Deep worry was written across her features, though it was quickly changed to concentration as Mitsu began to stitch. "We should probably tell the teachers you were attacked." She still didn't understand the situation but she worried he had been jumped. What if it had been a hunter?

"Y..you fell down the stairs too?" Mitsu paused looking up noting the other injuries. She had been so focused on the blood and the cuts she hadn't seen them at first. The large bruise across his chest looked really bad. "Y..you didn't break anything did you?....And don't lie. If you've broken something we need to get you to the Nurse." As much as she had learned treating a break would be more difficult.

She paused then at his answer, before tying off the stitches she had made and leaning toward to chew through the thread. Her teeth were sharp enough she only had to bite down and tug the string in her hand lightly for it to break. With the stitches in place Mitsu reached for the bandages and tape. "I..I don't really understand." Mitsu finally said in the silence. "Y..you were attacked..but you want to cover it up?"

This was a little distressing and her eyes mirrored her confusion on the matter. She was so lost and unsure about the whole situation. There was this sinking feeling that she was in the dark about something that she really shouldn't know about. Should she continue to question or leave well enough alone?

So it was a secret then. That sad look lingered in her eyes but Mitsu didn't push it any further. Instead she nodded. "A-alright then." She didn't want it to be more trouble for him after all. The lycan wasn't sure what had happened but apparently she wasn't supposed to know, she would just have to trust him.

"Just...please be more careful?" She asked as she placed some gauze over the area and taped it into place. That done she started her clean up, putting everything back away in the first aid kit neatly. It was a slow process mostly because her mind was so distracted.

Her head tilted up, her eyes looking into his. She really didn't understand but... "I trust you. I'm just...worried about you." What kind of things was he mixed up in? Would she ever find out or would there always be this air of secrecy?

Standing up from the floor Mitsu leaned toward Shun to place a gentle kiss on the bruise on his chest before moving higher to place one on his lips. "You better take care of yourself." She said in an almost scolding tone. "If something were to happen to you...." Mitsu fell silent then unable to complete her thought. What would she do? She had already lost her parents and her brother, and she couldn't bare the thought of losing Shun too. "Well...I don't know what I would do..." She finished softly her eyes training back on the floor. Mitsu didn't want to think about it, already she had a knot growing in her throat and her chest was tightening rather uncomfortably.

As he pulled her in close she couldn't help but nuzzle into his hold, shifting the first aid kit out of the way so she could be closer without an obstacle. Her chest still felt tight even as he tried to comfort her and tell her everything would be fine.

"Y...yes, I remember," Mitsu nodded though she didn't speak what was truly on her mind. She never thought her brother would leave her, that he would disappear without a trace and yet he wasn't around anymore. Things never worked out how one intended but she truly hoped beyond all hope that Shun was telling the truth. That nothing bad would happen to him and he would always be there.

"I hope so," Mitsu tried to smile but the gesture was weak and rather short lived. "I just wish...I could understand what was going on." Being in the dark left her with a rather foreboding feeling. She didn't know if this incident was a one time thing or if Shun was in danger. Did she need to look out for him? Should she start to follow him?...okay that was a bit creepy but she would honestly try if she thought it would help. Mitsu didn't want anything bad to happen to him.

With a small sigh she pressed another kiss to his cheek before she pulled back, shifting the first aid kit back into her hold. "I'll just put this away real fast." She said before retreating to the bathroom to do so. When she came back she was empty handed and she looked to the reaper wondering what else could be done. "It would probably be best if you rested." She said softly moving back toward the bed hoping to coax Shun into laying down.

"Kaitou..Kuroda? Your dad?" Mitsu paused a bit before she pulled the blankets back on the bed while Shun laid down. Once he was situated she pulled the covers up and rested them gently over top of him. Smoothing out top part of the cover Mitsu took a seat on the edge of the bed her fingers lightly running through the reaper's hair.

"It's not really the secrets," Mitsu finally said. "I don't mind you keeping things from me, everyone has things they want to keep to themselves. It's just...." Her eyes darted back to the area of his injury her hand resting on his chest as gently as possible. "I said I would watch your back....but I can't do that when I don't know what's coming." It just seemed to couple with her failure at being able to protect her friends. She really felt like she was making no progress on this front despite her efforts.

Leaning forward Mitsu wrapped her arms around Shun's head cradling him to her chest. She probably didn't think about how awkward this position was in a semi serious conversation, she just wanted to hold him close. "I just don't want anything to happen to you."
