ProtoXtreme Qyp ProtoXtreme Morning Peacock is also a Taijutsu. And that is all meant to be speed and friction that cause the flames, not chakra. None of the Eight Gates taijutsu has anything to do with chakra, other then the Eight Gates themselves. Hence why Lee can do it, because it's different to normal ninjutsu. Guy's Seventh Gate technique, Daytime Tiger, is all Air Pressure, no chakra. His sweat glows as it evaporates from his body during opened Seventh Gate. Anyways... I get why you want a chakra cost, because there should be more concentrated lightning chakra in the arm that is used for Lariat. I will add that to Lightning Armor instead. How about a + 20cp when using one of the nintaijutsu to the cost of the already active Lightning Armor? Qyp. Irregardless of the probability, this could potentially be a one-hit KO Jutsu. Same or about the same Cp cost as Hell Stab, at the least. Alright. Small probability though, considering it needs 2 people...
