Killing by inches.
That was never really the drone's style, hinted at by the fact that he used a damned combat knife and not a particularly sharp-edged sheet of paper, but he supposed he'd take what he could get. He gave a slight grin as the young blueblood miraculously missed again, and lunged towards him as he tried to get out of range, quickly marking Zeffer's back with a thin blue line almost identical to the one he'd inflicted earlier. He regretted trying to move so quickly almost immediately, his muscles all but screaming; clearly the electrocution was getting to him. He rolled onto his heels and hopped backwards, trying to get out of range before the boy got any funny ideas about the stun rods, the drone wasn't sure he could take another solid hit from them.

Again, time was up. The gong shook the floor of the arena, throwing a few trolls close to it off their feet and generally making its presence known. Satisfied, the troll in charge of gong duty gently dropped the hammer down and went back to trying to exasperated the two chain links of the puzzle he was playing with. If he just twisted them right ....
