widened. Just as that happened her eyes flashed and eerie blue that held a powerful glow. It held for a few than went as suddenly as it came.
Her eyes fluttered back into focus. Shazard's form be came clearer now. She gave him a knowing smile and commented "Yes I must say your future isn't to far off my friend. " She glanced around before back at him "What would you like to do or would you rather I leave?"

Shazhad looked at the sky and sighed a bit. It seemed like time had sped by as he conversed with the pretty serpentine/fox. She had an unusual power and intelligence that spoke to him. However Shazhad was starting to find himself more and more interested in her. That in itself was dangerous since he was already in love with a noodle he had first met as a kit. However the female Ruhin Taj showed some affection towards him but her heart was with the male who betrayed her. Her continued pain hurt shazhad soul-he wanted her to be happy but part of him wanted her to still need him. Shazhad knew the day would come when she would no longer value his companionship and go off to search for the male she loved. Still his attraction to Tanith was worrying perhaps it would be best to walk away for now if they crossed path again he could call it fate. Turning he faced Tanith, “The day has gone by very fast because of your company. I will soon have to make my rounds of the surrounding area and make sure those who live around her are well protected. I look forward to meeting you again. Merry meet and merry part and merry meet again.”

Tanith sat quietly while Shazhad obviously thought things over. She didn't want to be rude and disrupt him. She was hoping he would say yes. She couldn't remember the last time she had a friend and just hung out with them. She wanted to have fun with another instead of just doing something fun on her own. But she wouldn't push him if he said no. She held her breath as he spoke. Her big smile faded to a small one. She nodded her head before standing up and kissed his cheek. She wouldn't normally do that but she felt like she had to. "Alright...well I am glad I got to be graced with meeting someone kind, wise, understanding and strong like you Shazhad." She wanted to add more but decided it was better to cut her losses while she could. She turned and began to walk back the way she came, jingling with every step she took. She didn't know what she felt but she knew she felt different for that man than any other in her life.
