"You should tell me your name first," Painite said with a grin. She looked him over, nodding her head in approval. "You'll know it, just think."
She smiled at him.
"You'll probably notice that everything feels a little different. You can sense my aura, for one. It's that powerful, but comforting, familiar air around me. This is chaos. It's in me, and in you, and you'll feel it whenever one of us is near you and you're powered up. You are a Lieutenant in the Negaverse now. You're stronger, you have more skills. And that little computer thing you're holding is your weapon. Now you just have to get stronger. The stronger you get, the better your weapon will become. And the more respect you'll earn."
She chuckled.
"My name is General Painite. And I'll be helping you understand just what new purpose you serve. You're a soldier in a war now, but it's so much more than that. We're going to have a lot of fun."

His head was still sort of spinning, but he squinted for a moment and muttered out, "Hazenite. Lieu ... tenant Hazenite?" He flashed a weary smile at the lady and arrogantly said, "Do I win a prize sweet cheeks?"
Standing a little taller, Haznite gripped his fists a little tighter. Awwwyeah man, this felt ******** sweet. It was like he leveled up or something. Whatever this chick did? It worked man.
He swung his mouse around for a little extra bonus and said, "Alright General Painite. Soldier in a war? You gotta slow down." He was itching to run around and ... knock down some trees or something, but even as a negaverser, he was a tad cowardly. Something baout this chick STILL freaked him out, even if she was wicked awesome.

Painite arched her eyebrow at him, then grinned wickedly.
"Don't get ahead of yourself, Lieutenant. You can get prizes when you earn them, but simply knowing your name is hardly something worthy of a reward. At least, not a reward from me. Still. Impress me, and I'll give you all the prizes you'd like."
She smiled at him coyly.
"So, we're fighting Senshi. White Moon bastards. You'll be able to tell them apart from those on our side, the side of Chaos. They call themselves Order, but they hardly know the meaning of it. This is our planet, and they are invading, trying to drive us off. They come from space. And are, generally, bloody annoying."
She chuckled softly, a flare up of anger fading as she settled back into the matter at hand.
"I'll show you how to start. How to drain energy, which we need in our war. It is a vital part of your job: you'll have to meet quotas. We need that energy. And you will learn how to fight. You'll be no use to us, and certainly no use to yourself, if you die."

So ... they were fighting space ******** yeah.
Talk about best job ever.
Hazenite listened patiently, or as best as he could. Being easily distracted didn't help, but he caught the gist of it. Negaverse good, White Moon Senshi bad. Something about invading the Earth.
Then draining energy, because of .... some reason. He missed that part. Honestly, he would do it just because the scary chick told him to. Next came fighting. Alright, he could do that too. After all, he'd always wanted to learn how to fight ... he was just too lazy. He definitely missed that last part about possibly dying.
"So where to we start? Fighting or energy draining?" he asked. To him, both sounded equally difficult, but he would do it. Maybe.

"I think both go hand in hand," she said, watching him with a smirk. She got from his expression how eager he was, which she always liked to see.
"If you think you're up to it, we can go out tonight and find you your very first target. I'll help you drain some energy, and show you how it goes. Fighting we'll work on regularly: you never know when a senshi will find you, and when you'll need to protect yourself or your energy haul. We'll make sure you're well trained."
She smiled at him prettily.
"I think you'll be just fine, of course. But I need you to prove my assumptions about you right. I think you have potential in you, but that will not get you anywhere. You need to be focused, and loyal. That doesn't mean there's no fun to be had: there's plenty of that. So, what do you think? Need a break to get your head together, or do you want to go drain some energy right now?"
Being awakened was not exactly a pleasant experience, and she always offered her new recruits some time to recuperate from it. The Chaos in them would keep them coming back, she didn't have to worry about run aways or cowards. And if she did, there were ways of dealing with them, too, beyond the pull of the Chaos in their starseeds.

While Hazenite really wanted to go and kick some baddie butt, he really didn't feel that great. He was kind of drained like the lady chick said.
Not to mention she was droning on about loyalty and focusing- the two things Connor was really bad at. Snoooorefest. He didn't really want to listen to that all night. He was more into the melodic sounds of the Deadmines.
"Yeah I think I'm gonna bounce lady spear," he said casually, "My head hurts and my chest feels weird." He rubbed the spot where Painite had infused his starseed with chaos like it was just a normal chest pain. Thing hurt like a b***h. "But hey- you stay pretty, okay?" he said with a smile. She may have scared the s**t out of him, but he wasn't about to leave without at least giving her a compliment.
