1/19/2012 Quote of the day! today I slept, I felt like crap and I plan on getting my sleeping schedule in order so that I can work out and not wake up people in the house, this staying up all night long and sleeping all day has got to stop, it isn't healthy and it sucks. Tomorrow will be bad a** though cause I'm waking up in the morning for once and I'm super excited for that. I will also have energy for once.

anticupid16 ♭♮♯ Sleeping wonder lies to me, and the lies are sweet. I think this is great and really motivating! If you have an iPod Touch or iPhone, you might be interested in the app: Lose it! It's free, and you can track how many calories you intake and burn by recording your exercise and your food (it'll automatically tally the calories). You set a goal of how much weight you want to lose and how fast, and it'll give you a chart showing your progress! Just if you're interested ^_^ ♩♪♫♬ Music is sung with simple words, and simple words can save the world. ♯♮♭  I saw that app before, but i don't have a smart phone and my ipod is from 05 I think so I cant get apps on it. D: Sucks though cause I would love to use it, I can add calories from the nutrition facts but when we go out to eat it throws me off.

Wow, we're the same height and about the same weight. XD According to my Wii Fit, 135 pounds is a healthy weight for me, so that's my goal right now. I used to be 180 pounds back when I was a teenager and I REFUSE to gain that fat back ever again.
Somethings I've about weight loss:
Be careful about lowering your calorie intake too much or too fast. This could send your body into starvation mode which will cause it to store more fat because it thinks you aren't able to eat enough.
Make sure you're getting enough vitamins. There are certain vitamins that specifically help with weight loss, like B vitamins that can help raise metabolism.
Snack on drinks instead of solid foods. I like using juice for my sugar fix. XD
Punching and kicking things is good for a workout! Spend 10 - 15 minutes punching and kicking the air or a mattress. Also good for stress release.
Water bottles = Ghetto Dumbbells.
Dance around to your favorite music!

Thanks for the support! ^^ I'm going to get some vitamins soon, I just have to wait until le family goes to the store to get them. And I love that water bottle idea XD I try to eat but I have never really ate much in the first place so it's hard for me to get a lot of calories in a day. I eat usually 600 - 800 calories? That is nowhere near enough D:

1/21/2012I have noticed that my face isn't as puffy. I think it is cause I have been reducing my sodium intake, and I have been drinking more water than a fish. I like it. ^^ My stomach looks a tiny bit smaller too, this could be a trick of the mind but still. dramallama

 I almost didn't want to post today 1/28/2012 because I ate a taco salad from Taco Casa then i drank a Venti White Chocolate Mocha from Starbucks and i ate three fried shrimp pieces and ate a protein bar. Then I figured I probably weigh a lot now and then I decided to shower, well i weighed myself before getting in and I am at 149 Lbs Whot!

 Blarg still not a proper post entire but I am le tired. I was at the hospital with a friend last night she has a seizure and she is preggo. I've been napping all day long. Anyway I star tons of chocolate and drank tons of coffee yesterday so i did not want to weigh myself today. Well I did. and to my surprise I am at the ten pound mark. 147 AT LAST just a bunch more to go. I can now zip up my knee high converse with ease cause the leg fat is going away, and my face looks less puffy chubby. BAD a**. Today I at a clemtine and some corn, I also drank a bit of coffe and I'm feeling like eating another veggie, maybe a morning star egg muffin. And m0ar coffee...
