"Eager aren't you," He said as he came to a stop at the large tree he had mentioned earlier. The stream now splashing loudly along behind him. "How about we get that drink first and than we can follow this stream up to the river and from there the river to the waterfall. We will need plenty of energy and hydration." At that Attacus walked over to the stream and began to drink the cool waters.

Chev bounded over and submerged his head into the water. His tail bobbing up in the air as he drank. Upon bringing his head up for air the water slushed away in a plop. " that sure was tasty! Ready my new friend?" as he shook his wet mane dry.

Attacus took another drink form the stream and grabbed a quick bite of green grass next to him. After he finished that he turned to the stallion, "Ok, let's go. It's a bit of a ways we can graze and drink on the way."
Attacus was starting to realize he hadn't had enough to eat before he met up with Chev and his stomach was starting to let him know. He knew that Chev was excited to get there and so was he. But he was starting to realize they were going into new territory and anything could happen.
He started following the stream towards where he knew it met with the river. Trotting at a normal pace he was able to take a bite to eat here and there from the grass around his feet as he went.
