G.I smiled and nudged her cheek with his nose. "Oh yes sweetheart, you have defiantly won my interest." He said and tapped the bar for a beer and ordered her one too. "You do drink beer right?"

Crazy Rave smirked.
"Hook" she thought to herself as she plopped herself next to him.
"A little yeah. But I like some drinks with some creativity in them. More colorful the drink the better. I don't mind if it tastes either."
She takes the beer and drinks a bit of it and licks the foam off and snorts.

He smiled, thinking she was digging him. And he was right, this babe was in the hole. G.I smiled and asked the bartender for a cosmo and handed it to her and too the other beer. "The ladies normally do, no sweat i think that will be more to your liking." He said and finished off his beer and starting on hers.

Crazy rave oohed at the colors and drank it.
"Aw yeah. This is good."
She then turned towards G.I. "So why did you move to pnfpn?"

G.I Looked at her and thought if he should say the real reason for him moving here. He decided it wasn't worth lying. "I moved here to adopt a child." He said and took a swig of his beer waiting for the torment from Crazy.

Crazy Rave tilted her head at that question.
"Adopt a child? What does that mean?" she said in a leveled voice.
"Adopting a child....this maybe a side to him that probably not everyone gets to see." Crazy Rave thought as she took a swig with her drink.

He was surprised that she didn't laugh him off, he'd never told anyone this before and for good reason. He came off as an a** grabbing jerk, but he wanted more. "Well i had a wife, and she was pregnant, she was killed because of me. Some guys came to get back at me for taking their father to jail, and i wasn't home. They decided my wife and pups would be better than killing me." G.I said, he wasn't a bad guy, he wanted a family in the end.
"I wanted to be a father, and i was stripped of that chance, so i figure that i can make up for that by giving another child a home."

Crazy Rave smiled a little and titled her head his way.
"Sorry to hear that man. We all lose something and we don't realize until it's too late. Trust me on that one.
As for adopting a child, that's cool. Boy or girl?"
She took a sip of her drink as she waited for his answer

He shrugged, "I am not narrowing it down to anything, it will be whom ever i fall in love with. Unless of course i find another wife the maybe i will consider having pups of my own again." He said and smiled at her. "But we do not have to keep talking about my past, it is very sad and a long time past." He said and took a swig of his beer, chugging the rest of it.

"That's true. You'll find the right kid for you."
She took a drink and swallowed.
"And I understand the past thing. You'll tell me in time...or not. And that's cool. Everyone is entitled to a couple of secrets."

G.I nodded and smiled "That is my biggest secret, i don't think I've told anyone before." He said and chuckled, "It is strange that i would tell someone i just met instead of friends I've had for months."

Crazy Rave raised finished her drink and decided to order another one and another different, yet colorful, drink on the side.

"Then perhaps you have become my salvation. That is if i as religious." He said and laughed taking a seat and watching the dancers. "So tell me about yourself? I'm curious now since you did not freak out on me."

Crazy Rave turned towards the dancers but wasn't really watching them. She was remembering her past.
"Heh," was what she said before taking a drink and speaking again. "Me and my brother were the only ones left. Me, 10. Him, 16. A freak accident took his life when I barely was 13. I was an orphan and I didn't want to go to those homes. Cause a lot of trouble and then started cleaning up after myself."
She took one, long, drink. "Nothing special there."

G.I nodded listening to her. "I am sorry to hear that, it is terrible to lose someone so young." He said and grabbed another beer and cracked it open.
"But i am glad i came tonight, this turned out to be a lot more fun."
