Meh....I wouldn't know. Although I'm a Zutara shipper and would love to see Zuko and Katara hook up, I'd rather have the creators have their way with it first. But, it would be a hard choice for them; the battle between HarryxHermione fans vs. HarryxGinny fans and the RonxHermione fans in the Harry Potter fandom is an example of that. They choose to make one pairing possible, the fans of the other pairing will throw a major hissy fit.

Both are kinda hard to develop. Age and maturity level is the major obstacle for Kataang. Katara is two years older than Aang...and since girls mature quickly than boys, the gap is very wide. Not only that, they're quite the same. I've heard that a relationship between two people that are very similar gets very boring quickly. Besides, when Katara had a crush on Jet, how come Aang didn't get jealous? And, Kataang is like the many various couples in anime: the male and female protagonists fall in love. If Kataang DID happen, then pfffft. I wouldn't be suprised.
For Zutara, the fact that they're enemies is the major obstacle. But, their personalities seem to balance each other out, kinda like Yin/Yang...Sun and Moon. And I don't why Katara is so attracted to guys with sad pasts... stare Zutara might be a nice twist to the show (plus the agony of many Kataang fans).

But, you guys have to remember: Love doesn't discriminate. Even two enemies might fall in love. So....anything's possible. As a person who's trying to keep a neutral standing between the two, it could go both ways. Katara woud go with Aang. Or she would go with Zuko (although the creators might have to tweak it a little). Or for someone else. Who knows? I'd rather just sit back and not send an online petition (that's probably not going to work, since most don't in real life anyways) and just enjoy the show for what it is, not glue my eyes to the TV for damned "proof".

ZOMG, Kataang! I hate Zutara...they just don't click at ALL! ...And I have proof that even Zuko acknowledges their relationship (Translation of big words: Zuko knows about them and he shows it) because you know in Eppy 13: The Blue Spirit, how Zuko's mask was blue and white? Blue for waterbending (Katara) and white for airbending (Aang)!!! PROOF, DAMNIT! whee sorry for shouting...
EDIT: sweatdrop Ehehe...when I said I "hate" Zutara, I didn't mean I really "hate" it, I just "dislike" it. With a passion. I have nothing against Zutara shippers, I just don't really feel it there.

Uhh....that's not proof. It could be blue because of the Blue Spirit, and that they're the colors for waterbending, since Zuko had to fake waterbend with a bucket.

I'm sorry to say this, but I just get frustrated at people like that, that just screw things out of proportion. I mean...can't a guy and girl just be friends? They have to be a couple just because they look so damn cute together? Of course, because of his age, they'll always be some unreciprocated feelings....crushes that go one way. And if Kataang is only one way, that'll be one time when Aang skin gets a little bit thicker.

And yeah, what if they're just tricking us to believing that there's a couple? Maybe they're looking at us and laughing at our immature feud (which, IMO, HAD to be started by that stupid site S.P.A.R). Let's just try to just sit back and enjoy the show for what it is...not for the pairings.

I don't know. I still believe Katara still feels some "friend" vibes from Aang. And I still don't know why Katara and Aang can't just be best friends. Like my pen pal said, "Friendship is a lost art" (although he meant it for those non-canon yaoi and yuri couples).

And I think Katara would understand him perfectly after she hears about his royally messed up past. After all, she did understand Haru...even that psyco path Jet.

I mean though Zuko has Scar and short hair now he is a bit charming when he smiles. He is taller than Katara and a great fire bender and in 'The Fortune Teller she did hope her 'husband to be' was tall. Plus I think Aang's a bit too young to be thinking about girlfriends, he's only 12 O.o

i am totally for zuko nd katara think about it... not ALL shows end up a happy ending... i think they should go out (zuko nd katara/zatara) zatara has a ring to it.... just wait tho... did u notice on the fortune teller ep. zuko wouldnt give aang the necklace and wen aang took it did u see the look on his face???
