Norvie gave a yelp as the blast from the hunter sent him reeling back to the snow from where he had been scrambling to keep up with everyone. Shivering he tried to locate the source... That scythe. Oh... Bandersnatch! Ok, just, stay calm... his chemicals! He left them on the other side of the field! He'd have to make his way over there for a more powerful blow but in the meantime he scrambled at his belt, pulling out two volatile looking vials. "We're coming! We're coming!!" He whimpered, carefully pouring Part A into Part B, and immediately the glass vial began to smoke and boil. It wasn't until it started to bubble over the edges that he realized he probably should have put on his gloves. No matter, dodging from his hiding spot, he ran at the hunters with a victorious bellow, chucking the make-shift bomb at one of the closest Hunter's feet. Byrn at the beginning just did not give a rats a** about anything. She was with the other staff members currently, a few of them long-term colleagues leading back to her own days in the blasted school. Though while she felt sort of a protectiveness towards a few individuals, not naming names, she certainly was not best friends with any of them. More of comrades in arms... trying to do the good deed for all apparently. Maybe she needed to put on a spandex costume and call herself THE PHOENIX, Oh wait that was already taken by the humans hm?
Standing there with her arms crossed she waited around ... eyebrow lifting only at the sight of their midget secretary hauling bunnies towards them.wait, Snow Globe? Amityville was stuck in a SNOW globe? Horror would be the normal reaction for something like this, right? Pyre was not exactly one to sit back and watch the students suffer... right? Not that she already had done that in class. Subject her students to magical creatures that would love nothing more than to rip their heads off and eat their brain fluids... WHO her?
Behind him was... Oh. Now that might be a problem.
Staring down at the scene... she watched as they seemed to gain on their little horned paper pusher. Should she run to help like the others?
Instead, she laughed. Filled with her own sick sense of humor, and even a faint touch of her own brand of insanity and emotions. Yeah, Pyre was just a b***h.
"Thats one way to teach the students the harsh realities is it not?" She was a firm believer in first hand experiences are what toughen you up. Why else would she sick monsters on her students? The phoenix was not that evil... right? All the same, Pyre could not exactly teach anything if she had no students TO teach...
Stretching out her wings, she chose flight as her own method of attack. The humans would be limited to the ground, yes? Clearly she would fly, why the hell not? Pushing herself into the air was one thing, choosing the target closest to her she sank her claws into the hunter wielding the scythe.

By the time the horsemen got there, things had already dissolved into chaos. Shouts of confusion had already started to crash over the empty, desolate parking lot, washing over the snow as if it were an amplifier. People had already started to accumulate, drawn likely by the same unusual FEAR essence the horsemen themselves had felt, beginning to congregate. It only added to the pandemonium, bodies jostled and shoved out of the way as a fight suddenly broke out, at which point everything turned into anarchy.
Which suited them just fine.
The snow hissed a little each time Eris' stilettos touched the frosty concrete, steam rising as it melted away to leave hoof-shaped imprints in the snow as she crossed the parking lot towards the fight. Although the rising impulse to leap into the fray was all but unbearable, War's heir held back, showing the restraint of one who had seen many fights before. But just barely. This was no mere disagreement -- this was undoubtedly a war, an unending battle for power between two armies, fighting for the advantage that could destroy the other completely. This was part of her domain, and there was no doubt she was drunk on the feeling, heat coursing through her veins as she watched, warm brown eyes burning with sheer glee. Inhaling slowly, Eris rolled her shoulders, her eyes lolling back as she allowed them to slide shut in ecstasy, the wings folded at her hips shivering a little. When she reopened them, clarity had returned to her gaze, Insanity ebbed by the power of her means of the apocalypse, and a devious smile curled the corners of her lips, savoring the fight.
She was close enough, now, to see what was happening, although why would likely be beyond her until the end of the fight, and the victor had been announced. Off to one side, Arel made a dash away from the throng of both professors and Hunters, the dark-haired form of one of the Master-hunters quick on his heels. At first, War's heir bristled at the sight, her pupils narrowing at Caelius, but again she lingered back, instead letting Ninja-san and Pyre chase after him, each giving off blasts of power. Burning instinct begged her to go after him, especially since she had a bone to pick with him concerning a certain zombie student and a promise he'd made, but she ignored it. The ninja and the phoenix could have him for now. Exhaling slowly, she flicked her eyes back to the scene, where fights had already started to break out in several places. The sparkly bunny demanded the attention of the other Master-hunter, her eyes following as she leaped onto him in a rather unorthodox means of combat. But it was the subtlest of movements across the parking lot that really caught her attention, her eyes settling on a blonde standing away from the rest. Even from where she stood, she could see the girl's lips moving, delicate fingers touching a phone to her ear.
So. It seemed the blonde was in charge of communications. Best cut off the means of reinforcements. Wasn't she the girl with the sword? Perfect.
Eris was already crossing the battlefield when the rat professor in the lab coat tossed what seemed essentially to be a chemical grenade, the bottle landing near Clarice. She used this to her advantage, stepping up just behind the place his bomb had landed, waiting for the smoke to clear before she smiled, drawing her gold dagger. A quick flash of fire, and the weapon had become a gladius -- not quite as impressive as Clarice's monster of a sword, but certainly this would be fun.

"Um..." Julie began, as Caelius and Dr. H split their two merry ways, or rather the Death Faction leader spout his usual nonsense about important things that were Very Important while Dr. H stood there and looked impressive, just standing there, cloak billowing in the nonexistant wind.
She really wasn't too sure who to follow, so she went for the closest hostile figure, a strange Halloween creature dressed in pink. And it wasn't just pink, it had rabbit ears. It wasn't until handful of glitter managed to get all over her new coat, most likely collateral damage from the creature attempting to attack the stationary party that the Moon Hunter finally took action.
She summoned her weapon, a four pointed star-shaped shield which she attempted to literally throw like a boomerang at the weird bunny thing. "Hold on a second there, noone outglitters me."
While this attack might have done a little bit of damage, she kind of also misplaced her weapon.Julie's HP: 60 Total Damage: 15- 6 = 9 damage Target: Desu-chan Charges: 1/2

It seemed they were being flitted from one place to the next, at least that was how it felt with how light and messed up his head was feeling lately. He'd been wiping the blood from his temple when the feeling had come into his head - FEAR. A higher level than what was being muddle about with their current place: The insanity and the muddled thoughts. There certainly were a lot of muddled thoughts, too. His head felt like lead and woe, mostly lead.
Yet it didn't reflect in how he stood at all, carrying himself as nobly as he ever did even as he walked after Eris and the others to see what it was that was happening....
and the sight that greeted was almost like..Christmas! A gift! Those horrible cretins all amongst battle and fighting and...he wanted to destroy them all - it was a horrible lust that easily consumed his somewhat addled brain, which may have contributed to the fact that when his vision caught the Master-Hunter, the gravity-addled snow in his reach went flying..everywhere but actually to hit Caelius.
He missed.
That bad.

There was only a brief moment between the time that Zixil turned to do the leading, as Norvie had suggested, and the shockwave that propelled him forwards. He did several somersaults before winding up sprawled across the snowy ground, leaving him scrambling to regain his footing.
If only he were as graceful as Ninja-san. Man, wouldn't that be something.
He watched as the aforementioned ninja made his way towards...ah, Jacking hell, was that the snowglobe all the way across the lot? Knowing full well that his unfortunate squat little form couldn't get there in nearly the time that the ninja could, he hoisted a rock into his arms, ready to protect him.
"Figured you'd be smarter than to pick a fight on our turf, but I gave you too much credit!" Cackling, he hurled the rock towards the approaching hunters, backing up towards the snowglobe(/school).

Break to be honest, was not all that interested in the piece of holiday junk that they all seemed to be fighting over. It was worthless in his eyes. Nothing but old souvenir from Christmas town. Then again, the storm dragon, with his lack of intelligence, was also unaware of the school sealed inside of it and just how important said item was. But would he care? Not really. It still held little importance to him. What he did care about, however, was that the hunters were attacking his own and trying to steal the object from them. Something which after dealing with that whole florescetival and those damn kids stealing all the floresce eggs, was more than enough to make the ToT'er jump into the fray and try to fend them off.
"Mind if I cut in?" He asked, bringing his fist down on the moon hunter ghoul before she could give him an answer.

Aisa followed the other heirs, her swift steps running like red wings amongst the snowy ground, the sound of her heels drowning in the soft ground. Her arms hung behind her as she ran, her steps slowing to a slow trot as her eyes focused on Eris. The ritual of restraint was not an old one, to calm one's self down before they entered the fray .. but with insanity and madness in such a fierce whirlwind, spurred on by the mysterious robot, Aisa saw little need for those timely practices.
It certainly was an impressive array, the reclusive staff members that Aisa herself nearly never saw, combined with some of the more .. popular ones, with their infamy running amok, lined up against the deathly white hoods. Aisa could almost stop and stare, only to take in the sight, except that this sort of sight was one was of common rarity amongst the folds of history. As the previous heirs and staff before them.
Target selected.

The doctor smiled fondly at the creature currently hugging him, "Oh my, how utterly adorable." His hand moved around her to pat her back, "Yes, in fact....you remind me of someone I used to know." Possibly not someone he was too fond of, as moments later he was grabbing her by the collar and swinging her at Julie even as some little s**t threw a ******** rock at him. "Take care of this, will you?" Clarice's forced smile was met with a predatory grin of her own, clearly thoroughly pleased by the the way the blonde was quite unhappy to be engaged. Throwing a wrench in the Hunters' plans, even if it was just to ******** up their day personally, was one of the horsemen's favorite past times. "Mmm, well that is a pity, because it's wonderful to see you again," she replied, shifting her own stance to mirror Clarice's, if just to mess with her head, "And our turf, too... tell me, Lovely, how is the FEAR treating you -- does it burn yet?"
As if to emphasize her meaning, a sudden crackle of heat suddenly warmed the air by a few degrees, fire appearing to lick at Eris' fingers where they were curled around the hilt of the gladius. If it didn't burn yet, it would burn very soon if she had anything to say about it. Her expression twisted further, a little more sadistic, and she bore her teeth in a hostile smirk, hissing further at the Hunter as she started to circle her.
"Maybe if you're REALLY lucky, I'll chain you to a chair in a white room and leave you there to die."
She'd rotated enough that in the corner of her eye, War's heir could see the professor in the lab coat from before, looking none too pleased to be in the fight either. Normally she would have wished for a more battle-ready companion, but in this instance beggars couldn't be choosers. Flicking her eyes to him, the sorrel-haired horsewoman tried to catch his attention quickly, her eyes flicking back to Clarice not half a second later. Hunters were tricky, and no matter how heavy the weapon seemed, they had an annoying tendency to move fast and do an obnoxious amount of damage in a small span of time.
"My dear sir," she purred in her sweetest tone, her smirk taking on a pleased appearance as she began to politely ask his assistance, "If you have any more of those delightful bombs left, please do not hesitate to use them on our guest. I think she rather enjoyed the first one, don't you agree?"
She might have well just blatantly asked him to help her kill the girl.

Caelius simply took a step backwards as the goddamn ninja made a swipe at his cloak, his scythe weapon flaring a brilliant blue as the attack deflected onto the curved blade. It was only a second later as he moved to evade Byrn's attack, but the damage had been done, her claws had audibly sank into something solid: yet the Death Hunter made no signs of even noticing as he continued to press on.
Unlike the students, the duo's attacks were nothing short of vicious. He shifted, taking a stance right in front of the snowglobe, literally throwing his cloak like a makeshift net at Byrn to stop her aerial assault before confronting the other. Circe obliged with her signature attack, a simple shockwave that pushed anyone on the ground another step back. The snow seemed to dramatically powder and billow behind him, or it could have been a result of Invictus's attack.

Like what some might call her native cousin, the rooster.... Pyre had just gotten way too damn cocky. The fact she could fly made her think she had the advantage, clearly stupid humans could never dream to fly! She was beginning to back up, ready to swoop down for yet another attack, when something large and white blinded her vision and weighed down her wings, turning her feathers at a odd angle. Letting out a shrill cry —something clearly not human as it would make even her ears ring a tune— she found herself grounded and landing on the hard earth with a THUMP. She had landed on her side, the coat something she easily pulled off and held out to her side in a balled fist as Pyre pulled herself back to her feet. "How." She Cleanched her fist even tighter, until even her tanned skin turned white at the knuckles. "********." The phoenix took a step closer, yellow eyes flashing full of anger at the death hunter leader. " Dare you." A moment before his attack hit, with a flash of yellow and what appeared to be the woman exhaling, Pyre sent a small line of flames towards the mans coat. Setting the damn thing ablaze. With blue flames. Glad she had, because a moment later the others own attack hit... and she was sent back that single step she took, and now frozen in place. It was a good thing that phoenix fire did not effect her, because the blue flames of the hunters coat tickled her side as she still clenched it while paralyzed. This close, it took split-second reflexes and luck to evade the shockwave - and luck, this time, was not with the ninja. The blue light threw him back, frozen in a moment, and even his silent snarl was held captive as he landed hard, fighting the effect. He would throw it off, but he cursed the loss of even a few seconds. Jacking Hunters. They wouldn't take Amityville!
