*as she pulled away he smiled softly at her, his paw still craddling her cheek. She looked so cute when she blushed, it made his violet eyes dance with pleasure* You Milady are quite the wonderful Noodle. Would you give me the honor of being your protector? *the words came out before he'd realized he'd said them, and even he wasn't entirely sure what he was asking for. Definitely not Mates.......not yet anyways a little voice inside him said. But he hated the thought of her kissing someone else like this.....*

Shichi fell backward clumsily. "Err...yes, yes you can." She said fumbling to get back up. "I'm not sure what you mean by that, but whatever it means, you are it." She blushed again, she had never felt this way about anyone. She wondered if he would be her future lifemate?? She shook her head, then cleared her throat. "You" She started to feel shy. "You are a great kisser...." She had no clue why she had just said that, he probably thought she was a lil off kilter.
She realized the rain was slowing down. "Oh I'm so glad the storm has passed" A crash in the distance, she jumped into Patric's arms. "er...hehe sorry...storms kinda scare me..." She felt so childish.

* his heart and stomach both fell out from under him as she fell backwards, and he thought he was gonna black out for a moment as his vision swam. Then she said yes and everything started to do backflips and he wobbled slightly on his paws, hurriedly putting the paw that had been cradleing her face down. Lucky he did or her next words would have had him falling over. He'd never kissed before, sure he'd read lots about it in books but had never done it.....he was so glad she'd enjoyed it, since she'd totally taken him by surprise......he'd saved the damsel and earned her favor and now he was her protector, and that meant the world to him......she meant alot to him, all of a sudden he dreaded her having to leave, how could he protect her and keep putting smiles on her face if she left?
Lost in throught at her words and his and the possiblities that lay ahead her words about the storm brought him back to reality. Just in time for her to jump into his arms. He sat back rather abruptly catching her and cradeling her to him cheek to cheek*
There there Milady, when I am near you need not fear! Haven't you been told what the crashes of thunder are?

Shichi didn't realize how good it felt to be so close to some one. She climbed down and gave him another kiss, quick one, but she put alot of emotion into it. She was so grateful for him being around for her, was this fate?
"Oh, now I remember what causes the crash, (I actually know this, no cheating XP) It's the lightning breaking the sound barrier. It moves very fast." She felt smart, she liked reading alot, not usually books on things, but she did read the one on storms to try and get rid of her fears, it did not work. She mostly read horror books, sometimes romance, she just got an idea. She took Patrick's hand, had him sit and lean on the tree, then cuddled with him. She laid her head on his shoulder then put her arm on his chest. "I dunno if I'm being to forward, but, I think I'm crushing on you... " **blushes** "Even if you talk funny." She giggled.

Patrick loved the feel of the lovely angelic noodle in his arms, he was rather sad when she climbed down. Once again he was caught off guard as she laid another one on him, yet this one seemed more special- like she was trying to show him things she couldn't say.....
He shook his head to clear it sure that he was imagining things. Then he turned back to her to listen to what she had to say. He was impressed, she was quite smart and knew the true reason for the lightenings sound.
"Oh.....ahhh urms.....apparently you know more on the matter that I do. I was told as a kit that the thunder is the God/dess's Bowling, and the lightening was them taking pictures....thats what I was gonna tell you....."*he finished lamely as she took his paw and lead him to the tree. He was confused as to what she was doing but he would refuse a Lady nothing, especially not this lady.
Before he knew it he was aranged half laying on the tree and she was cuddled up next to him. He should have objected, said that this was much too soon for anything like this. But if there was one fact he knew for certain it was that the lady controlled the pace of the relationship. She'd pulled him here so it must be ok.....
Thought left Patrick once more at Shichi's words and her giggles that went straight to his heart. He cast around for something to say....anything to say...

"Oh Patrick, you seem like the kind of noodle that could benefit with someone...... And I'm very lonely, I'm not usually this controlling, but I don't want to lose you. Even if we just met, I sense that you are a true gentleman and I'm just so lonely, not that I'm desperate. Far from! But there is something about you that attracts me to you. Sorry if I'm being strange, you just seem so sweet, and I find it very sweet that you learned to speak this way from that book." She pointed to it not that far from them. "Well I figure that, because it's about knights and those days."
"I know this is fast, but would you consider on becoming my boy friend?" She felt stupid, but she felt she could say anything on her mind. She felt like she had known him forever, but now she was worried because of her big mouth, but she did wonder if he always talked this way instead of learning it from a book. Why did she have to say that!!

Patrick listened to Shichi going on about how she wasn't desperate and he couldn't envision a noodle as beautiful as her being desperate, he squeezed her softly in his paws to reassure her as she talked. He couldn't help but blush slightly as she said he was a true gentleman....and then he nearly swallowed his own tongue as she asked him to be her boyfriend.*
I.....Th...Y...I me....ugh.....*Patrick was so taken aback he literally could not find the words. He looked at Shichi with his heart in his eyes their violet depths taking on a glow and he just nodded, but it wasn't just any nod- he put all he felt into that slow solemn nod, because he flat out couldn't speak in this instant. His heart thuded agaisnt his breast as he gazed into her eyes and hoped she'd understand that his words deserted him*

Shichi seen him nod, why did he just nod? She felt so stupid, but she she still was in love with him. She wondered if what she said scared him. She gulped. "I, I know I am way to open about my feelings, and I don't catch on to things that normal noodles do.... So I'm not sure if you nodded because you were freaking out or agreeing with me..."
She left his hold on her and sat by the tree, kinda pouting, in some ways she was still childish, but she spoke from her heart and she felt like he might have just been rejected.

*He heard her words and for a moment could only sit dumbfounded, his arms going limp as she moved out of them, he felt like he'd been rejected. He'd been so speachless at the beauty of her offer, and now he might have gone and spoiled it. He facepawed* Shichi, Wait! *He stood and shook himself and went after her* Its not like your thinking at all....I ....I....I can't belive you would offer me such a thing. It took me by utter surprise....I just....I would be honored to be your boyfriend....nothing would please me more, just please, don't cry again, it would break my heart!

Shechi looked over at Patrick surprised. "Really? I thought I was going to be alone forever...."
She really wanted children, she was sure of it, as many as she could. Then she would have grand children, then great grand children and more and more!!! She climbed off of him, then jumped and climbed up the tree. "I know I sound crazy, It's just i was an out cast and basically abandoned because I was born with a rune on me." She sat up there, now brushing her tail with her claws.
"I have some bad things about me...See, I was born with this rune, in opposition which basically means negative. I never knew why I was treated badly until I read what the rune means.... False goals, bad counsel, false success, gullibility, loss of goals. Destruction, retribution, justice, casting down of vanity. Wrath of god." She closed her eyes, she had her paw over her heart, and was now crying again."
"Maybe I don't deserve love, maybe I should be alone by myself forever..... everyone was disgusted when i was born, only the nurse, whom I don't remember, took pity on me and made sure i was taken care of. But she sent me back to live with my family that hated me. I'm very lonely... I'm an outsider. I am not worthy I guess." She did have many crushes, but from afar." She laid down on the branch covering her face, to hide her crying. She was such a cry baby.

*Patrick looked deep into her eyes and felt something move him. Just as he reached out to touch her she moved away again, climbing up the tree this time. He watched in facination as she combed out her tail the play of light on her fur and the delicate ripple of it entrancing him.
Then he puzzled at her words, but remained quiet as he listened his head tilted to the side as he focused on her. He couldn't belive the things she was saying, that she was an awful person because of some type of marking? and it made her cry. His heart felt like it was breaking as he moved closer to her. looking up at her his heart aching for the pain she was going through.
As she continued spewing the poisonus pus from her soul deep wounds he cast his mind about furiously for what he could do to assuage the pain of the lady he loved so much having known her for such a short period of time and yet couldn't imagine leaving her side. As she lay down crying it hit him, with her above him, and the pain she was in, she needed to be loved. ANd his mind went to the greatest work of love he knew and he began to quote from it....

Arise, fair sun, and kill the envious moon,
Who is already sick and pale with grief,

Shichi listened, then turned around wiping her eyes, she looked down at Patrick. Her frown vanished and a shy smile appeared, she was blushing now. That was the most romantic thing that has ever been done to her. She read the book and loved it. She climbed down and faced Patrick, looking up at him, her heart beating faster, she really loved him. It was an amazing feeling.
She spoke quietly but steady. "I love you Patrick, I feel like talking to you, getting all that off my chest has made me feel so much better now. I dunno, I feel happy, and giddy..... I just love you." She stood up and kissed him softly and passionately.

As he finished with his heart on his sleeve. He'd never done anything like this before but it felt right. He watched as his passionate quotation of the romantic play changed her demeanor. His stomach felt like it had butterfly's in it as she began to stop crying, moved to a heart wrenching shy smile and then to blushing. It made his heart soar and his head spin as she climbed down and he watched the play of her lithe body as moved and his heart raced. He was thinking indecent thoughts and couldn't help it, but she was to be his lady after all....
As she faced him he waited patiently and when she did his world began to spin. And then she kissed him and he nearly fainted. And then blackness began to eat his vision and with a soft thud he hit the ground as he fainted dead away

Shichi froze as he fell. "Oh my gawd!!" She crouched, beside him, worried. "Hun, hun can you hear me?" She patted his cheek. "Wake up....wait, oh my gawd!" She bent over and checked for a heart beat, there was one, she calmed down looking at his handsome face. "You fainted just because of me..... you silly guy you." She laid down next to him, then hugged him. "Will you wake up soon my romeo?" She giggled.

Patrick felt like he was surrounded by cotton, and he could hear a voice coming from a long ways away, and it was an importaint voice, he strained to get closer to it and couldn't. He could hear the note of panic in her voice and it was importaint for him to stop that, so he struggled through the darkness and fought to move, to speak to think as the voice continued to talk as he felt a warm presence beside him. then he heard the voice call him Romeo and he froze. It was his Shichi! His eyes flew open and he scrambled up.
My lady, forgive me, I was....it was....you....and I....but I was thinking indecent thoughts......and then....and oh I want a family with you!
