1.) I'm not sure if you happen to see the Announcement, but people with Bijuu cannot have a Clan/Bloodline at the same time. You would have to choose between the Clan/Bloodline or the Bijuu.

2.) If you could delete the blank spots and clean it up a bit that would be cool too.

It's a custom rule here in the Guild cause people abused it and Overpowered their RPCs here in the guild. Those that still have them are because they have not died; that was the one stipulation.

Ah,Yes. I figured as much. The last jutsu is really more so meant for Rp uses since the clan's forte is Fuuinjutsu. But if I were to use it on an rpc it would disrupt there natural chakra flow and cost them X2 more then normal to perform jutsu. If that is to much then is it ok if I leave it as purely an RPC jutsu? Since it is a S++ jutsu and I read the rules it could only be used once per battle though. So that I am aware of. Assuming I am able to use it.

Ah,Yes. I figured as much. The last jutsu is really more so meant for Rp uses since the clan's forte is Fuuinjutsu. Personally, I HATE S++ ... long story but Susanoo is a S Ranked technique could you imagine it S++ ?

Sorry, that was my small soapbox; but I can't say that it's not eloquently made. I really like the whole bloodline/Clan the idea is great and the jutsu are unique. but, I still want more of a description then just a single sentence. I get the jist of the jutsu and what they do, I just want more.

Puraton: Plasma Release
Bright, Heated, and Paralyzing

-Bloodline/Clan Description and History -
The Plasma Release is the Kekkei Tōta created by a boy named Yang that resided within The Leaf Village. The Plasma Release nature is a Kekkei Tōta, an advanced form of the Kekkei Genkai. It is created by combining the Fire Release and Lightning Release elemental natures. Yang has mastered Fire Release and Lightning Release on his level, and was tired of it. He then thought to himself, "What would happen if you combined them?" So he combined them together, and formed an Advanced Kekki Genkai.
Little did he know, he was a descendant from a Ninja who already tried this, and passed on the ability to Yang.

- Requirements -
• You must have Fire and Lightning Elements


- Traits -
(Strengths)
• -1 Learning post for Raiton, Katon, and Puraton Jutsu.
• Because they touch their own Plasma, they're immune to Fire/Lightning attacks D Rank and lower.
• Gives you the ability below
(Special Ability)
• -10 Chakra for B Rank and Above Katon, Raiton, and Puraton Jutsu

(Weakness)
• Half of this Kekki Genkai is weak to Water just as Fire is weak to Water, but Lightning will still pass through.
• Half of this Kekki Genkai is weak to Wind just as Lightning is weak to Wind, but Fire will still get Ignited by the Wind.
• Gives you the disabilities below
(Disabilities)
• +1 Learning post for any Ninjutsu other than Ration/Katon/Puraton
• +10 Chakra for B Rank and above non Ration/Katon/Puraton Jutsu

Description: With this technique, you're able to manipulate Plasma as you wish. The clan has a Jar that is usually what this Technique is used for. You can only Manipulate the Puraton's clan's Plasma when it's Inactive and just laying around. Since Plasma isn't regularly seen on the Planet, we can Manipulate it very well.
*You have to Learn this Technique before attempting to learn any other Puraton Jutsu.

Jutsu Name: Puraton: Plasma Clone Jutsu
Rank: D
Element: Plasma
Classification: Ninjutsu
Description: A Basic technique where you create a clone made out of Pure Plasma. The clone only has 1/8 of your Chakra. It can be taken out with a solid blow. If it's taken out Physically, then it bursts into Plasma, and shocks and burns your opponent.

Jutsu Name: Puraton: Plasma Spitter
Rank: D
Element: Plasma
Classification: Ninjutsu
Description: A Basic technique where you create Plasma from your stomach, and spit it out in different places. It's used basically to shock your opponents when they step on the Plasma spit from your mouth. It also burns your opponent. The burns aren't really that serious, they're much like a burn you get from touching a stove. It can burn through Metal. You spit out 10 balls of Plasma at a time. -2 Chakra for any extra.
Range: Up to 5ft

Jutsu Name: Puraton: Infuse your body Plasma
Rank: B
Element: Plasma
Classification: Ninjutsu
Description: With this move, you can infuse your body with Pure Plasma. You can sink into it whenever you want and end up at a different area where Plasma is located. After you spit the Plasma or use Plasma that had already dropped on the ground/walls/ceilings to travel into the different spots the Plasma puddles are located. It's similar to sinking into water and rising up somewhere far away from where you sunk into.
Range: Up to a 350ft Radius

Jutsu Name: Puraton: Plasma Ball Jutsu ☆
Rank: B
Element: Plasma
Classification: Ninjutsu
Description: A technique similar to Katon: Fire Ball Jutsu. It just adds Lightning to it, it's Hotter, and is Brighter. -10 Chakra to increase it's size to match Katon: Great Fireball Jutsu. This technique burns through D Rank or lower water jutsu in its way. It can travel up to 15 Ft before disappearing into nothing. It also leaves Heated Plasma on the ground.
Range: Up to 15ft

Jutsu Name: Puraton: Plasma Orbs ☆
Rank: A
Element: Plasma
Classification: Ninjutsu
Description: By putting out both your hands and infusing them with Plasma Chakra you create 2 Orbs (1ft Tall, 1ft Wide). Then you combine them. As soon as they combine, they spread out into 30 Mini Orbs that you can guide to surround your Opponent. Once they surround your Opponent, you can Guide them to smash into your opponent, creating an Explosion that your Opponent becomes caught in. They're left with serious burns. They're also left with paralysis for one post.
Range: Up to 30ft

Jutsu Name: Puraton: Shocking Boomerang
Rank: C
Element: Plasma
Classification: Ninjutsu
Description: You put both your hands in the Air as an X at first, and then separate it as a Bright Boomerang-Shaped object appears. You then grab it and throw it at your opponent. If you miss, it can come back up to 3 Times before it disappears. If you hit your opponent, it binds their forearms to their waist and gives them a Shock. Leaving them a little bit Dazed, and open for an Attack for one post.

Classification: Ninjutsu
Description: With the clap of your Hands, you emit a Shock wave that's very hot and extremely bright. It's not made to attack your opponent, it's just made to push them back.

Jutsu Name: Puraton: Plasma Arms
Rank: C
Element: Plasma
Classification: Ninjutsu
Description: With your Plasma Chakra, you create Arms made out of pure Plasma. They can defend you, and can burn any regular metal weapons. As usual, if they come in contact with you, they seriously burn you and can shock you.
Range: Up to 10ft

Jutsu Name: Puraton: Plasma Armor
Rank: C
Element: Plasma
Classification: Ninjutsu
Description: A technique where the user creates a unique Plasma Armor over their body. The armor itself morphs to match the users current needs. They can manipulate the Plasma to boost their defense. The Armour itself it hot enough to completely evaporate D Rank and lower Water jutsu and melt regular metal weaponds.

Jutsu Name: Puraton: Shield of Light ☆
Rank: C
Element: Plasma
Classification: Ninjutsu
Description: You build up Plasma Chakra in one of your Hands, and then you turn it into a shield and it appears in front of you. The shield is 6ft High, burns any regular metal weapon, and any D Rank or lower Water Jutsu gets Evaporated. If it gets physically hit, Lightning travels from the shield into the object that hit it and shocks it.

Jutsu Name: Puraton: Rotating Blade
Rank: B
Element: Plasma
Classification: Ninjutsu
Description: By building up Plasma Release energy on one of your hands, you create creates a mass of Plasma with two ends. You then use Shape Transformation to harden both ends of the Plasma, forming it into a double bladed mass. You could add a spinning motion to the mass, causing it's killing power to be greatly increased as well. Burns through Water Jutsu D Rank and lower, and if you get hit, you get severely burned by the Blade, and shocked at the same time.

Jutsu Name: Puraton: Dual Rotating Blades
Rank: A
Element: Plasma
Classification: Ninjutsu
Description: Basically like the original Rotating Blades, but you form another one with more Heat added on to it. They have the same properties of the regular Blade, but one of them gives worse burns. The color of the second one formed is Light Blue because of the extreme heat used to form it. You can form two Rotating Blades at one time(Using This Technique), or just add one Rotating Blade on to the one you already have active by the cost of half of the chakra put in to the first one.

Jutsu Name: Puraton: Plasma Wings
Rank: C
Element: Plasma
Classification: Ninjutsu
Description: With your Plasma Chakra, you create Wings made out of Chakra. By Flapping them, you create heatwaves that can melt D-Rank Water Jutsu, and it has lightning that can travel through Water. They boost your speed up a Rank and allow you to fly. This technique can only be active 5 Posts.
Range: N/A

*Bonus Attributes (They aren't boosts)
• Regular Katon Techniques you use are White instead of Reddish.
• Regular Ration Techniques you use are Purple instead of Blueish.
• While using Puraton, your Chakra turns White w/ Purple Lightning traveling around you.
• All Puraton Techniques are White with Purple Lightning, unless they're heated; then they're Light Blue with Purple Lightning.
• If you use a Puraton Technique that has a Massive amount of Plasma put into it, then it'll be really bright. So bright, that your opponent may have to cover their eyes or squint. Because of the user's changed eye color, they can withstand the brightness of their own Plasma Techniques. Puraton Techniques that have the blinding brightness property have a [☆] by their names.
• If you use a Puraton Technique, it'll always leave leftover Plasma that drips on the ground.
• Puraton is its own single Element.

Clan Stages:
Stage 1: While using Plasma Jutsu, the user's eye color turns Neon Blue, while Lightning circulates from both their Arms. The user is able to put some of their Plasma into a special Plasma concealing Jar. They strap it to their Belt. You don't need a lot of Plasma to create a massive amount of Plasma. You just need to add your chakra to the Plasma while opening the Jar, and you'll create your own Plasma. The user is also able to Guide the blasts of Plasma to attack their opponent. The proficiency of the Guiding depends on your Experience. The user's Plasma doesn't seem to bother him.
Flames created through the Plasma Release tend to be White, or Light Blue, while electricity appears to have a purple shade to it. They can also glow in the Dark. It is a potent mix of Fire and Lightning chakra that allows one to create a substance that is extremely bright, and has burning power equivalent to that of Lava... Serious burns from this substance are extremely painful and can only be cured by an Experienced Medical Ninja for people who are lucky, or unlucky enough to survive an assault by users of this formidable element...

••• Shakuton Description •••
Scorch Release (灼遁, Shakuton) is an advanced chakra nature kekkei genkai. This nature creates chakra that is capable of heating up an enemy to the point where all the liquid inside their body evaporates, killing the victim and leaving them a desiccated corpse. This release entails the Katon and Fuuton Natures.

○ You must have Katon and Fuuton as your chakra natures.

••• Traits •••
(Strengths)
○ [-1] post for all Shakuton, Katon, and Fuuton.

(Weaknesses)
○ Techniques are weak to water, although it takes a superior water ninjutsu to nullify a scorch release technique.

(Other)
○ Those possessing this bloodline seem to carry around a heated aura in their wake. Although this is only illusive, those whom are inept to the presence of a Shakuton wielder may find themselves parched.

••• Rules •••
○ In order to unlock this Kekkei Genkai, the user must either be taught the basics by another user
- or -
Experience a truly traumatizing experience, in which will automatically induce the user into it's usage. Upon initial usage, the user will lack control, and whistl it will utterly consume the most of their chakra, it's will show a radical level of power.
○ Scorch Release techniques that are A rank and above are capable of melting solid stone, due to the sheer heat discharged from their bodies.
○ The user cannot be damage by their own techniques.

Jutsu Name: Fire Release: Inferno Grenade
Rank: C
Element: Katon
Classification: Ninjutsu
Description: By kneading Chakra in the stomach and expelling it through the mouth the user fires four streams of explosive balls in a tight spread which release further after contact upon detonation, increasing the effective radius of the initial explosion to varying degrees of the force and chakra used behind the move. This move has a devastation effect on terrain and should not be used in close quarters

Jutsu Name: Scorch Release: Heated Gas Plume
Rank: C
Element: Shakuton
Classification: Ninjutsu
Description: The user releases a cloud of hot gas from his mouth. This heated gas takes a translucent crimson hue, and is designed to cause targets to sweat profusely. The gas disrupts the line of sight, making it difficult see. Targets effected by this gas often pass out from exhaustion within moments if they remain in the hot gas. An interesting note is that the gas heats up metal weapons exceptionally fast, hurting enemies who are in contact with metal surfaces.

Jutsu Name: Scorch Release: Searing Palm Strikes

Classification: Ninjutsu/Taijutsu
Description: The user coats his hands and feet in the flames of his scorching chakra. When the user strikes a target, the fire evaporates the water in the area it touches, heavily weakening the target with each strike. This augments the user's taijutsu, and can cripple other taijutsu users. As this technique uses extreme heat, it bypasses personal armor. The user has another variation of this technique where the fires can be spread to projectile weapons and can increase this attacks range.

Jutsu Name: Scorch Release: Devil's Touch
Rank: B

Classification: Ninjutsu/Taijutsu
Description: The user's hands are engulfed with the dark, flame-like cloaks of Scorch Release. Upon placing their hand's upon a foe, they will be victimized, as the fluids within their body are turned into vapor and their beings, mummified. This technique can be stopped mid-way through, often requiring that a victim be first, bound. Severe burns are left wherever the palms touch.

Jutsu Name: Scorch Release: Extremely Steaming Murder
Rank: B
Element: Shakuton
Classification: Ninjutsu
Description: The user creates several flaming orbs that resemble small suns. These orbs rotate around the user and can be freely controlled to attack enemies. When an orb touches an opponent, it apparently evaporates all the water inside their body, leaving them in a mummified state. When this happens, steam can be seen emitting from the opponent's body.

Jutsu Name: Scorch Release: Incinerating Flare Technique
Rank: A
Element: Shakuton
Classification: Ninjutsu
Description: The user combines several of their flaming orbs to create a single massive one, which then violently explodes with enough force and power to incinerate a large area around it. When this happens, steam can be seen emitting from the area. This jutsu can be effectively nullified by a powerful water jutsu.

Jutsu Name: Scorch Release: Smoking Wasteland
Rank: S
Element: Shakuton
Classification: Ninjutsu
Description: The user builds up chakra in his body, and then releases it as a fireball from his mouth. A large wave of white flame is produced, notably larger than even Fire Release: Great Fire Annihilation. This wave of white fire can be controlled with shape manipulation for the user, allowing the user to gain the ranged advantage. When the flames strike a target the heat generated is enough to boil the blood inside the victim, leaving nothing but a mummified corpse in its wake. It is also important to note that water jutsu is useless against this jutsu, making it hopeless for the enemy to counter by basic means. As such, this technique is considered the most devastating of Scorch Release jutsu.

wahmbulance I don't really like the idea of the -1 posts for all ninjutsu, not really flyin with my mind tonight. So at least make it -1 posts for Katon and Fuuton instead.
wahmbulance I don't like the +150 CP, I mean the Genin have a lot of CP to start out with. So perhaps cut that out and make it +10 CP instead.

I fixed all of those.
The other ability has no real "bad" effect, regarding the fact that it's basically the opposite of a Yuki's cold aura. It's more of an annoyance to those effected by it then anything.

I fixed all of those.
The other ability has no real "bad" effect, regarding the fact that it's basically the opposite of a Yuki's cold aura. It's more of an annoyance to those effected by it then anything.
