Ah good, she was taking his suggestion to heart! And seemed really excited about it as well, which made Alex even happier. "Ya, I mean, word spreads fast around here when anything is going on. I'm sure you could have yourself a rockin party in no ti--mmf"
Well that had certainly been unexpected! Alex nearly collapsed to the ground when she threw herself at him, not at all prepared for the ghoul to reach around his neck and pull him down. His knees buckled a little, but he somehow manged to not go toppling down. His hands were held out to either side of her in a surprised gesture, almost like he was about to grab ahold of her, but at the same time fearing to do so. Her hands were warm, warmer then other hands he'd felt before, and she smelt..nice. A sort of sweet scent about her, which was surprising because he thought she'd smell more...smokey? The press of lips only lasted for a split second, a quick thing that was over and done with before he even knew what had happened.
When she bounced back down, he looked down at her, a dazed expression on his face. He could still feel it, the kiss, it was still there. The warmth, the way she smelt, it was all still there. His eyes widened a fraction and he turned himself forward again, continuing to walk, his mind reeling. To her it might have been nothing, it might have been completely normal. But to Alex? Nobody had ever done that to him before!
"Uhhhhhhh...dorm?" Great, apparently his brain had short circuited as well. Was this how Mort felt sometimes??

Michi really didn't think much of it. A quick kiss to say thank you when she was super excited about something. Maybe it meant a little more because he was cute, but that was about it. He had been cold, and a didn't exactly smell like roses but who was Michi to care about that right now! Now was the time to plan a party!
"Naw Alexander, not in my dorm. I do not want the entire school knowing where I sleep. I don't always make friends so easy, and sometimes other ghouls get upset when I unknowingly flirt with their boilfriends."
Completely not Michi's fault there. The red skinned ghoul made enemies easily this way, and it was typically because the boils never told her they were dating someone. She didn't go around stealing boils on purpose...
"Hrm. Maybe something down by the lake that isn't one of those horrible garden parties. We'd have to get food, some games going, music... I wonder if there's any local bands or something. That would be cool."
Parties, parties, parties. Michi loved a good party more than a lot of other things in life. The smoke demoness was super excited now. And all thanks to Alexander!

Alex just nodded, agreeing with her while still somewhat dazed and lost in thought. "Lake."
Yep. That was it. Just 'Lake.'
But she was still talking, and he needed to try and focus. With a great effort on his part he managed to bring his attention back to the ghoul going on and on about parties.
She apparently really liked to party.
"You uh..flirt with a lot of boils then?" Try not to sound so disappointed, Alex! "Ya, I understand, I haven't actually shown anybody my room yet. I like my privacy."
And then "Well, there are places nearby you could order food from I'm sure, I'm not sure about what kind of games..music's easy if you have an eyepod or eyephone and a scareo system, though uh, there is a group of students in a band.." He couldn't remember what their group was called though, and he only knew that Danny, Rikki, and Roch were a part of it, and he wouldn't have really called himself friends with any of them. Maybe acquaintances? With Danny and Rikki at least? He shrugged, not really knowing what else he could tell the ghoul.

Did she flirt with a lot of boils? Why that answer was yes. Why did they always get hung up on this? Boils flirted with all the ghouls they could, what was wrong with Michi doing the same thing? She just smiled and gave a half hearted shrug before skipping back to the party in the conversation.
"I've got an eyepod and a scareo system. They'll work, I just always love a live band. I'll have to see if there's a live band, but if not we'll still have music. I wonder what we could do down at the lake. I mean, we could swim or something, but for those of us who don't like water..."
Yes, she was speaking of herself. And probably Danny. The smoke demoness was pretty sure that fire demons counted towards those who did not like water in the least bit. Though sand was worse than water in some case, and could put a fire right out. But that wasn't the correct line of thinking at the moment!!
"Privacy is always key. Like I said, I'd rather not wake up to find someone has come through my door somehow and is standing above me with a bucket full of... things."
Okay, so she sounded a little traumatized by it all. But it had been rather interesting to figure out how that ghoul had gotten into her home in the first place. And how she had known where Michi slept. The ghoul had an inside scoop, but that was all years ago. Michi attempted to shrug off that train of thought.
"What kind of music is your favorite Alexander?"

A bucket full of...things? Alex's curiousity got the better of him, and he gave Michi a bemused look "Things? What kinds of...things?" he asked, genuinely wanting to know what could have thrown the demoness off for that split moment.
"And don't worry, I'm not a huge fan of water myself. Rotting skin and all..." He chuckled, assuming that really didn't need much further explanation.
They were near the school now, and Alex could see some students still making there way out after classes, when Michi asked him what kind of music he liked.
"Hm? Oh well, you know..the usual stuff. Whatevers new and popular, mostly rock and punk..that sort of thing." To be honest he didn't actually listen to much music, but the stuff he did hear blasting from other dorms or on peoples eyepods had never sounded bad to him by any means.
He pushed his way through the doors of the school, pointing to the first gnome that they came across.
"Keep an eye out for them. They're grabby. Do not trust them for a second" No further explanation towards that, but he hoped Michi already knew to be weary around gnomes. The one that he had pointed at was already glaring at him, and snapped his little teeth in Alex's direction.

"Things.... that were slimy, cold, and rather horrible in general. I had to throw away my entire set of bed sheets." She shudder a little, not liking this at all. She was glad that he didn't like water either though, because that meant she didn't have to worry about him feeling the need to jump in some.
They walked inside the school and were confronted by a horrible little thing. She wasn't new to gnomes, but this one was even biting it's teeth at Alex. Michi wondered instantly how far she could kick the stupid thing even as they walked past. Needless to say she stepped a little closer to the zombie and glared at it.
"How many of those things run around here?" If they roamed around in packs... well Michi didn't want to think about that exactly. That sounded horribly even in her head. The red skinned ghoul kept following Alex, and tried to keep an eye out to see if there were any more of them running around.

For some reason the way she was talking about the slimey cold and terrible things made Alex chuckle to himself. When she moved closer to him because of the gnomes, he found himself wanting to put an arm around her, and so he did.
"Don't worry too much about them, they're mostly harmless...just, don't let them touch you." He wanted to leave it at that, but he knew without a doubt that the little bastards would likely try and look up Michi's skirts more then once in the future. Still...he warned her, and that was really all he could do.
"So the cafeteria is this way..." He led her along, as her warmth penetrated through his clothes and warmed his cold, undead skin. "You can get food there most of the day." Had he already told her that? He shrugged mentally and continued onwards, keeping an eye out for more of the gnomes, though there seemed to be one every ten feet in the school, scurrying about on their little gnome legs.
"So...this party..when do you think you will have it?"

His arm wrapped around her and Michi suddenly found herself a bit colder than normal. It wasn't that she didn't like it (or did), it was just she had never had a zombie (or undead) throw an arm around her like this before. Kissing him had been rather quick and sweet. And though this was sweet as well, it was a new experience for her. Smiling slightly (well more of a smirk), Michi moved in decently close to the boil. Almost snuggling under his arm with one eyebrow quirked.
"I'll remember not to let them touch me. Seems like a pretty easy thing to remember." She chuckled lightly, and kept herself under his arm. Not letting him get away now that he was close!!
"I'm not sure when the party will happen. I want to get a bit settled, but probably within the next week and a half or so? Why don't I give you my number so I can text you first, soon as I know?" She would wait to see if he pulled out his phone, then rattled off her numbers rather quickly. "Just text me some point tonight Alexander. Don't leave a ghoul hanging!" It was a joke, and she was laughing. Life was good.

She was snuggling in under his arm, and it was kind of nice. It made him feel...wanted? Ya, that was about how he felt. Finally the tightness in his chest that he'd been dealing with all day began to relax a little, and he could start feeling more normal again. This was a completely new experience for the zomboil, first with the flirting, then the quick kiss, and now the cuddling. It was probably the best distraction from his inner turmoils that he could have possibly asked for. He smiled down at the red demoness appreciatively. She probably would never even know how much her just being herself was helping him right now.
"Oh ya, sure, I have a phone, one sec!" He began to fish around in his pocket for it with his free hand, pulling it out and once again admiring how much nicer it looked with it's almost brand new dark red case. "OK, ready!" He began punching in her number with his thumb, still with his other arm wrapped around her. When he eventually looked up again, he saw that they'd already made it to the cafeteria! Where had that time gone?
"Well uh, this is it!" He attempted to delatch his arm from her shoulders, unsure if she would continue to cuddle against him or not.
"I actually think I might go to the library now...just remembered there were some books I needed for my homework. I'm sure you aren't really interested in that though." He smirked, thinking that no, she really didn't fit the bookish bill. "I'll definitely give you a text later, and if you need help finding anything else, just give me a shout, ok?"

Aw, now he was going to leave her all alone. Oh well, Michi would find something else to do if he wanted to go off and read books. Ugh. Very much not her thing indeed. She let him remove his arm and glanced towards the cafeteria. She really wasn't hungry yet, maybe she'd just wander back to her dorm and play some Left 4 Live. Yeah, that sounded good.
"Yeah, you're right Alexander. Books and I have never gotten along. Enjoy your reading, I'll be waiting for your text." She grinned up at him and stepped backwards a few paces. Her right hand lifted and she gave him a little bit of a wave in goodbye, her fingers barely moving. And with that she turned on her heel and headed off through the cafeteria just in case she was watching. She didn't pay attention to the lunch lady, or anyone else really. Just worked on making her way back to her dorm. Ah, what a nice, cute boil! Things were looking up here at Amity for Michi.
