(( LOLOLOLOLOLOL *Is dying*))
Titus was feeling rather smug now having regained some sort of control on the situation. Or what he deemed as control. He wasn't about to lose this thing and his grin grew a little wider as Riyo began to speak only to be caught off guard as his nose was assaulted. The perfume of love was a little on the choking side which left Titus gagging as he tried to breath.
He had just managed to look up and see the flying rat retreat when the second attack was fast underway. The second bat's choice of weaponry was decidedly rose petals and the little b*****d saw fit to let it rain. Titus could barely see through the fluttery cloud of red and had no idea there was a round three fast approaching.
"What the Jack," Titus started to cough again as his lungs revolted against whatever had managed to settle in them only to inhale right as the shower of glitter started. As Titus' luck would have it he managed to breath in and no doubt ingest a large quantity of the sparkly plague. Great. Jacking great, he was going to be experiencing the glitter menace for weeks.
When the third bat finally fluttered away Titus stood there looking as disgruntled and displeased as possible. The grimace on his face couldn't possibly be any bigger and somehow in that short moment he agreed with Riyo wholeheartedly. It couldn't get worse.
And then he sneezed a cloud of glitter, finally looking down at himself to assess the damage. He was able to brush away the rose petals, there was nothing he could do about the odd scent, and the glitter...well it was there to stay it seemed. "Jack damn rodents, I look about as gay as a vampire."

Glancing towards him as the boil sneezed, Riyo's anger was quickly diffused by the sight of him sneezing sparkles. She bit her lip and did all she could not to laugh, because frankly she had every right to be mad right now.
Following Titus's example, Riyo started to dust her skin off as well, though it appeared the glitter didn't want to let go of her pretty skin now that it was on. Her hands looked like some glittery statue...
But uh... That's what other people were for, right.
For a moment, the ghoul stopped cleaning herself and glanced up to the sky momentarily. "OH JACK THEY'RE COMING BACK!" She exclaimed and pointed to the sky, attempting to wipe the glitter on Titus's shoulder when he looked away.
Innocent whistling followed.

Quickly Titus looked skyward fully expecting another aerial assault but saw nothing. No rose petals, no glitter, and no bats. What brought his attention back around was the light touch on his shoulder and he turned to see Riyo pulling her hand away and trying to play innocent. His facial expression could only say one thing. Really? It wasn't like he too wasn't covered in the stuff, Riyo probably only managed to spread more of the festering disease on her hand. Since glitter was an asexual organism (True facts) it would no doubt spread like wild fire and probably only death would fully get rid of it...if they were lucky. Titus made a mental note to attend the Thunder Road class as soon as possible.
"I'm making a mental note to sneeze in your direction next time," Titus warned. He was more than willing to shower her with the party favors coming out of his nose.
Stretching out his wings momentarily, Titus began to flutter them sending a whirlwind of glitter all over the place, mostly in Riyo's direction. As if to add to it he shook, freeing a large glob of it from his hair. Jack he felt violated. Despite the clothes he was sure it was in his most intimate places burrowing down to stay forever. He felt violated and itchy and greatly wanted a shower about now.

"Yeah? Well I'll make a mental note to rub that on your shirt too." It hadn't done much for her hands, but at the very least it had lightened her mood a little bit.
That was, until he blew it right back in her face. "Hey!" Riyo glared back at him, but... It didn't seem very serious for once. No, on the contrary. Somehow in the midst of this terrible situation, she kinda looked like she was having fun.
"Alright, you wanna play that game?" Bumping shoulders with the boil, she tilted her head to the side and hit her ear like one hits a shoe after a walk on a sandy beach. For a few seconds, it was like a Jack damn glitter fountain. Both nasty and hilarious at the same time.

"I could have guessed your brain was made of glitter," Titus made a face before pushing Riyo away. She was far too close for his liking. The touching made his heart quicken and he really didn't like that..though somehow he did. It was so confusing.
Well if one thing was for certain, Riyo's chances of having anyone get close were dwindling. Glitter was the bane of existence. Whoever had come up with it deserved the worst of fates.

"Better than having no brain at all like some demons I know." Riyo snapped back as he pushed her. Just like that, the moment was over....
... For now.
"Well.." A sort of gloomy look wiped over her features as she looked back down at herself. "Lead the way, numbskull... Before I get any more glittery." Riyo knew the situation had taken a turn for the worst, but she wasn't about to call it quits now, or ask for a second chance. She was dressed up, her hair was done, and she'd be damned if she'd take these damn shoes off now. "Time to melt some faces."

Oh she was jealous of his sharp intellectual mind. It wasn't hard to see. The name calling barely registered. Be it his own preference to using nicknames or just becoming numb to it but Titus hardly gave thought to what others called him. Be it numbskull or tits it really didn't matter.
"Sure thing, Princess Sparkles. I'm eager to see how well you're going to pull this off." Or rather how she was going to completely fail. It was hard to keep that mental grin from becoming a real one.
Titus gave himself one more good shake to rid his clothes of more glitter before he started on his way again toward town. Out through the front gate of the school and over the small footbridge and their journey had only begun. If they had been walking close to one another it might have been possible they would be mistake as a couple but Titus was sure to keep at least a striding step ahead of the feline at all times. If she was having trouble walking in her shoes he hardly noticed. His eye was on the prize.

The more Titus wanted her to fail, the more determined she felt to win this battle of the sexes so she could shove it in his face so hard it caved his ugly mug in. Okay, so he wasn't that ugly, but as was accustomed for Riyo, she rarely admitted what she was actually feeling. Half because she was a business woman. Half because she was just a ******** liar sometimes.
At first, the ghoul was absolutely fine walking towards town. Sure, the shoes weren't the most comfortable, but high pain thresholds got you everywhere, right?
... Well. The ghoul realized her critical error in judgement when they were almost there. Her feet felt like someone sawed into Riyo's ankles and sewed the shoes into her skin. They weren't bleeding. She had casually checked, but who knew how long that would last. Though the pain was bad, the idea of showing weakness to her enemy was so much worse. She kept her back straight, her feet swinging gracefully, and her eyes straight forward. And though she tensed every time someone glanced her way, she would not glare at them. It was so hard. She felt exposed. Vulnerable. Weak. All at the same time. And the secret part of her that knew she wasn't invincible was afraid that she might win the bet.
"So... Where exactly in town are we going?" The ghoul finally broke the silence as they reached town, gripping her purse for dear life because holy s**t her feet were killing her. "I have a feeling you picked an area to my disadvantage."

White eyes tailed back when Riyo finally spoke, his teeth peeking through the smile on his face. "My dear, everywhere is a disadvantage for you at the moment. I merely picked out a place that would be the most entertaining to watch." Her casual hints toward pain weren't entirely unnoticed. Titus was good at picking out body language, it was a skill sometimes needed when people tried so desperately to hide what they were afraid of. The only problem was Titus really was cold most days and even with the warm feelings buzzing about in the air he couldn't help but ignore her problem. Maybe if she admitted to her pain, maybe then he would show some act of sympathy or mercy.
"We only have a few more blocks to go, they call it the club house." Titus had been made privy of this little club not long after he had arrived at Amityville. It was an interesting place for sure. As the name suggests some sort of childish treehouse it was really far from that. It was a flat on the sixth floor of an old building on the outskirts of the rougher end of town. The outside didn't look like much and certainly wouldn't catch the eye of those casually passing but the inside was completely remade. The flat had been transformed with modern decor and a dance floor and a bar that Titus had to fight to have access to. It was certainly no place for scarelings since more often than not it was older Halloween denzins looking to have a little fun and possibly take advantage of those younger. They never asked permission they simply moved in like a pack of werewolves. Titus was certain this would scare Riyo enough to retreat and call it quits.
When they finally arrived Titus stood by the door and opened it waiting for Riyo to enter. "After you." He had enjoyed their little walk through town. It was another reason he had picked this place. It was far from the beaten path so just enough time for Riyo to realize what was coming and to think about what she was doing and possible about what she was wearing. Was she uncomfortable yet? Titus could only hope so.

He'd heard the door open across the hall. It was a sound he'd felt like he'd been waiting to hear for days but somehow the ghoul had always snuck out when he wasn't paying attention for some reason.
Because, surely, she would have had to leave for classes sometime...
Deacon's door cracked open just a tiny bit when he heard that Riyo was moving down the hall. The sound of her shoes confused him, but when he looked out he realized what she was wearing.
Sweet Sally, she had legs.
Thankfully he managed to keep his focus enough on the plan at hand to keep himself from dwelling too long on how she looked. No time for mindless stammering and nosebleeds when this really got started.
The minutes of waiting in his dorm seemed like an hour, before he saw them out his window walking away from the demon dorms.
Since the incident with Riyo, Deacon had not shifted to his natural form. Today, that was going to be one of his tools. A very, very important tool. He could follow them easier if he was small, and could better duck out of sight if they hadn't been so distracted with one another.
Hopefully neither of them would notice the orange cat streak in the door when Titus opened it for the ghoul. Just how he was going to get to the sixth floor hadn't really sunk in yet.
Here? That jerk was taking her here?

The... Club house?
Riyo didn't picture a tree house or anything stupid like that. She knew. Just by the way it sounded how bad it would be. And oh Jack was it ever. The ghoul knew this town like the back of her hand... And she knew this was the bad part of it.
When they reached the building, the feline looked up and gave a quiet gulp. What was in there? Something sinister, she was sure. He was throwing her like a piece of meat to the carnivores that lurked in the underbelly of this city.
Suddenly the air on her legs felt much more noticeable. The fact that she had nothing to defend herself but her own body was a painful thought, but the worst part was how alone she was in this. Her friends had been sure to support her beforehand... But now she was on her own. Titus would obviously be no help. She expected nothing from him. So...
This was her trying to prove she was strong. Not just to him, but to herself as well.
"How gentleman-like of you." Riyo cooed, trying to make him sound like the most generous person ever. He hated that after all, right? Her heels clip-clopped (painfully) as she took a step into the musty-smelling building, ears standing alert for any potential sign of danger. "Just remember Titus. If anything happens to me tonight, I will see to it by whatever means necessary you get your just desserts." And she meant that.

As Deacon would have hoped he had gone unnoticed. Titus didn't have the time to spare on small insignificant mini pets. Besides his focus was too much on Riyo trying to read her reaction to every little thing. He was quite literally throwing her to the wolves since it seemed werewolves were a large part of the patrons here. Large hairy brutish men. Oh this was going to be delightfully fun.
Titus made a face a being called a gentleman, obviously appalled by the term. Surely he knew that Riyo thought of him as far from a gentleman as possible but still, it was putting the word in practice. It wasn't in good association with him.
Waiting for her to trot her way inside Titus closed the door and playing ignorant to the existence of an elevator which lay hidden down another hall, made his way to the staircase. Yes, he was going to make Riyo pay for that little comment by taking the stairs, all six flights of them. "After you, Princess." He bowed and extended a hand toward the stairs as if he were offering them to her. Like a true gentleman.

Deacon took the elevator.
The buttons were totally at his paw's reach when he stood on twos.
He was not taking stairs. He just wasn't. Don't judge him.

Meanwhile while Deacon was going unnoticed at the elevator, Riyo was facing SIX FLIGHTS OF STAIRS.
Inwardly she whimpered at the thought of climbing so many steps after her feet already hurt, but she gave no evidence of her current state. He was torturing her. She knew it, and as soon as she won, Riyo would make absolutely sure to give it back to him ten fold.
"No, I don't think so." The ghoul gave a cheeky little smile as she grabbed the boil's arm. "You're an idiot if you think I'm letting you walk behind me on a staircase wearing this attire." It wasn't like he hadn't already SEEN, but it was the principle of the matter. "So please, dear sir, won't you accompany me on this trip up to hell?" The idea of touching him didn't grate on her nearly as much as picturing the nightmare demon staring up her clothing as she tortuously climbed to what might be her ultimate demise.

Titus was a little baffled for a moment when she took hold of his arm but that smile crept over his face as she revealed the reason why. "Afraid I'll get a better view of the kittens across your undies?" It was a teasing jab as he pulled her toward the stairs, ascending them with ease.
"It would be my pleasure," He mocked, watching the demoness for any waver in her footfalls. Titus might have been a d**k but surprisingly he wouldn't let her fall down the stairs. It was the only ounce of chivalry in him at the moment. Everything else was piss and vinegar and the desire to see Riyo squirm.
The trek was slow but finally they made it to the top of the stairs. Titus waited giving Riyo a moment to collect herself. Somewhere down the hall the sound of a ding echoed. He looked at Riyo, smiled almost sweetly before uttering his fake apology. "Oops, I guess they had an elevator. My mistake."
