At that he looked a bit puzzled, gazing around them. Was she a lone? Or had he accidentily walked in on a prides land? It wasnt often that you came across a rouge female. Gazing back over at her, he sat back on his haunches. Worse comes to worse, he could always fly, not many could chase him in flight. "Oh..I'm Cero, Ceroberus."

"Well then, hello, Cero." She noticed his looks around the place, and figured he was looking for other lions, "don't worry,..I'ma loner." She jumped over to his side of the river with ease, "Been that way for a while. It's nice here though, I don't really mind it alone. Does get lonely though." She sat down, then caught herself, "ooops, I've begun to ramble. Oh well, I like to talk, and there really isn't anyone to talk to, like I said,..."

He watched her closely, though he had justmet her, he felt she was no thread. His muscles did relax though as she spoke of no other lions. "Yes, it does get lonely traveling alone." He nodded Shifting to get a better look at her.

Coeurl licked her paw, then ran it over her face before responding; "I don't think anyone would want to socialize with the neighbors though,..." She then leant to whisper in Cero's ear, "Pirates." She then backed up, and sat down again with a nod.

At that, Cero arched a brow, looking confused. "Pirates? What are Pirates?"

"Thier ruthless treasure hunters who will kill anyone to get what they want." Coeurl explained with a nod. "I once knew one of them when I was a cub though, and he didn't seem all that bad, but there was a lioness that passed through here not to long ago that spoke otherwise. I guess I was just lucky I met a nice one," She shrugged.

A frown crossed his maw as he looked around once again, as if on the look for one of these 'pirates' "Some lions are just like that, think the world is they're for the taking."

Coeurl shrugged, then she figured the lion might be hungry after having traveled so far, after all, he had really been excited about the water. "Hey,..you hungry? I got some food left over from my last hunt," She motioned to the hole at the base of the rock which Coeurl had formerly been on.

At the mear mention of food, his mouth just about began to water. His ears perked forward towards her before looking towars the rock. "Yes, I'm Starved" He ran a pink tongue over his maw.

Coeurl jumped up "kay, kay, I'll go get some, I think your too big to fit in,.." She said as she went towards the hole. Coeurl was small for an adult lion, but with a cute somewhat-chubby frame. Short, sweet, and still with kittenfat. She bragged out a leg from a baby gazzel and dropped it just outside the hole. "This look good to you?" She cocked her head to the side.

"Oi, I'm not big." He huffed, leaping over the small stream, which caused his armor to rattle as it shifted. He was a bit on the chubbysize, though weither that was fat or muscle wasnt noticable from under the armor. He kept his wings foulded over his body to keep them out of the way. When she emerged with the leg, he eyed it hungrily, shifting his weight. "you sure I can have some?" It wast aking all his will power not to just grab it and gorge himself.

"well, your bigger than me and that's sayinng something,..." She said sitting down, "The leg's all yours, I've done eaten, it's just leftovers anyway." She shrugged.

Cero looked down at himself then over at her and fuffed again. "Your just tiny." He then dug in hungrily to the leftover she had provided. He was starving, well, he was always hungry, but its hard to catch any good meals as a loner.

When he spoke, he didnt bother to swallow, so his words were a little garbled. "A pride many moons away. I was kicked out, to many males in the pride." He shrugged a bit then looked at her. "Wha'bout you?"
