To be honest, while Eva did have most of her memories from last week, she didn't pick out anything that was too...well, strange for her (as sad as that was). From what she could remember, she had just been a great deal more enthusiastic and touchy-feely than usual, but there hadn't been anything particularly odd from what she could remembe--
--why did the image of roasting marshmallows with Reine and Caelius just flash though her mind? Where in God's name had that come from?
Well, she could worry about that later. Right now, she had a debriefing to rush to. Finishing off the last of her breakfast, Eva hurried towards the classroom struggling to get her arm through her coat's sleeve all the while. By the time she got to the room, she was still struggling, the coat only half-on. Still, the young woman's face was bright and cheerful even as she stumbled into the classroom. "Good morning, everyone! How are you all doing today?"

“ The pleasure is all mine!” Molly returned, reaching to shake hands with Gale. Then, she seemed to be greetings from all over the place, and it brought a warmth to the young woman. So many nice people, how pleasant! “ It’s nice to meet you to, Tedan! Oh, and you as well, Wilson! Ah, Wilson!” Molly had a determined look on her face as she dug through the inside of her coat once more, and pulled out a Special K Raspberry Cheesecake breakfast bar. Did she really just pull that out of her coat? Yes. You never know when you needed a snack! She offered it to him. “ Here you go ~ ! Breakfast is an important start to your day and it helps you concentrate!.” She offered a rather bright smile to Deryk when he waved, and waved back as well, before she looked to see Jude. “ Good morning Ju—oh dear! Are you alright?” Another trainee filed in, greeting them, and Molly’s curls bounced as her head whipped around to return Eva’s greeting as well. “ Good morning!”

More people started coming into the room, some that Tedan knew better than others. He flashed Wilson a quick grin and waved at Jerry too, though he had to admit he was kind of glad the guitar didn't appear to be present today. Really, he didn't mind singing, but ... that Sun Hunter song needed some work. Then he turned back around to stare a bit as Molly handed a breakfast bar to Wilson. ".... Do you have any more of those?" Usually he didn't really eat breakfast, but that thing for some reason looked really tasty.

Graceless as he was he lifted a hand and waved to Gale after he crawled into his chair and sat in it correctly his eyes flicking over to Molly as he gave a small smile and nodded, "I'm fine Molly, really. Thank you for your concern. I am just having random bouts of bad luck that is all."
A good way to explain things away without having to wrestle with it much further, he rested in his seat and then glanced over at Eva, "Hello Eva," he said simply.
Jude was being outright social today.

“Nope. Not at all,” Wilson answered, grinning at Deryk. He gladly returned the wave with one of his own and smiled at Gale and Tedan, half-nodding to acknowledge the greetings. His attention was quickly captured by a certain Ryan as he slipped into the classroom. He noticed Gale motioning for the moon trainee to come over instead of sticking to himself in the back. Wilson happily joined in. “Ryan!”
The sound of a clattering chair startled him and he briefly glanced at Jude. He briefly recognized the blond hair, but then turned around to face Molly again. “Yes?” Wilson stared at her curiously as she reached into her coat. What was she looking for? He then stared at the bar in her hands as she offered the snack to him. “I—How—When—?” The man stumbled over his words as he reached out to take it and unwrapped the bar. He was so confused as to why she had procured a snack bar, but it didn’t stop him from taking a large bite out of it. Wilson was still chewing when he chirped, “Thanks!” He covered his mouth and looked over at Eva. “Hey! Been doing okay. You?”

Before had not managed to completely shake off the after-effects of JOY number 5's withdrawal symptoms. Which was why he wasn't so begrudging of the near-consistent series of punishments he was getting. It gave him something to be distracted with, kept him from doing any introspection or soul-searching (did he even know what he was supposed to be introspecting about in the first place?), and left him at the end of it all too exhausted and fatigued that all the strength he could muster was for the purposes of basic hygiene. Still, he'd been on the island and awake long enough that his body was not as liable to protest to the grueling schedule and tasks as it would have been should he still be a regular trainee instead of an intermediate one.
His lips pulled into a frown at this thought. His promotion still left a bitter taste in his mouth and a knot of resentment in his gut. If he was the sort of person to hold New Years resolutions, he would have made his in line with being the Bestest Best Misty EVAR and show H why he shouldn't have been transerred out in the first place >8[
The buzz of his phone cut into his thoughts (he'd just come back from the bathroom) and upon reading both message and the clock, Before scrambled for his uniform and bolted towards the assembly.
He arrived with a few odd-minutes to spare and was surprisingly not out of breath?! Huh. Guess his speed and stamina were improving. Manual labor apparently does Before's body good ~@ 3@~
The teal-eyed brunette did his best to find a seat near the door. Y'know, just in case Boss-dude-Caelius decided to blow up at them for breathing too hard or something equally petty and he'd need to get out of ground-zero.
Stay vigilant, silly Before, his partner reminded him.
A mental nod and Before quietly plopped down on a seat, shoulders sagging when the exhaustion finally kicked in.

Dakota sighed as he stumbled in. After spending the whole night cleaning and constructing parts of the Island he was exhausted.
Lucky for him, he had just made it before 10am, though not so lucky, the meeting was lead by the demanding and somewhat odd returned to normal Caelius. He was still debating if he liked the Joy Caelius or the old Caelius.
Whatever it was, he slumped into the seat and sighed. Particularly joyed out and just outright tired.
His head hit the desk with a loud thump. it was odd to see the Trainee though, not flirting with any of the women or snide comments to the men. That's how tired Dakota was.
Chama chimed happily in his head. She for one, was grateful not to hear a jack damn single christmas carol in his head anymore. Things we're looking so much brighter!

The joy. It was gone. And with it went a large portion of Minerva's memory; perhaps for the better? Perhaps not. In any case the woman tried to hide the effect that such a high had held on her only a week ago by arriving promptly after the text had been received. Despite her inability to recall many of the events, she could certainly feel the pain in her legs from the dance and the burning in her cheeks from all of the smiling she had been doing, and was certain that a few embarrassing moments had happened in between it all that would make her blush a bright red if she thought too hard on them. She looked to be succeeding for the most part, lips in a straight line, brows narrowed ever so slightly.
Maybe she was trying too hard..
<...> Blythe, the golden arm bands that coiled about Minerva's arms, was still unsure of her partner. She did not want to risk jinxing the return of the real 'Minnie' with any sort of celebratory squeals or shouts.. Not yet. Not until she was SURE. But such uncertainty had left her quiet for a few days, and that was sort of worrisome for the woman who wielded the weapons.
But anything and everything that had happened before Minerva entered Caelius' classroom and found a place against the farthest wall was history.. Duty called, and the woman was soon to answer. Blythe's suspicious activity, or lack there of really, would have to be put on the back-burner, and all things joyous would either be addressed here in this room or also stored away for good. Hazel eyes stilled on the death leader for but a moment before they bounced from head to head. So many of the trainee's nestled in the room were calmer than she remembered them to be..
((Just sneaking a post in ;; Hopefully I can keep up with things!))

Grinning back at the others, Deryk looked around, seeing more of his comrades coming on in. Spotting Ryan, Jude, Jerry, Gale, and Minerva, he went ahead and waved to them as well. It didn't look like, in general, he was the only one who appeared to be tired.
Then again, with all the cleanup and fixing they had to do, he couldn't blame anyone for looking a bit weary.
Finding himself a seat, he peered ahead to see that Cael did not look very happy.
As usual.
He highly doubted it.

“ For cases just like this!” Molly informed Wilson oh so helpfully. “ You’re welcome!” She turned back to Tedan. “ Uh…hmm…Let’s see.” She peaked into her coat again, her brows furrowing, and seemed to be coming up with nothing until the figurative light bulb went off, and Molly reached into a sleeve and produced a chocolate wafer bar. She looked a sheepish as she held it out to Tedan. “I’m really sorry! I don’t have anymore of those, but you can have this!” Molly looked over at Jude then. “ Oh, that’s not good! We should go find you a four-leaf clover after class!” Was that plausible? It was the thought that counts, right?

"Morning Wilson." He answered, returning the wave, followed by one to both Gale and then Deryk. "How did the past week treat you?" He asked, curious to know what manner of chore the other trainee had been stuck with. He hadn't seen him since before then. In fact, all he knew was that it must have been either he was stuck with something other than construction, or he must have had a different shift than the other.
When Dakota entered and took a seat, Ryan pushed his chair forward with his foot. A terrible way to get someone's attention, but usually always effective.
"Morning Dakota."

Jude watched as Molly pulled things out of her ~*~MAGICAL COAT OF WONDER~*~. Certainly it was all food related but it was very impressive for him to note all the stuff she seemed to have on hand just for people that needed food apparently. Jude tended to rise early and nab coffee and a pastry thus he was good to go until lunchtime rolls around.
When she talked to him he startled a bit realizing he'd been staring at her the entire time and a small flush over his face resumed after the prior one settled down, "Ye..Yeah. Sure. I'd like that a lot," he murmured to Molly.
So what if there was no chance in Hell they'd find one on the island. It still sounded like fun.

Sherry stopped in the doorway just long enough to start catching her breath. She'd made it. On time even. At least trainees running through the hallways was not an unusual sight. After a few large breaths, she moved into the classroom and sat down.
At least this might mean they were finally done with clean-up. She hoped so. It was tedious, hard and even repetitive work. She was sore in places she didn't know she had. If this meant a break from that, she welcomed it.
Armagnac didn't think that cleaning counted as training. Ordered or not.
Sherry, still breathing deeply, leaned back in her chair. Hopefully today's meeting wouldn't be too bad.

Oooh chocolate was even better. Tedan grinned as he took the bar, unwrapping it and just barely remembering to say, "Thanks," before he stuffed the thing into his mouth and took a bite. Mmmn, maybe he should find out where she had gotten these and get some for himself. What could be better than chocolate for breakfast?

Jordan's memories of that particularly strange week were hazy in places, but embarrassingly clear in others. He'd been just as glad to have manual labor to do to distract himself from the depressive, sulky state he'd been inclined to and to keep himself from thinking too hard about the stupid things he'd done and said. Months of daily training and his gloves kept most of the work from hurting too much, at least, though splinters were still a hazard. Oh, and the work also kept him out of the way of snarly higher-ranked hunters. Always a bonus.
Text messages informing them that they were to report to a certain room and leaving little time to actually get there were a return to normalcy as well. He'd even had his coffee before receiving the message. So when he slipped in the door and found a seat, he was in a fairly good mood.
