Jarid gave a sigh, scratching the side of his head. "Got some work to do myself, then...."
The man on the other side of the table looked at her with a quizzical look. "Any why would someone your age want to join..?" they asked curiously.

Lithia, or Alisa in this case, gave the man a kind smile. "I've heard many great things about Order and how it tries to create a peaceful world for the afflicted and unafflicted to live in harmonically. I know I'm young, and maybe not combat ready, but I don't have to be a combatant. As long as I'm part of this organization and doing something to help it reach its goals, even if it's just pushing pencils all day, I know I'll be helping do something great. Is there really anything wrong witha young heart wanting a place where it can be of use to others?" Lithia was a bit glad that Jarid couldn't see her right now. The way she was having to act in order to fit the personality of her allias...it was just embarassing. not something she wanted the other Chaos members to see. She was starting to get a bit nervous having to sit there and wait for answers and questions to come from the man, though she was trained well enough to not let it show, or only let the right amounts show through to make it look realistic.

"Ah, well then, it would be unwise to turn one such as yourself down, then." The man replied, booting up a computer and began typing away. "Name..?"

((It would NOT surprise me!))
"Alisa....Gardner....." The man typed in. He was about to say something when he noticed the papers. "Ah, prepared. Good, good." he said, taking it and looking it over.
"Well, everything's looking well and good so far. You might be able to start today, in fact."

Weld was having a good day. He had stolen a brand-new, high end hovercar from a top Order goon, and was tearing around the city, scaring the s*** out of pedestrian and driver alike. He had some vague plans to crash it into the Order HQ, but was for now just enjoying himself. The fun lasted until he misjudged a corner and went sliding into a parked car. He winced at the impact, and decided that he was bored of running around, and that it was about time he got on with his day.
He made his way back through the city, slightly more carefully this time. Rounding the corner, he revved the car's engine to a howl and, gaining air using a convenient fruit stand, launched himself at the building, which contained the recruitment center.
((hello! I do hope this is alright))

Just as car Weld was in began its path towards the HQ, the car's radio. suddenly shorted out for a moment before it changed to a white color. "Weld, I'm gonna be blunt here. 'Hell you doing?" Jarid asked, his eye twitching back at the base. "Quick Kill is in the middle of an operation in their HQ!"

Lithia handed over the papers with a polite and professional smile. This was turning out to be too easy and she was laughing about it on the inside. At this rate, she'd be able to get her men out of the holding cells by the end of the day. She was about to give the man a sweet reply, but the sound of a hover car caught her attention. Normally, she would have ignored such things, bu this sounded like some crazy driver, and it was getting closer and closer to her loacation. "What on earth is that?" Standing from her seat, she walked over to one of the windows and looked outside to see what she had feared. Some idiot was trying to drive a car into the order HQ. Not just any idiot, but Weld. Without making it obvious, Lithia used her ability to control metals to force the car to go off course, making it pass by the building instead of crash into it. I swear I'm going to kill that idiot once this mission's finished. she thought violently as she turned back to the man who was getting her registered. "I'm supprised you guys feel safe here with crazy drivers like that around. Hopefully someone caught the plate number and will report him."

The man gave a chuckle, no one seemed to notice her use of her ability, nor did they really react to the close call. This clearly showed the lackadaisical attentiveness of the staff around Lithia.
"Oh please, the car would have slammed into a highly reinforced window, making the car shatter. Gotta make sure those morons of Chaos can't just blast their way in.." he told her, now going through the computer again.
"Ah, it looks like we have an opening." he smiled, a beeping coming from the other side of the table. "Hm..?" he looked over to where the noise was, nothing being seen. As he looked, the job position on the computer suddenly changed from a lowly Secretary to a Prison Hold Assistant.
"..Anyway...." he said aloud. "...It looks like an opening in the Prison Hold opened up. Does that sound interesting to you..?"

((actually, while he is possessing something, you wouldn't be able to see him, he is actually the machine))
Weld de-fused from the back of the car to see it serve away from the building at the last second. He used the hook at the end of his cable to snag a lamp post and kill his momentum. He watched in mild disappointment as the car, now driverless, tumbled down the street. It wasn't what he had been hoping for, but it would do for now. Sensing that he had overstayed his welcome, he made a rude gesture to everyone in view, and disappeared down a nearby manhole.

((Let's just say that she didn't see a driver, and that's why she knew it was him lol))
"Oh, I didn't know that the Order went to such extremes. I mean, I've heard about Chaos a couple of times and that they're some kind of anti order group, but I didn't realize they were that bad. It's no wonder crime rates have gone up over the years." She said as if she didn't have a clue as to what was going or that she had even been responsible for one of the assassination attepmts on the chairman. When the man told her that there just happened to be an open position in the prison hold, she knew that someone was giving her a helping hand. Despite telling him she could handle the mission alone, it seemed Jarid was still trying to help from a distance. Looking to the man, Lithia gave a nod of her head. "It sounds like somethng I can handle. Who knows, maybe some of my sweetness will rub off on them and they'll be nicer to people once they're allowed to leave."

The man chuckled again, typing away on the computer once more. "Now, I just need you to fill out this form of confidentiality. Legal reasons, and all." he told her, passing a sheet of paper to her. "And after that, we'll get started on your new career."

Lithia took the paper that was handed to her, scanning over it quickly to make sure there weren't any loop holes or other purposes behind it. When she was satisfied that the document was safe, she signed, initieled and dated the paper in the name of the allias she was using. "Here you are sir." She handed the papers back to the gentleman.

Lithia took the man's hand lightly in her own and gave it a couple pumps up and down. "Thank you sir. So...um....where am I supposed to go from here?" She very well knew exactly where and how to get to the prison hold, but she had to keep up the act of being a half witted teenager.
