Dillon stared at the ballooning poison gas cloud and face-palmed. Twice He may or may not have been surprised that it was followed by A MASSIVE HIT that sent him tumbling further into the green cloud of doom.
What next? << I don't know, you tell me >>
That just ended with him trashing his whip sword about.

By now, attacking Dillon was the last thing on Wilson’s mind. He was beginning to panic and worry for the newer trainee, actually. “Dillon?! Dillon. God, sorry! I just—It was an accident. Um—“
Something whipped across his body and he immediately dove in to retaliate with a couple of slashes himself. It was only when he attempted to bash the person that he remembered that this person was actually Dillon. “Oh shi—“ Wilson immediately stopped, peeling off his mask once the cloud thinned enough.

Before he could even come up with another snarky reply, the trainee took a direct blow to the head and fell backwards, slowly, completely knocked out and bleeding. As the gas cloud began to thin, Wilson might notice that Dillon was also turning rather green.
Dillon was going to need medical attention for reasons more than one.

There was no reply and Wilson began to worry even more. “Dillon?” Silence. “Dillon, are you okay?” The cloud began to clear, revealing the mist trainee collapsed on the ground. Wilson swore. “Dillon! Ahhh s**t sorry sorry sorry—“ He repeated the apology over and over as he ran toward Dillon while tearing off his mask and de-summoning his weapon. Once he drew closer he noticed the tint of green Dillon had taken on. He frowned. Yeahhhh that wasn’t good.
“God. Dillon, I’m really sorry!” The poor lad probably couldn’t even hear Wilson, probably couldn’t realize that the man had also hauled him over his shoulders like a sack of potatoes.
He rushed to the Life labs.
