If you went from silver-Gold, that doesn't mean you just became bad all of a sudden. It means you're playing against better players.

I had the same issue and thought the same thing when going from Gold-Plat-Near diamond.

From my run on Gold-Plat, I didn't really improve, I just won games easily, or lost to small stupid things. When I started hitting high plat, I started losing more often, and I thought I just wasn't improving.

What the real reason was, is that through my gold-plat plays, sure, I was winning, but I wasn't really improving. If that makes sense. I was able to win with less effort, and I didn't need to change anything since I was hardly losing. Now that I'm losing more often, I'm actually improving because I'm playing against people of similar skill levels instead of below my skill level.

Snipe? Yeah. I think just less vs massive would be better. Like, normal 50 damage (that's what it was right?), and then vs massive would be 25.

I so want to see this just for the sheer enjoyment of watching it. I play Zerg, but damn do I love some nifty phoenix play.
