As the final member of the council arrived the heavy door closed behind them. Her arrival was as quiet as usual, but Nagisa payed her little mind. Why the former Raikage didn't wish herself known was beyond the Aburame, but simply having her there would set her more at ease. She was the only council member aware of Nagisa's own duties.

Finally, after a short bout of murmers, an authoritative voice chimed in. "I have not been permitted the information you speak of. The Raikage has kept us more or less in the dark on this matter." It was the Daimyo's liason himself, and his tone was not a pleased one.

"Well then I will attempt to fill you in. Shortly after my own departure to the water country the village gates were attacked. This much you must know, for it has become common village gossip. The attack was more or less a massacre, with only one survivor. His mental health seems to be compromised, however we have managed to extract the identity of our attacker." She opened the folder and held up a picture. "His name was Jishaku Furimasu. He was a raiton user with a suspected affinity for the iron sand bloodline. He went rogue before I even got to the village. He appears to have no love for us and-"

Another man interrupted, this time one of the village elders. "How many rogues have we failed to deal with? If we don't take control of our shinobi and dispose of the deserters our village will crumble."

Nagisa gave a sympathetic look towards Sosay before responding. "The raikage wishes to enact a stronger penalty towards deserters. In the past we harbored hopes of bringing rogues back into our ranks. She suggests we take a strict death penalty. The only exception being the young jinchuuriki Aoi who is to be captured alive. We simply cannot risk releasing her bijuu upon ourselves."

The elder nodded politely. "Then I shall leave it to her."

Sosay listened to what had been said and in the end what was to happen. She sighed out as soon as the two were left alone. "Don't be hard on yourself. The elders were always stuck up, even when I ruled the village. Hell I'm pretty sure they would of figured out who I was if I spoke Nagisa. We tended to "speak" a lot back then." her soft voice would reply. It was then, that Sosay began to help her friend, pushing the remaining chairs in and stopping not far from her, mask still hiding her face. Her eye's would narrow, yet none would really see it, but her voice would show it. "Nagisa... Remind me again why this signing is taking place. I'm not quite sure as to it's reasonings..." she asked, resting against the back of a chair.

[ OoC: Sorry got busy with work then my dad just got home and I've been spending time with him. ]

Sosay would remain quiet after Nagisa had explained everything more throughly. Her hand would raise to where her mouth would be as she was suddenly lost within thought. Her lips pursed together as a thought appeared. "Perhaps it's time I showed myself... well in a way I guess. It will be a last option but I will do so. Instead of a jounin signing, it might look better if a S ranked shinobi does it." she began, her hand moving itself over the mask to grasp it. Then slowly, she would remove it, revealing her green eyes, and soft features. The woman didn't look as if she had aged a day since her sudden "disappearance". Well except for her new look that was. "What if we were to swap places. You as the ANBU guard and me as the one signing. I will of course have a better atire on, letting my features and what not keep as low as posisble, yet this way I shall also be the target, when they think it is you. This will allow you the chance to figure things out. If your up to this that is...." she would finish, her hands falling neatly in front of her body and her soft green eyes left upon Nagisa. Of course if the woman wished against the plan, Sosay would be fine with it. In the end it all fell upon Nagisa's choice.

XXXSosay laughed lightly as Nagisa came back at her with all these things that Lou would apparently pick up right away. It was cute how much this girl worried. "These are easy my dear. Woman tend to change their appearances all the time. It's just something we love to do I guess. I mean look at me. I must of changed mine at least fifty times since moving to this village, but none the less we can find a hole in this." she would begin as she walked over to Nagisa. Her hand would fall over top of the woman's head, showing the difference between the two. It wasn't a whole lot but enough for a man to pick out. "Height can be controlled. For all he knows your footwear is different.", Sosay snickered, her hand falling back towards her own figure. Her hand would once again raise, this time her fingers tangling within her own hair. A sigh would escape her lips as she looked at it. Only once had she dyed it and she never wanted to go back, even though she it was the only thing that reminded her of her own mother. Slowly her fingers would let go of their hold and her hand would fall to her side. "Has he ever set eye's upon the current Raikage? Like does he know the kage's actual appearance? Or is he just going by rumors?" her voice quietly asked. This one piece of detail was what seemed most important and yet hadn't been mentioned.

Enter from Village Center

A blonde girl walked into the office not long after Kensei, just in time to hear the mumblings of the assistant. Her tactical mind grasped the words and quickly began to make sense of them. "Well, at least we know that there's a good chance that an Aburame is kage?" Sora commented as she approached Kensei. She didn't take Laxus's information at face value. With a bit of thought, she realized that it could either be a prank on his part or a ruse created by Nagisa to protect the actual Raikage. As open as always, Sora continued to muse out loud, "It also sounds like you were going to get something of importance pretty soon? Also, what's up with Mist and Frost?".

By the time she reached Kensei, though, he had already stood up and begun making his way to the Raikage's office. Like a good child, Sora sat down and waited in the lobby. It had been Kensei who was supposed to meet with the Raikage, not Sora, so Sora would wait patiently. She trusted Kensei to keep an eye out for Nagisa, no need to go through something twice.

Even while seated, though, Sora simply could not remain still. She began bouncing on the cushion on the chair while rocking side to side.
