((I didn't, I don't think. Leech seed is only every other turn, right? And I remember why i hate battling grass types! They nibble away at your HP, and use the damage to heal themselves!))
Rasha shuddered from the poison, feeling it draining her energy. "Rasha, use Double Kick!" Again? She didn't want to use Double Kick, she wanted to roast the menace! Rasha started to collect her flames. "Rasha! Use. Double. Kick!" Shina snarled. Rasha cringed, and obeyed.

"Oh! That last absorb was a great one! Do it again!" Ms. Sparkles cheered.
Chromatic obeyed, and gathered the Ponyta's energy with a bright, glowing light.

The curse on the Ponyta broke, and Chromatic took a roasting from the flames.
"Not much we can do now, but Absorb!" Ms. Sparkles shouted.

Chromatic was down to the last bit of her energy, but absorb, and the seed she planted earlier was still keeping her going.
"Once more!" Ms. Sparkles held Chromatic's Pokeball in hand, ready to call her back as soon as the battle was over.
Then, more softly, she said, "You've put up a good fight, especially against a fire type."

Chromatic collapsed, tired and burnt from the fire Pokemon's flames.
"Let's go to the PokeCenter, Chromatic," Ms. Sparkles gingerly called her Whimsicott back.
"Thanks for the battle!" She held no grudge to losing against a Pokemon that hers was weak against. Moreover, she was surprised that Chromatic held out this long.
