"That's good!" He said, looking at the vine she had produced. He flicked his tail behind him with interest and excitement. It looked like it was going to be a very good effort, and he was eager to see if the plan worked with application.
He'd seen it done, but not reproduced it, after all.
"Yes, just like that. Alright, I'll take one end," he awkwardly took one end and unwrapped her from it a bit, moving to a tree. He was not capable of making small notes, but looping the vines around something a few times and tugging it tight produced what he felt was a very secure looking knot.
He nodded his head.
"See? And then you secure the other end to something else, and we run something into it. The underbrush will hide it, so this kind of an area is perfect. I think it should work in any area that's not just flat, of course. Even high grass."

She watched him work and looked intrigued. Her eyes followed his movement and she observed him quietly. She lifted herself off her front legs and craned to see what he was doing; so she could reproduce it. She nodded when she started to understand what he was doing and nodded quickly. "I see what you mean. This is brilliant!" She said, looking happily at him.
"You really helped me out... Thank you."

"You're very welcome," he said, smiling at her happily. He hoped his advice worked out for her in the long run. He sighed and looked up at the sun.
He knew that he should keep moving, keep meeting people and keep learning. He wasn't one to stay in one place for very long.
"I think I should get going, then. It's ah. A bit of habit, to keep walking.
He couldn't explain what kept him moving, but his search had to continue. He smiled at her and then moved to head off, not really seeming to pick which direction that was.
"I hope to meet you again some time," he said to her, smiling and bowing his head slightly. "Good luck in your hunts!" And he moved off, humming to himself as he went.
