Clearly, Cosine had more self-control than Ankou did - and he found himself both surprised and proud of that realization. Really, he felt a little silly at his outburts, now.
"Undercover spying, hn." He mused. "Well... That is probably out best chance at this." He admitted. "We need to get close enough to see what is going on... Then try to catch him, alone." He did not want the girl that was the valkyrie to be in harm's ways, and well, it wasn't the others' fault they were duped. If they could see sense, then Cosine could probably win them over.

Cosine nodded and leaned against him a little. "Exactly, we assess the situation then, if it is safe, then we go about ripping souls out, heads off or bone crushing." She laughed a little and gave him a playful nudge. "If I can create joy, perhaps I can do the opposite and make him so depressed he jumps off the temple roof? Then reveal ourselves for what we are."

"Ripping heads off is messy." No, really. He would leave that to others, as satisfying as it might have been.
"Hnn." ...Wait. "Actually... That might be a good way to get to him alone. WE blend in, but you use your powers... Maybe he'll notice. I doubt he would like competition..." This would either work to their advantage, or be stupidly dangerous. He wasn't sure which option it would be yet.

It was a good idea, about the only idea that they had at that point. "Well, I like that. I think it could work well, and perhaps we won't have to do anything messy." It was a joke, she very much doubt he was going to be too much of a threat. They were two youth gods. They had power and strength on their side. "We should find out where the temple is. Make our way up there. See if Ayumi knows any more about the man leading them?"

Ankou didn't seem as certain, but decided that it was better not to argue. This was something he hadn't foreseen, obviously - an unforeseen factor that made him downright uncomfortable. He did not like the fact that the spear was in hands not his own.
He really did not like that, and it was tinting his judgement - perhaps in a way that wasn't needed. Could someone not a god themselves even attempt to try and master Gungnir ?
"Maybe ask around, too. I could do that." He said with a nod. Ayumi and 'Lien' seemed to get along well, so perhaps she would have more luck on that front than he would.

Cosine nodded. "Well, that is decided then." she reached out to place her hand on his arm. "We'll get it back, and we -will- make him pay for this. Believe me."
