It's a guild rule. You'll have to use him as a minor character in your posts until you get to the third page; then you can make a seperate character for him. You can also find someone else to RP him in the mean time. Another option would be to put these two characters on hold, create a completely different third character and get 3 pages of RP with that one. Then you'd be able to open your roleplay with these two.
Unfortunately, I cannot bend the rule after I enforced it with other members. It would be unfair.
