Fortunately for Tenka, Thunder was notoriously inaccurate, and that, combined with Zarfia's impaired vision, meant that the aim was far enough off that Tenka wasn't damaged. He gathered energy again, and dove directly into Zarfia's field of vision.

Gritting her teeth at the missed attack, Zarfia was about to lash out with another Thunder but the emolga was quick and used Flash again.
Zarfia saw the attack coming before it fully formed and dodged it by going into the forest that was behind her. Moments later, she returned to attempt at another Thunder attack.

Tenka slipped under a tree branch, using it like a lightning rod to avoid the worst of the attack. With determination in his eyes, he dove for Zarfia's flank, the edges of his cape glinting with sharp energy.

Zarfia roared in rage at her miss again but nimbly jumped out of reach of the Emolga's attack. She was so not up to her game as she thought. All this mistakes and misses just means that she needs to retrain herself into becoming better.
Not giving the Emolga a chance to breath, The Raikou sent another Thunder attack.
