"Well I don't need it to move out now...and I'd save up more than enough to buy a house. We're loaded now! The thought just sort of dawned on me." He shrugged. It wasn't that big of deal, that's just how his mind worked. He leaned forward and kissed her again, reveling in the freedom to do so.

Flare laughed lightly before kissing him back gladly. "So we have money, that just means we can..." She trailed off then a bit ashamed that her mind went to that particular thought. Why did my mind have to think of children already, dammit! She quickly turned and continued working with the food since her finger had stopped bleeding.

Hyas cocked his head to the side, reluctantly letting her out of his grip as she turned silent. "We can what Flare?" He wrapped his arms back around her waist, resting his chin on her shoulder. He didn't want to Not be touching her.
He watched her prepare the food figuring he probably ought to learn how to do stuff like that. Homey stuff. He wasn't just renting a room now after all.

Flare blushed as she kept working. She looked at Hyas through the corner of her eye and took a deep breath, "We could just make this house bigger... when it's needed..." She shifted to put the vegetables in the pot. Normally she wouldn't be this dang tongue tied, but she was talking about children here.

"Why would we need a bigger house?" Hyas grinned. He'd caught onto her hinting almost immediately but it would be fun to make her say it out loud. She certainly moved fast though. Hyas hadn't even considered that they could start a family together. He wasn't even sure he was ready for it, but the thought of having children with her wasn't an unappealing one at all. She'd become the first real person he could trust. He didn't even put as much trust into his brother as he did her.

Flare looked at him and blushed. "You are such an a**! You know what I'm talking about dammit!" She grabbed up the pot in a huff and put it over the flames in the hearth to let it cook. Hyas could be insufferable at times and leave it to him to pick this conversation to do it. She turned to him, crossed her arms and glared mildly, "If you want me to spell it out then fine. We can use the money to make the house bigger later on when we decide to have children. Now are you happy?"

Hyacinth laughed. "More than you can possibly imagine!" He stood up straight and gave an elaborate sweeping bow, reminiscent of the one he'd preformed on the day they first met. Just as then, he couldn't help but wear a cocky grin as he did so.
He reclined against the table, ankles crossed and thought about it. "You know our children will probably be little terrors? What with how we were growing up!"

Flare tried to stifle her laughter as he bowed and managed with a small snicker. At the mention of their "little terrors" she smirked and stepped over to him. "You have a good point, my love." Without another word she spun linking her legs behind his to knock him off balance even slightly. "I, for one, place the blame on you."

Hyacinth was caught off guard. As she approached he'd opened his arms to embrace her yet again and hadn't seen her ulterior motive till it was too late. His previous position gave him no balance and he was sent sprawling to the floor. He cried out in shock a moment before impact.
A little bruised but otherwise unhurt Hyacinth burst into laughter. "Not fair! I was just trying to survive! What about you and all your practical jokes! If I recall that Tavern owner was about ready to string you up he was so angry!" He sat up suddenly and grabbed her calf, giving it a quick yank towards him.

Flare cried out as she hit the ground and began laughing with Hyas. "Well your, trying to survive gave you some damn expensive taste!" She sat up still giggling lightly as she straightened her mane. "This family is going to be so weird."

Hyas rolled to face her as they lay on the kitchen floor, propping himself up on his elbow. "What can I say? I like the finer things in life." He smiled warmly at her reaching forward to muss her mane up even as she straightened it. "With you as a mother they have no hope of being anything but!"

Flare blushed slightly and shook her head with a light laugh. "You are such a suck up, Hyas. I need to get off of this floor, if we are going to have pie with dinner." She leaned down and kissed him softly.

Hyacinth shrugged and joked. "I personally like the floor! The view is great." He winked at her, sitting up to receive her kiss. Hyas dragged himself to his feet and "Pie huh? You must have Ista blood in you because what you do in this kitchen is magical." He shook his head, bemused. Already the bubbling pot smelled good and quickened his appetite.

"You are such a spaz." Flare shook her head as she walked to where the rest of the produce was. "Two questions for you Hyas. Would you like to help me? And do you have any preferences for the pie? I have strawberries, cherries, blueberries and apples." She plucked up one of the strawberries and smiled happily as she ate it. She felt very proud that she had chosen today to grab the berries since they were in such good quality.

"Sure, what do you need me to do?" He brushed himself off and sniffed the berries she'd bought. He nabbed an apple and tossed it into the air, catching it with his other hand and taking a juicy bite out of it.
He was a little amazed at the quantity of berries she'd bought. He wondered what else she had planned for them. Lucky for him he had a sweet tooth at least. "How about blueberries?"
