Faelynn's blue eyes opened to Slaine's call, and she blinked yawning softly. Sleepily she replied, "Am now. Good Morning!" Her blonde hair swished around her thighs as she walked across the room gathering the clothes she was going to be wearing that day. She pulled on the black shorts and pulled the black shirt that cut off at her midriff and had no sleeves over her head. Once she was situated with that, she walked into the same room that Slaine was in, her doctor's coat in her left hand. "Did you eat breakfast yet?" Faelynn's stomach growled and grumble, and ignored it because Slaine's answer was important to her. If he hadn't eaten yet, then she would get to eat with him, and that was something that could brighten her day, at the start of the day. "Or did I oversleep and miss breakfast?" Her eyes scanned the tidy room and looked towards the donation box. "Did the donation person already stop by? I wanted to say thank you this time around."
Godelieve was on a fend-for-herself mission. She was hungry, and by all means she would be eating something this morning. Her white bangs fell into her face and then a frown became prominent on her slender face. "This wouldn't be a problem if I knew how to cut my own damned hair." She knew her bangs might hinder a future mission, but she wanted to put off having any human interaction for a little while longer. She walked into a crowd of people, easily blending in and kept her toned down green eyes gazing at a food stall full of loaves of bread. When the crowd got close, and the stall owner turned away, she swiped a loaf for herself and hid it under her gray - almost a shade of blue - cloak and walked away. She knew the owner wouldn't even realize a loaf was missing. Godelieve walked out of the market area to a place where trees were scattered and walked to one specifically. She sat next to the small tree and ate her loaf in peace, trying to remember the man who had been so kind to her those years ago.

Slaine shook his head, "No, I haven't eaten. You need to wake up earlier." Hs eyes gentled. "Or was it another ling night?" Slaine knew that she went out at night, usually with her doctors bag, to check up on their patients. He didn't know what she was doing the nights she left without the bag. Slaine sighed and shook his head. "Yeah. I never know what days she'll pop in,they're completely random. Only three days a year are regular. I wonder why she does that..." Slaine turned and began cleaning some bottles. He'd already forgotten about breakfast.

Lorne leaned back against the tree trunk, lounging up in the branches. He was bored. He had already 'acquired' his breakfast, and was happily eating on a loaf of bread and water skin stol....'borrowed' from a rather rude traveler. "Now all I need is something else to do for the rest of the day." he said his fox like ears twitching, and his tail idly swishing to and fro beneath him. He could easily spend the entire day pick pocketing his way through the crowds. But why? He had a comfortable life for the moment. He could life calmly until the next job came. He still needed something to take up his time.

Oralee glanced up at the trees as she and her horse trotted along the forest lined path. Now that she was out of the city, she lifted the illusions, revealing her face to the light. Oralee felt calmer in the forests, no doubt because of her elven blood. Glancing down as her hood slid off her head, Oralee focused on where she was going. The sun hit her golden hair, showing off the hue to it's greatest brilliance. Oralee didn't notice it. She was thinking of her Grandfather- Nye, not the man who'd never seen her- and his death all those years ago. She'd felt so alone, and it'd taken her almost a whole day to dig his grave the way she had seen him dig them. Nye had been a carpenter, actually, but when the man who ran the cemetery left for greener pastures, Nye had taken over, since he made the coffins anyway. By that time, half the village had died in an outbreak of disease. Oralee had long ago schooled her features into a calm mask, but with nothing to look at, her eyes shone with the grief she still felt.

Faelynn sighed heavily, from the fact that it had indeed been a long night and that she missed the person who donated. "I guess you could call it a long night." She began to pull her hair up as she walked closer to Slaine. "What'd you like for breakfast then? Also, would you mind keeping me company while I prepare it and maybe I could tell you about the long night I had." She had a kind smile on her face, then it turned kiddish. "I don't need to get up earlier, the sun needs to rise slower. That's all." Faelynn chuckled a bit at her own joke, trying to lighten the mood. "You never know, she might be busy like others around here." She knew Slaine could be a bit forgetful about breakfast and she reminded him in her own way. She tapped his shoulder and ruffled his hair even though she was shorter than him. "Let's eat before we get some patients." She had tied her doctor's coat around her waist so it would stay out of her way while she did the daily things.
Godelieve finished her loaf of bread and took the time to gaze at this little tree. A faint green color emanated from her hands and the tree had a little bit more leaves and branches to it. "Thank you Papi." She muttered it softly letting a vulnerable side of her take over, but as quickly as it came, it had vanished. She had some pocket money, but not enough for anything. Having rationalized it for a small amount of time, Godelieve started to head back into the town to pick-pocket a few unkind individuals. No one could really say it was in the wrong as she stole from the richer people who didn't care where their money went but to useless items. Those kind of people annoyed her the most.

Lorne watched people go by, idly. Then one person caught his eyes. Godelieve. he wasn't one for making friends, but she had been an interesting one. Very similar, they were. Right down to their fighting styles. he elapt out of the tree and dashed ofter her. He felt his mischevious nature pricking up. He snuck up behind her and grabbed her shoulder, whispering into her ear in a low voice, "Hey. You aren't tryin; to pick pocket someone, are ya?"

Godelieve was just about to pick pocket some annoying man when she felt someone grab her should. That started to get her in an annoyed mood, someone randomly grabbing her. Then the voice followed after and she could tell just from that who it was. "Lorne, how nice of you to observe." Her eyes shifted to look in his direction as she withdrew her hand back to her hip. "No, I'm simply borrowing from those who already have so much." A tricky smile placed itself upon her somewhat full lips. She took his hand off of her shoulder to turn and face him. "How nice to see you again." She was inwardly content to see Lorne, after all he was one of the few she played nice with. "What has brought you over here?" She raised an eyebrow as she questioned.

Lorne was happy to see that she still at least accepted his joking. Even if she didn't exactly like it. "Oh, I saw you over here. I thought I'd say hello." he said with a small smirk. "And I love the positive twist you put on theivery. Though I do the same thing." he stretched as they sahred idle conversation, "But perhaps, out in the open isn't the right place for THIS conversation. Kinda public."

Slaine inwardly heaved a sigh. He didn't know what he was doing... Had he raised his sister right? Would their parents be proud? "Calling either of our nights long would be like calling the sun bright- the ultimate understatement." Slaine glanced over at her. He gave a nod to the second part of her question while contemplating the first. Something fast and easy. Never know when we might have to cram our mouths and run." Slaine dried the bottles, setting them up in the cupboard designed for that purpose. Slaine frowned a little bit at her explanation. "Then why hide her appearance?" Slaine battled with his curiosity over his patients and the donater every day. It was something he trumped down for him and his sisters welfare. He frowned when she ruffled his hair, before laughing and grabbing her in a hug, a rare sign of affection these days. "You're still a little brat, you know that?" He teased, ruffling her bangs in retribu.

Godelieve had opened up a bit to Lorne, therefore she could go to being her old self. At least for a little while anyways. "Glad you came over." She smirked when he talked about her positive twist on theivery and looked around. "No, you're right. Way too public in fact. How about we go somewhere more. . . private?" She gave a teasing, and in some way flirtatious smile, just playing along. She couldn't hate his company, after all they were similar to each other. In fact, somewhere deep down she liked having someone to talk to. She would enjoy it for as long as she had the company, not knowing if she would have time to chat with anyone in quite some time. Yet, at the same time she couldn't wait to be by herself again.
Faelynn nodded in agreement to her brother's statements and laughed herself as he hugged her. When he ruffled her bangs she frowned playfully and shook her head, making her bangs fall back to how they were. "I know." She stuck her tongue out. "Eggs it is." She walked over to the basket where there were eggs and went over to crack them in a pot. Cooking was something she was good at, and in that Slaine taught her some off it, but the rest she had taught herself. "Any special ingredients you want in with them?"

"Mmmm, how private?" he said with a smile, "Because I would really love to catch up on old times." he whispered, "And possibly talk about some business opportunities." He said with a glint in his eyes, "If you up for a little teamwork. I think we can play together, can't we?" He had always found her attractive, and wouldn't say no to working with her. They had a decent relationship and respected each other.

((Oooh, *eyebrow waggle* things are heating up between our thieves no? XD)) Slaine gave a nod and watched her set to cooking, proud. He may not have taught hr everything she knew, but he had started her down the path- in both cooking and medicine. It was flattering, to see her practicing stuff he taught her. "No, no special ingredients. Just throw in whatever u like." Slaine leaned against the counter. "So... got any crushes?"

Godelieve glanced around quickly before she locked eyes with Lorne again. "As private as you want. We could always go towards the forest again." Her face hid the excitement of catching eyes, but her eyes couldn't hide it. She got closer to him and whispered into his ear, "I would love to play together, we can talk business in private, no?" Her accent slipped out causing her to add the no at the end, unnoticed to her. She didn't mind teaming up, especially not teaming up with Lorne. They got along nicely so, she had no objections to it.

Lorne gave a playful growl to Godelieve. "I was thinking somewhere away from any prying eyes or ears." he said his eyes darting around, "I know a small place nearby where we can have some privacy." He said smiling, "We can talk, and discuss business." He then whispered softly into her ear, "Then maybe we can play."

Faelynn smiled and added in a few vegetables and finished quickly. "Alrighty then. Done~" She put the eggs on plates and handed one to Slaine as she got forks out for them, which happened to be when he mentioned crushes. She shoved a fork at him, flustered. "N-no. I don't have any time, any time for that right now." She forked some food into her mouth and ate it quickly before retorting with a, "Why do you want to know?" She glanced up, less flustered and more defensive. It wasn't like Slaine to ask that, at least not in the morning considering he hated mornings.
Godelieve gave a playful smile to his playful growl. "Then lead the way." Her face darkened in color slightly when he whispered in her ear, but she tried to keep a straight face. Lorne was really the only person of the opposite sex that she had gotten close to who was somewhat close to her age. She then smiled, and outstretched her arm, signaling to him that he should start to lead her.
