"Your text said 'tater'" Jericho grumbled, "And fine fine. Though why'd you ask me to come along? If it's a trap I'm not going to be a jacking meat shield for you."
He let out a huff before rustling his wings unhappily at that thought. WAS that what West and Levi trying to pull here? The thought made him snarl. They were trying to blow him up too weren't they?!
Granted, he couldn't help but be a little curious.
"I'll go. But you guys move ahead of me. I'll follow."

"Nah, I..." West smirked. He hadn't wanted Jericho along to act as some sort of giant winged distraction, but the thought of he and Levi hiding behind the dragon's natural form was kind of funny. "Flyin', explosions, y'know. Thought you'd be good at it." Plus... West really didn't have many friends. "Sure. I'm goin'. No worries." He took the card from Levi's hand with a nod and slowly dialed the ToTer's number as he headed out the door. It was adventure time.

"Took you long enough," The man who greeted them might look familiar to some of them. Instead of his usual wear, he was dressed in a white wife beater and long pants. The only thing that didn't change was the tattered cloak he was almost always seen with, the hood pulled over his eyes and the cloak itself moving even if there wasn't any wind. The parts of him covered by it looked translucent, "I thought that you might had chickened out." The faintest sign of a smirk could be seen on his lips, but soon, he was back to scowling again.
"I think some of you have potential," He huffed, "To become a Trick-or-Treater... I've seen what some of you could do, and heh, we ought to be recruiting now that you lot are reaching your third year of studies. Not everyone wants to be a hero," A bogeyman, for example, "Sometimes you just want to have your own fun, work for yourself."
What looked like a giant Drifter descended from the sky behind him and landed, the 'arms' holding it up as a metal ladder lowered from a door. He started climbing it, gesturing for the students to follow; once they were inside, they would realize that it was in fact, a battleship. An air battleship. Once everyone was on board, the door closed and the ladder was pulled back before it started to float upwards.
The eyes and 'X' on the Drifter were windows, and there was an opening at the back, big enough for even Jericho to go through- one could only assume that it was an emergency exit. There were no parachutes; you would have to fly.
"It's kept up by some magic and a little bit of technology," He explained, walking over to a monitor at the front, pointing at the shapes on what looked like a map, "There are five airships of various sizes, all connected to each other. The control is here-" He walked to the front of the airship, where there was a control panel - or rather, three identical sections to a control panel, "You can keep track of all the airships from here. Oh, and my favorite part? Push the red button to fire a bomb."
And by bomb he meant an extra big black angry bird that will stick to and after a few seconds, blow up upon contact with another surface. West and Jericho should be familiar with those.
"Position your airships, but remember... Once they are docked, they can't move," He grinned, walking over to the students and plopping a (rather ridiculous) pirate hat on each one, "You are pirates, and your goal is to sink all my airships... Before I sink yours. Your loot will be information... And maybe silver seeds. We'll see how well you perform. You have 10 minutes~"
Walking over to the assumed emergency exit, he saluted the lot before dropping out of the airship... And flying via a number of angry birds under his feet.
... Time to start preparing for battle then.
[SORRY FOR TAKING SO LONG!
OOC info; what to do now: -> This is BATTLESHIPS, so take the template and fill it in with the units given (2x2, 2x3, 2x4); you can put them horizontally or vertically only! -> Remember to mark which airship you are on! When it sinks, you'll have to ICly evacuate and fly to the next ship! -> Post it once you are done! -> I will make one too~ But mine will be hidden. >D
Each round... -> Each student picks a target square [A1 to H8] and RP firing a bomb at that location. -> After everyone had picked, I will tell you if you hit or not, and mark it down on a blank template so you can keep track~ -> Since ships can't move, if you did not hit anything, it just means that the area is 'clear'. -> I will then roll 6d8; every 2 numbers will represent the grid I am targeting. For example, if my roll is 1,2,3,4,5,6 -> I will fire at A2, C4, E6. -> This way, my targets will always be COMPLETELY RANDOM because honestly, the one playing for Rage are his birds. He's sleeping through the explosions and stuff. >__> OOCly, this is because I can see your map and placement of ships. -> I will edit your mapped template with the hits.
-> After 10 rounds, the side with the MOST HITS will win. -> ICly, this means all the airships spontaneously explodes because Rage had explosive set up everywhere. -> It also means that you have to fly down to meet him. -> You have my permission to punch him after this. Or attempt to, anyway. : D]

Surprisingly, West had no reaction to his new hat other than to push it down more firmly onto his head, his horns poking jagged holes through the material. A look of concentration settled on his face as Rage outlined their instructions, and the boil nodded as the Trick-or-Treater made his exit. He might have also been smiling, just a little. Bird hoverboard. Rawk. West had entertained the idea of a future in Trick-or-Treating for himself, especially after he had realized that most bogeymen were deceitful sacks of crap. He didn't have a problem with deceit or anything, he had always just imagined himself with a job that required fewer machinations and more... explosions. He glanced at Jericho and Levi. They'd better not screw this up for him. "So... what y'guys wanna do?" he asked. "I think..." He poked at a set of controls, guiding one of the larger ships into position. "There." He had played this game once or twice before as a kid, but had no useful strategies for winning. Like he did with everything else, West planned to target Rage's ships randomly, bird bombs recklessly careening through the air, and hope for the best. Dragain TEN MINUTES IS A MONTH RITE <3

Meanwhile, Rage was asleep in his own airship, parked somewhere mysterious and out of sight from the students; while he had wanted to fire the first bird, he got tired and bored while waiting and had somehow fallen asleep on the control panel as he waited for the students to get ready. Unconsciously, feeling his arm go numb in his sleep, the ToTer shifted and ended up accidentally pressing three buttons, sending three angry bird bombs flying off in three different directions.
One of them ended up exploding right next to West's airship.
[Targetted: E7, A1, G7; none hit -> You guys are up next! Just hit me in any order. |D -> Unlike me, you get to PICK where your bomb go!]

He was still looking out at the ship he had placed when the bird bombs went shrieking through the air, nearly decimating all of his hard work. "Jackdammit," West muttered, taking to the controls again. He moved their remaining ships into several random locations, then quickly smacked the designated bomb button. Next time he would have to try and actually aim the thing. Dragain Hitting H3! Let's do dis thing! ararararar

This was one heck of a training he'd set up here. Dressed like them boils back home, Levi still recognized the figure of Rage- by his manner of speech. He always talked like he wanted to rile you up. Certainly similar to someone else she knew and whom she looked at briefly when a hat was places awkwardly on his head. Chuckling, Levi received her own and wriggled it into position. She wasn't one for pirating, but hey- this was a loot less challenge. Bring it on, other bird man. Flying ships and bombs and ...exploding birds. Well, the tatzel was at a loss with all this tech, but the basic understanding was there; fire at a spot. She picked and smirked slyly. Let them birds fly! YEEEHAW~!

Sitting on one of the boats, Jericho fidgeted as he looked around at the others in the area. Right as he was wondering what was going on, he saw a volley of birds come flying in their general direction. Thankfully, they all missed. "Tiamat's s**t!" he cried out as the explosions hit the water. Looking at the various controls, he went on to try and shoot.

[Herp derp, should have rolled this post but please refer to the rolls on the post above this one! XD]
Levi's bird soared through the air and hit something, setting half of one of Rage's airship on fire when it exploded. The one Jericho sent flying also seemed to have exploded very near something... although West's bird seemed to have gotten lost and exploded without hitting anything. Just as they thought that they were safe, however, more birds rained down on them, and this time, two of the birds hit home, setting two of their airships on fire.
[Targetted: E2, H8, E3, F1, C4, E4 || F1, H8 hit -> You guys are up next! Just hit me in any order. |D -> Unlike me, you get to PICK where your bomb go! -> In total, pick 6 targets; you may do this any way you want as long as there are a total of 6 areas targeted!]

West barked out a rather obnoxious laugh and pumped his fist in the air like he just dun care. "WHOOHO—" he shouted, his destructively gleeful outburst cut short as another trio of bombs rained from the sky. His eyes widened and he stumbled forward toward the bomb-releasing buttons again, at least having enough competitive spirit to aim this time. Or so he thought. Maybe these things couldn't aim at all. Yes, West was starting to learn the ways of the Trick. "Aim near... there!" he shouted at the other two, pointing toward Levi's obvious hit. And what was that? Jericho's bird appeared to have illuminated something as well, even if it hadn't quite managed to hit. "There too!" Obvious strategy was obvious.

The ghoul momentarily jumped in tot the air in celebration of her exploding hit. That's tha' way! Of course, the victory was rather short lived as two of Rage's birds exploded by two of their own ships. Levi gritted her teeth; two effective hits in one go compared to their one. This was too close for comfort. I hear ya' ... er- Looking towards the place she'd initially shot at, West had targeted it from various point save for one; that's where she let one bird go. On the other side... something had seemed peculiar about where Jericho's bird landed. Closing one eye, she ranged for the next launch at let the bird fly. Yeeep. Reckon ya got somethin' goin' over there, boil! Levi watched the courses of the bombing birds, waiting to see what they'd managed to find.

Jericho flinched as something seemed to have managed to hit them this time around. Though, it also looked that Levi had gotten one of Rage's boats! They needed to do this. They could not let themselves be sunk. NOPE. "FIRING!!" he roared.

Sadly, D5 and F5 hit nothing, although like with E5 previously, it did illuminate something nearby. As the bird bombs hit B3, it was clear that they had now set a whole airship on fire, as the thing went 'BOOM' before slowly sinking... Probably onto some unsuspecting fellow below. May he rest in pieces.
However, the students would get no rest as they were attacked again; while most bombs did not touch them, some were probably too close for comfort. One bomb, however, managed to hit the middle of an airship, causing red lights to flash everywhere.
