Hemera's efforts to make herself a hard to hit target were in vain, it seemed, as she happened to hit herself with her own Aura Sphere. She blinked, confused as to how it had occurred, but was quickly made to once again focus on the battle at hand when another slice of air hit her.
Hoping for better luck with multiple projectiles on her side, she launched another Stone Edge.

"We are still in the game Zue!" he shouted towards his friend. "We can still win this. Air cutter once more!" Why change attacks when one was working so well. Plus their opponent was still under the influence of Confusion.
His friends encouragement gave him a bit more will to fight and possibly win. Continuing the bat sent yet another slice of air at his opponent.

Hemera cried out when she was struck, both from her opponent and herself once more, it seemed. She hobbled with staggering steps towards an electric pillar, hoping it would keep the Zubat away long enough for her to recuperate. She knew she wouldn't have much time, however, and tried Stone Edge once again while she could.

This was an intense match, it seemed both pokemon were tiring. "Again Air Cutter

Genesis recalled Hemera when she fell, recognizing the Lucario's defeat. The battle had shown just how much work she would have to do when it came to her latest addition to the team, but she doubted it would be too much of a problem -- Hemera had done better than she had expected.
"That was a close fight," she said, then nodded towards Zue. "Your Zubat's improved a lot since we've last met. I hope we'll be able to battle again sometime."
Then, with a tip of her hat, she turned and left, with a quick, "Adios!" to announce her departure.

"Very Close" Zak replied back. "We are getting better." he gave a small nod as Zue landed upon the male's head making it his home once again. He gave a small sigh but allowed him to, the Zubat deserved it. "We'll be even stronger next time, and hopefully we will have another member to our team."
With a small wave he watched her go, only to follow suit not soon after.
